Please dont move in yes communities. We have sent emails talking office issues. I have a home next us falling apart. We brought a new home brought in here. We were robbed before moved in. Broke our slifing glass doot stole a bristo table nice outside table. We begged office corporate emails for help. Noone cares. The house other side every friday he get drunks son, and jams music louder he gets drunk louder music i hear in home. We cant tune it out with television. You have raise volume so loud it would give you a headache. They let others have fences other things we our told we cant do. The one gets drunk has made a man made fence area his dogs go bathroom. Only place it stinks. This been going on since May 2016. They our not going help in here. We need our broken driveway repaired. Brojen pathway. They move anyone in here. We give up. WE HAVE PICTURES VIDEOS PROVE EVERYTHING. WE STAY OURSELVES. NOW LAYING HERE PAIN THE BEIGHBOR DRINKS BOUGHT A CHRISTMAS ONE OF THOSE THINGS PUTS COLORS HOME. WELL NOW FLASHING MY WINDOW. No. We have sent numerous emails to corporate and they have seen the videos! do not lie! no, we wrote a email for shelly handling getting rid the neighbor on our left yes and she did handle getting the drug people out ect .But we have shown the office so many videos to office the barking dog, s music were shown plus neighbor across the street scream f word. Oh no! our you missing the other multiple emails sent to corporate. I will have all pulled out of my hard drive if needed. Plus others in my microsoft windows we have saved. Woken up! we just got news yesterday this all from new neighbor next door on the left she is leaving for the safety and welfare for her children. She showed us major flies in the rear bathroom getting in and they our sewage flies. She found out the plumbing is not hooked up outside for years.Raw sewage has been going into ground for years.The roof torn off nasty porch ect ect . She showed home no smoke detectors wire seen through walls old installation ect. This is a fire hazard too.Great live right next door and i am sick with a autoimmune disease and on chemo. The harrassment started long before the dog incident and I've got proof she lied I can get statement from dcf and neighbors and families to prove the lies.
We didn't remove the dog because animal control gave us a confinement order and first said dog couldn't be relocated while this bs case was investigated. They cited a state statute in the ticket. The night it happened animal control didn't even think it was a big deal they never even spoke to my daughter they only came back the next night and wrote a citation cause the same mngr harrassing us made them. And she came over screaming (not talking like a professional person should) as she normally does scream and acts unbalanced and I've got witnesses to that as well as her almost driving into my porch.
My daughter is a victim because her ex boyfriend pushed her and tried locking himself in the house with my grandson and when he was gonna be arrested he ran from the police and then almost 2 months later cane here with his sister to try and kidnap my grandson so police obviously had to come for that as well.
My daughter and I didn't know he was off his meds and he knows he's not allowed here, we didn't cause either incident and have had him file multiple false complaints to dcf to get back at my daughter for breaking up with him.
And the last false case was closed out in less than 2 weeks cause they said it was bs.
I can prove the harrassment long before the dog thing she's just using the dog thing because we called her out in the inspection lies and lying saying dcf said something they have told us they never said to her and advised us they never discussed any case with her.
My daughter was a victim and that mngr made her stress level and mine so much worse on top of what her ex caused that we have both had documented stress related health issues from her psychotic vindictive behavior.
My daughter's ex is a terrible person, but we don't deserve having what he did taken out on us
And the owner of the other dog called a false complaint in on my daughter and her friends one night and the sheriff is happy to get me that paperwork if I need it to. They moved their car to visitor parking so I could get out of the driveway in the morning which took them 10 mins total between moving the car and smoking a cigarette, meanwhile the only people out when they did were the other dogs owners, who lied to the police and said they were wandering the neighborhood smoking joints. But yet again they were barely out of the house 10 mins to move the car. And the sheriff who showed up said they were clean and beyond cooperative, we all allowed him in the house to discuss the baby complaint and we're very cooperative and he even remembered a previous traffic stop with these same kids a CPL weeks earlier and said oh I remember you guys, you guys are clean as a whistle .
The other dog a Yorkie came into my yard almost 6 ft with whoever was walking it, my dog ran out of the screened in porch to sniff the other dog since it was in his yard, the other dog growled and bit first
I have 3 witnesses to this. If this dog was aggressive this wdnt be his first scuffle but it was and just cause he's bigger doesn't mean he started it, and the other owner was stupid enough to put his hand between the dogs months while they were fighting who does that. I also have 3 witnesses that the other owner put his hands on a teenaged girl helping get Rocco and pushed her and that was never addressed
I should've taken a picture of the people their dog left in my yard I guess to prove they brought that little biter into my yard.
Rocco had just been at pet supermarket the day before getting shots and never even noticed other dogs were there, because he's a big baby and is never aggressive unless attacked first.

