whole barbeque chicken
Every friday i purchase a barbeque chicken and we pull it apart and put in a container. Today 26, 10, 18 upon pulling apart the chicken there was only half the usual amount of seasoning. On further inspection i pulled out the cooked stomach, liver, kidneys, lungs, heart and esophagus.

multiple woolworths click and collect orders - ingham qld 4850
Over the past several click and collect orders the ‘problems' I have encountered have dramatically risen in significance, incidence and cost. Today's click and collect order I intend to be the last I ever order and will significantly avoid any Woolworths store into foreseeable future along with deterring any potential customers particularly of this store.
Initially the ‘problems' I encountered were mainly meat products. Bulk chicken breast or thigh fillets and lamb leg roasts were the main culprits with having just collected them, the label shown to be in date but upon opening it at home was very clear that meat was off. This is not only a very expensive and wasteful issue but as I live out of town in a rural area with no food outlets close by causes significant grief with a very hungry family to feed.
The last two orders I received were ‘packed' appallingly and will list some of the issues below:
* whole pumpkin packed on top of kiwi fruit, strawberries and mangos among other soft fruits. Mangos were so bruised, skin split and strawberries punnets were over half full with their liquid. Obviously all fruit was inedible along with broccoli and other veggies, which were not put in any bag, being covered with strawberry juice and mess.
* Very heavy items placed on top and with delicate items and many items were required to be thrown away
* Only a handful of Weetbix from a 1.2kg box were not crushed
* Several packets of rice cakes and crackers crushed to inedibility
* Several eggs cracked and mess over many groceries
* Some banana's and also 1/2 of a whole rockmelon also squashed and required to be thrown however surprisingly a paw paw managed to escape the massacre
* Surprise surprise my chicken fillets intended for dinner that night which was already extremely behind due to having to deal with such a mess were off and obviously inedible.
On today's pickup after waiting approx 30mins for them to retrieve my groceries, my Sultana Buds Box was extremely dented out of shape and my bread squashed. Several packets of rice cakes appeared to be squashed and my tissues, corn flakes and some other items were squashed and dented but figured I did not have more time to deal with these. Upon taking the Sultana buds and bread to counter and asking for them to be exchanged for non damaged items I was given an extremely rude look to which she has attempted to push box back into shape and then handed back to me saying there and pushing bread back towards me. If the items were in such acceptable state I would think you could have even swapped items and put back on shelf but these items if put back on shelf would obviously not be sold.
After returning home already extremely upset I discover that many of the items were in fact crushed and two entire packets of blueberries were squashed and required to be thrown. Bread is also now thrown as is too squashed to make sandwiches and will not even fit in the toaster.
As a busy person who used to praise your store I am extremely angered and dissatisfied. I plan all my meals and obviously my grocery order ties into this. Especially living out of town, suddenly finding that I am missing key items for planned meals and then requiring to take extra time off work to go grocery shopping is extremely difficult and angering. The monetary cost of such practices is also significant and again angering.
I hope for the sake of your store that you look into rectifying these issues although I will extremely dissuade anyone from using the service or store.
Regards,
Helen Poggio
not honoring a discount, false advertising, lies
Hi there, last week I ordered some Little Ones nappies online with the online discount code 50OFFLO to receive 50% off... this order was completed, the code accepted and all was fine (I did amend the order shortly after only to put a note that my partner will be picking the order up and entered the code once again and all was fine). 7.30 that night I was refunded and told that the maitland store was out of stock... fair enough, so I went online to make another order for the Glendale store only to be told that the discount code was no longer recognized. I called the number it told me to the following day to ask what had happened... first I was told that it was a Baby Love promotion in conjunction with Woolworths and to talk to them (lie). I was then told that it was for the first 1000 customers only (lie). I was told then that it was for a the first transaction only (lie). It does state to enter the code on a single transaction... but I should be able to have as many 'single' transactions as I like. I was offered a $20 voucher which I found extremely insulting after everything I had just discussed and all the lies i had been told. I wanted to speak to someone higher in the organisation as I was not happy with the way the phone call was going or the things I was being told. I was then told that I would receive a phone call by close of business that day by that someone but recieved nothing and have still not received a call 7 days later. To support my argument that Woolworths were not honoring their promotion... i was refunded and told maitland were out of stock at 7.30pm... however my order was not picked until 6am the following morning. And my partner went into the maitland store the morning after I had been told they were out of stock... and there was most definitely stock on the shelves! I am absolutely disgusted! I would like an apology for both the lies that were told to me and for the false advertising by Woolworths. I would also like the nappies that I ordered last week for free now for all the trouble I have gone through and the way I have been treated! Please contact me if u would like to discuss further. Sally.

