I ordered truffles from this website, was convinced by them to change from registered post to unregistered as the said delivery of this method is more successful. After the purchase they stopped correspondence and it has been 2 months and I still have not received my order, I suspect that they never even sent them. They are ignoring my emails which is a display of extremely bad customer service. I recommend people steer clear of this company. They look legit and may very well be within the Netherlands but their failure to communicate with me indicates that they are a custom to ripping off international customers.

I have ordered from this company on numerous occasions and never in 4 years of dealing with them have I had a problem. have received every package without fail and find find the level of customer service second to none.

All in all i was okay with everything...I was kinda bummed that I paid a few hundred the second time and half of what i received was bad...which i let ya know right away through email and sent a pic...but, I did not rip them apart for it. They will do the best they can if reminded.

I placed an order with this company and although I had some delivery problems with Fed-ex, (not ringing the doorbell when I was waiting in, not automatically trying to redeliver the next day and although given the choice to arrange redelivery couldn't risk further delay) Wholecelium chased up this with me trying to make sure whether it had been delivered or not. I eventually had to drive to pick up the delivery from Fed-ex but was happy with the service from Wholecelium. The product fortunately wasn't spoiled by the delay.

Well i am sure that the order has been sent...I am ordering from from this site for a while now and i got the package every time...Also i would like to say that the quality of shrooms went down...Packages are 12g each but shrooms are not potent as before...

I have ordered from wholecelium many of times before and everything has been perfect one time they also gave me a free growkit because they had been away at a festival so my order was delayed. I think you where just unlucky. They are a legit company

You are the best jesse no problems what so ever. You offer topp service and always take good care off your customer. Only one time over the yers have i received bad boxes. But i posted aa mail to you and 4 days later i got new stuff and aa extra bonus.. So ceep up the good work...

PERFECT SHOP! i get everything in few days. plius they sent t-thirt for free. i made a lot of problems them, one time changed shipping address 3 times two different countries and they made everything alright :} i think its post problem not shop !

I don't have much experience with this company since I only ordered from them once with no problems at all, fast shipping and I was satisfied with what I ordered. Needless to say, I didn't need to contact them for any help, but from what I've seen the customer service is great and they keep good contact with customers (constantly through facebook as well), not to mention the prices that are really great. :)
I will personally definitely order from them again.

I've ordered from this company 3 times in the past...the customer service was always great and so was the product. I live in Dominican repubic which is very far away and our mail services suck...yet the product still arrived in time and in good conditions. I personally think they're great...I'm an international customer and they didn't rip me off. I have to admit though that my orders were done some years ago so I don't know if they're still as great as before but it sounds like they are! I don't see why they would change if not for improving. Maybe they didn't answer your mails because they have lots of customers and job to do...give them some time and be patient

I see you live in Australia, I heard they have very tight costums, just like Norway.. So it probably got taken by the customs. I truely think you don't have to be so harsh on them!

I make an order with Wholecelium and when i find tha mail that say me that my money was arrived i have waiting only one Day to recived my stuff in italy. Really good service and good product...sorry but instead my english is terrible, be patient.

Hi everyone, I've been ordering shrooms for about ten years, I went to many online shops, and was suspicious when I did my first order with wholecelium (former mush-e-mart) as I was with the others ...
Delivery time is always long (1 or 2 weeks) because I don't live in The Netherlands, BUT the delays were always due to delivers, post-offices or bordercops, not the seller !
Every order bills, sending bills, were mailed to me on time, and as I worried about the delivery, only have to send one mail to Jesse who answered as quickly as he can, and as customer service, he (and his team) is the best I know so far, I will not explain more but he do the best to satisfy people and keep them smiling !
So I disagree with you, maybe you are malicious, maybe not, but that complaint is totally absurd, senseless and unreal !

Wholecelium is a great website, they have great customer service and are very quick in sending things out. Received everything I've ever ordered off them, nothing has gone missing in the post. Have complete trust in this site and would recommend it to anyone.

Ordered loads from this store, never had any problems with delivery or service. They even gave me a replacement when a grow kit didn't work so good, now that's customer service!

I've ordered from this site twice and never had any probems. I live in the U.S. and it only took less than two weeks to arrive. I would not hesitate to order again as I know they have the real deal and don't play around . They know how to get the job done!

Once my packet lost at the borders, and they send me a new one.
I think they're the best

i have ordered a few things from this site and its excellent granted that response to emails can take time they always do . i also had a shipment stopped on registered mail i simply told them they told me about the success difference and offered to send some free via unregistered they did and they arrived so believe them when they say unregistered is better !