But I had told her I was meeting with a realtor and already searching for a place
She said she isn't accepting my rent and would re-return my Nov checks as soon as possible 2 weeks ago and I still don't have them back and have lost out on 2 different places cause that was the deposit money I need to move and I didn't have it cause it hasn't been returned yet
Get the whole story, this dog didn't start the fight the happy Yorkie who also pooped in my yard and regularly poops in my yard did, and the harrassment had been ongoing for months, I have witnesses and emails, and have discussed things as they have happened each time with coworkers

And an attorney said I have a good case, but I just want to move and there was no need to put an eviction on my record when we were following the state statute on the citation
And when she returned my rent checks the first time she didn't tell the person here at my house for the inspection who took video of the cleaned house and didn't leave me an email or voicemail saying they were on my dining room table where my toddler grandson could've got them or my dogs

I hear from multiple neighbors how she threatens almost everyone with 7 day notice for stupid stuff, and had the nerve to tell a guy who owns his house she'd throw him out and take his mortgage away

I don't know how any of the people at this community couldn't tell my roof needed to be replaced before we moved in
It was leaking only a few weeks into living here and had black spots that looked painted over, which I've got pictures of before and right after hurricane
And then took more than 3 months to replace it, it wasn't replaced until after a hurricane
And I've got emails where I'm told Workman will be at my house yet noone shows up each time and I'm never notified they weren't coming
She's lucky I didn't get code enforcement in here.

on november first 2017 i notified office of yes communities that i no longer needed my shed. i notified on 11/1 and was paid until 12/1. was notified that could not remove shed until 1/1/2018 and i was responsible for rent on the shed for december. i am not responsibile for their limitations and do not owe rent for december. resolution has not been resolved.

sewage problem and other maintenance problems in texas
We have had this sewage problem off and on since we have been living at el lago ii in fort worth texas #13. We have called and called and when someone finally come out, they tell us there is no problem. Several months later they come again, and says there is a backup and supposedly fixes it. The manager has the air ducts cleaned out, but the smell still lingers. Recently they were to come check and fix the pipes and lied and said they came by and the door was open. When I know they are coming I look out for them. No call from the park, nothing. Im getting a feeling the maintenance dont want to do their job! We have told them of the stinch constantly being smelled, and surrounding neighbors, family and the leasing agent smells it when coming up to the house. Since management or the maintenance people dont have to live in this [censor], I feel they don't even care because if they did, this problem would have been taken care of a long time ago!. Mind you, we pay well over a thousand dollars in rent, and we are supposed to stay in this aweful [censor] 5 years after we buy our home, but yes communities shout out they strive to satisfy their customers! [censor]! I want this taken care of immediately! As well as other maintenaces we have needed done around our home we have been asking about for years!

My daughter and I have been subjected to an ongoing pattern of harrassment, I emailed corporate the only response I got was some guy trying to sell me a house.
I have contacted an attorney and will be again tomm I'm at the point of being ready to file suit