koala jasmine rice
Hi my name is Aloka I regularly buy Koala Jasmine Rice from Woolworth's every week.
This rice are usually very good except my latest purchase.
I have used the most of this pack. Tonight while taking some rice into the rice cooker I found some rice are sticking together and turned pinkish red colour, then I found more pink sticky rice inside sticking with packet.
I have no clue what are they and why they are relish pink, it's look like dried blood.
I am feeling disgusting thinking of that I have eaten some rice from this packet.
maille hollandaise
This is the worst product I've ever bought from Woolworths. I thought it couldn't get any worse than the packet Hollandaise, I was wrong. It seemed like a good alternative choice, paying $4 for a small jar. Once opened I tasted it, the taste was essentially off mayonnaise with lemon. I even added expensive truffle oil to possibly counteract the potent taste of mayonnaise. But unfortunately it didn't work
hot dog rolls from bakery
Asked my son to buy some hotdogs rolls from woolworths Dapto 2530..As you can see they are burnt on top..He said all the pkts were the same..Seriously why did they put them on the shelves? So much for fresh rolls..there was no need to toast the top..as soon as they came out of pkt u could smell burnt bread..i should of took them back except I live 5 KS away and would of cost more in fuel. This was on Saturday 20th October.
deli service or lack of
This evening at 9pm I went to St Ives store to purchase shaved meat. When I got there the employee at the deli refused to shave any meat and made multiple excuses, then said he didn't know how to.
I think it was a load of BS because he just didn't want to do it. The store was still open for trade for another whole hour.
It's just ridiculous, your store did not advertise that it was only partially open. I needed th e shaved meats for a party tomorrow and now will look to go elsewhere, likely Harris Farm.
Ether the employee couldn't be bothered or you place an employee in charge who doesn't actually know how to do the job, either way disappointing and just a further example of oligopolies providing crap service and taking advantage of their customers because they think they can.
woolworths at warringah mall brookvale
I purchased this salad at 1:30 this afternoon at Woolworths in brookvale and after approximately 5 minutes of eating it, I've noticed multiple insects/ contamination inside the salad provided by Woolworths. Please advice me of compensation as this in intolerable and I have felt sick since. This food is contaminated, how can you sell this? ... I will not tolerate this
stain remover kit by the kelly company
Woolworths used to stock this fantastic Stain remover which is the only product that actually works on carpet. It had 3 separate bottles which removed stains according to the enzymes involved. I have been using it for years - because it is the only thing that can deal with pet messes etc.
What does Woolies do? Stops selling it so the Kelly Company can no longer afford to import it. Well done Woolworths. Not!
That's why I DONT use Woolies.
By the way, everyone is sick of that smarmy advert so please stop it.
bega cheese block string bitey 500g
Hello, I have just purchased the above product from your Woolworths Keysborough store.
I opened the cheese when getting home to find it mouldy (not 1 hour after purchasing it). As per the photograph below the Best Before date is April 2019.
Very disappointing not only for Bega but also for Woolworths.
I would suggest your store looking into the batch of this product as I imagine mine wouldn't be the only one.
Sincerely
Jenny Drewett

car insurance promotion
Bought car insurance with a promo code CARX03
Promo was 10% off and a $100 Gift card.
I believe I got 10% off but I have been told I need to supply evidence regarding the promotional Gift Card in order for it to be received. Spike with 2 operators. The first operator was informing me about different time frames the voucher would be sent out. The second operator informed me that I had to supply evidence about the promotion.
offer of free google mini with online shopping
I have placed my first Online order with Woolworths which is due to be delivered this afternoon. I am just a bit disappointed that on the website it says that a free Google Mini can be received with orders over $300 which mine is. When I tried to add this to my order it says that they are temporary unavailable and I could not add to my order. I believe this is false advertising. It should also least offer a rain check on the item. I tried to talk I someone on your live chat but hat was hopeless and he just argued with everything I had said and didn't seem to be listening to me at all.