The comment made is utter rubbish! in two years of dealing with this company I've had nothing but BRILLIANT customer service and BRILLIANT products with the odd free'bee hear and there to go the extra mile in order to satisfy me! not alot of company's fall in that category these days!

I am having a bad experience with Wholecelium. I ordered and payed a product 1 month ago and the product has not still been shipped, and I did not receive any answer from the costumer service of the two complaint emails I sent.

I've received everything I paid for from wholecelium but the quality of truffles has gone way down since last year. They claimed they sent me some free ones for giving feedback on OKPAY but I never did receive them. I really liked the quality of their truffles and grow kits in 2011 but since then I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I ate four bags of their Atlantis truffles yesterday and barely got a buzz. I've read some some complaints of their truffle quality on some other sites too.

I have a similar story with that wholecelium.com. And it's total ###ing fraud (but well organized). Ordered truffles at wholecelium.com, after payment they also have stopped responding on my messages.

Agreed.I just sent them $72 USD cash in an envelope registered mail and they're claiming that there was only $45 in the envelope

I also failed to recieve my package then i find out that it could be siezed and id so it is not there responsibility
no way to run a business took them a week to respon to my email
i run a seed site if a customers order doesnt make it or is damaged i take care of that
all about the customers
guess these guys could care less about customers

Well they don't ship to the U.S. anymore because of seizures so DO NOT ORDER from them IF YOU LIVE IN THE U.S. Back in May there was one order I didn't receive from them so that was $70 down the drain. I never received a seizure letter from customs so I wondered if they ever really sent it. They never responded to my email asking about it so I wouldn't expect good customer service no matter what country you live in. If you don't receive what you order then you're SOL.

well ive been ordering from wholecelium for a few years now always had good service but i recently been buying there new kit called Psilove-MAX-Kit-Xtreme-Qlty/ and ive found them not to be as reliable as they state them for being i would buy 10 kits and like 5 of them would give me a decent amount of shrooms tho more like 3 having the highest yield of mushrooms while the other 2 would be just a decent amount of shrooms and the other 5 kits their would be maybe 1 kit that doesn't work at all and the other 4 giving me tiny deformed mushrooms there for like each kit having 4 to 7 tiny mushrooms which is a yield of 1 gram fresh mushrooms they state theses kits for giving you a kilo of mushrooms and ive also found the second and third flush for being very small yielding in the other five kits that work. so yea i would just like to say this product is not what they say it to be its extremely unreliable i find it to be more of luck getting a few of theses kits that will be slightly reliable, so im very unhappy with this new growkit and what they state it for being, ive had the best luck with the classic grow kit and find it to be reliable.

Most companies who sell truffles do not accept credit cards because it is illegal, so therefore easily traced. Also wholecelium use pay pal so you can use your card. Once they send you the confirmation email that you have paid they stop replying to your emails. Same thing happened to me. Basically they take your money and stop replying. I would avoid this company and just do the bank transfer with other respected companies like Zamnesia.

Can agree with the complaint! This shop is quite clearly a scam, I ordered 9 packs to the u.k. Before my order I would receive instant email replies regarding any questions I had. Soon as I placed the order and paid the money they started ignoring my emails, I saw the bad reviews before purchasing and told myself it would be fine but it's been a week now with no tracking number like promised. They also definitely do not ship 4 times a week haha. Steer clear of this company, use a more trusted webshop. A lot of these comments also look like fake accounts repeating the same rubbish over and over.

I dissagree with this complaint .. I always order from them, i travel a lot, and sometimes I live in UK as well. When you order magic truffles, they tell you about the risks of ordering magic truffles with non tracking for example and then it is better to order a growkit (with tracking), because they have always arrive. So I always decide for growkits and I grow my truffles (or shrooms) myself. Think this is super easy as well. No problems what so ever.

I've ordered a growkit 2 times from this company and never had any problems. The second time it came in really late though and I got a bit worried. But they responded very well on my emails then and they send a portion of truffles with it as a free gift!

Ordered 10 times from Wholecelium. No problems with communication, delivery and stuff. But i found Psilove kits not so productive as promised. Also send some free stuff last times. Trust 100%

Love this shop! They told me they are a small family business, and still looking for solid trustworthy new employees. I understand this can be a hard thing, expecci. in there business. Payments options were a bit unclear for a while, but they are really open for feedback, so you can always send them a message with a tip or advice.
