I transferred some money to my family, but the recipient's last name went wrong. So, I used the platform to fix it as soon as I saw the mistake. However, the app didn't work and always popped up a message saying there was a problem with the app and should try later.
I looked for some help through the chat in the app, and I always got the same answer. It is like a copy-and-paste response for everyone "Our bank partner is in the process of contacting the recipient to confirm the transaction details", "I'll send an email once we contact our partner"...
It was repeated many times, but never got an email, and the problem wasn't fixed.
We also had to fix the recipients's details by filling out a form, but it didn't work, as the money is still with them.
After waiting for more than 10 days for a reasonable answer, we decided to cancel the transfer.
However, even for a simple cancellation, it looks like it is arduous work for them, and seeing the cancellation in the app takes more than a day.
I'm still waiting for an answer for the transfer cancellation, and when I'll get my money back.
What I think is really disappointing, is while the other person is waiting for their money, this company is making a profit withholding the money.