I usually do online shopping with Coles but bought I would try Woolworths but this had certainly made me regret that decision.
online shopping delivery
Hello.. my daughter Danika Donald of 17 Selen Court Leeming WA 6141 mobile ..[protected] placed an online order to be delivered on the 16 th october to be organised with cooking ect for her sons first birthday today. The delivery was left at the wrong address and Danika was told nothing could be delivered till today so she had to go to IGA after 7.30 pm last night to shop with her two boys. She has been unwell and is extremely disappointed as I am with this service. Danika had spent a long time doing the order which contained all her organic products.. first birthday items and everyday items to do all the cooking required for today totaling over $180.00 . To add further frustration house number 11 Selen Ct received the complete order for free while Danika had to pay more for the same products at IGA. I have been a loyal Woolworths customer for years and am very upset about this matter as I believe the wrong family received the order for free ! I will not be shopping at Woolworths again unless something has been done to rectify this situation. Yours Sincerely Suzanne Embry [protected] .
deli fresh chicken garlic kievs
I bought 10 garlic chicken kievs from the Deli at Maddington Woolworths today. As I went through the checkout the assistant did say to me to be careful because it looked like the packaging was coming undone. Roughly 15 minutes later when I was opening the packet to put them in the fridge I noticed that they looked like a big pile of bread crumbs and cheese. They were squashed and busted open. I was SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. Luckily I am just feeding my family and am not worried about how terrible they look. At least the Deli assistant could have put them on a small meat tray instead of just dumping them in the plastic bag.
winning vouchers
Dear Madam or Sir,
I am a concerned customer that has been scammed by a so called survey you conduct on the web page. apparently this offers a voucher if you answer a few questions regarding woolworths, then after answering the survey you are re-directed to another page where there are a few items at just the shipping fee, it is called a trial rush, I went for the Nutralu Garcinia diet pills, I thought what the harm for $4.95, what I didn't expect was they kept sending the pills and helping them selves to my bank account, I wish you could do something to warn naive people such as my self not to give out bank details and just ignore it, this is now in the hands of my bank, as I have made a formal complaint. Could you please take action of some sort, as there will be more victims out there. I am quite upset about the whole thing!

sausages sippy downs qld
Hi i bought some dausages from woolies and cooked them up tonight, 3/4 of the way through i cut my upper gum with a piece of glass that was in the sausage, I am far from a complainer but this was a very serious act i came accross, they were plain beef sausages boight on a pack of 6 . I first thiught it may have been gristle but when i grabbed it from my mouth it had blood and then when i washed it it was glass,
meat counter
Well my experience yesterday on Woolworths Currambine wasn't too good either.
I went to meat counter to get some chicken there was a bloke serving a customer fish and once finished he went over to the tap ran water over his hand with a glove on and then served me with the same glove that had handled fish and wasn't even changed. He just picked up the chicken with his hands. I got the Chicken and then though no you can't eat this so left it.
This is the second time I've had a problem with hygiene regarding hand washing ect at their meat counter.
Then the rest of my shopping experience wasn't good either as lots of items I needed were not on shelf
Maybe I should just stay shopping at Coles
no plastic bags
Since the plastic bag ban in NSW, it has become so slow and frustrating at the checkout. People take a stack of the small green plastic bags found in the fruit section but they don't have carry handles. The checkout person then has to open each one of those bags to fit the groceries in. Instead of 7 or 8 of the old discontinued bags that doubled for rubbish bags, many people are now using over 20 of the flimsy small green plastic bags for the same purpose and taking twice as long to have them opened and filled. Instead of spending $400 on my weekly shop for the family, I am now spending about $130 at Woollies and going to another supermarket so as I can get enough plastic bags for the rubbish.
ww delivery trucks
HI, Your delivery truck left his engine running, 40 minutes, while he was inside his cab. I wonder why he did not keep his engine off until he was ready to go. You may reply saying he needed to warm up the engine, yes this is true but not for 40 minutes. It was in Upper Pitt Street Kirribilli.
I will not be using your services because you dont care about the environment!