constant traffic from one resident
We purchased our home in April 2014 at Country Club Crossing in Altoona Iowa. Our lot rent is ridiculously high but I was willing to pay the higher price for a higher end community where people lived by the park rules and everyone took exceptional care of their home. For the most part, it is a nice park but we have had a high turnover of management and maintenance since I've been there and there is one particular home in my neighborhood that is a constant nuisance. They continue to cause issues with their visitors. Of course, we're not sure who is supposed to be living there but their visitors have picked up again tremendously in the last month where there are numerous additional vehicles parked all over the neighborhood every night and on the weekends it's ridiculous. This past Saturday night they had at least 3-5 vehicles park east of their home, then 6 vehicles parked in the street in front of my neighbor, an additional 2-3 vehicles at the clubhouse parking and 3 in their driveway. One other resident had someone come over a couple of times to help roof his garage and he had nowhere to park so he had to park in the street across from this line of vehicles. There have been numerous times if an emergency vehicle had to get through it would be impossible. That's approximately 14 vehicles for one house. I understand people are allowed to have visitors but no one else in the neighborhood can have any visitors due to lack of parking because of one resident. I have heard numerous complaints about the numerous cars and it's difficult to pull in and out of driveways for residents. I have also witnessed, numerous times, where they have had visitors park in back of their driveway and this past Thursday they had a car parked in their yard. These people have no consideration or respect for the other residents in the park or the neighborhood. The BMW that is on the west side of the driveway hasn't moved in months. In addition, the amount of trash on our streets has greatly increased with the additional traffic from their visitors. There is trash everywhere and no one picks it up. We finally got sick of looking at it and picked it up ourselves. I complained about this same resident and the same problem to the previous manager in May 2016 (I have that e-mail as well) and obviously nothing is being done. I have pictures but I won't post since they have license plates on them (some anyway). There are also kids who leave their toys and bikes all over their front yard and it just looks trashy.

clogged sewer pipes in the ground
The sewer pipes are clogged because a tree root is growing in it. We are buying the mobile home so my dad unclogged the pipes in the mobile home but there is more tree root growing in the ground pipes, which we informed the community office about but they stated it was not their problem since we are purchasing the mobile home. We are paying rent for the land though, and we are very displeased and feel that the issues with the sewer pipes in the rented land should be taken care of. After I wrote this complaint I sent the same complaint to their customer service and in less than a minute I was contacted by the Arbor Spring office, who was more than willing to help now and stated she would have someone fix our plumbing issue.

This is money that I turned over more than ago.. I submitted a quote an no money was sent for the repairs. I also hired legal council an fought the insurance company for more money an won. Since this I have lost my home.. Now there is all this money up in the air an no repairs have been done...

I am writing this formal complaint against Creekside of Seagoville. I have been a resident at #114 for a little over a year now. For the most part, things have been peaceful and I have no complaints. There was a change in the office and things started changing. There are a few things: I receive a notice regarding Gold Key Service. I was told that this was when things are checked and replaced if needed. When I get the notice, it is a range of days that they will come with no exact date. I have needed things replaced and I have had to replace them myself. I never even know when they come unless they lock the bottom and top lock because I only lock one. Next, when I get my rent notices now, they are left on the windshield of my car or under a rocking chair on my porch. They now have NO PLASTIC covering them. So, when it rains, I just have wet paper to look at. I don’t know why this changed. It used to be left in my door in plastic. Next, I had in issue with my screen door months ago. For some odd reason, it started sliding out of place and dropped down MUCH lower than it should have. It would not close. I called constantly for 2 weeks before it was “fixed”. It still catches in the top and will not open without force. I am writing this complaint mostly for what occurred last night. It all started Sunday when I woke up and my screen door would not open. The top corner had slipped again, but this time, it fell into the space in-between the door panel and I could not open my door form the inside. I had to come in and out through my back door. I had 2 of the regular kids come by to mow my lawn and I had to let them know that I could not open my front door to talk to them. So, I took the risk and sent a message to the office via Facebook, Sunday at 2:40 pm. I explained that I need my screen door REPLACED because this is a reoccurring issue. I also explained that I am having to go out of my back door and that I need a key to my back door. So, I ACTUAL GOT A RESPONSE Monday at 11:24 am! The message was very sincere and I was told that someone would be fixing it the same day. I was happy with that. I got home around 6:30 am to find that My front door was locked. I was panicking, but not too worried because I know I could go in through the back door. So, I went around to the back door and IT WAS LOCKED! So, I went back to the front door and tried my key several more times. No Luck. I tried the back door (even though I know the key doesn’t work). No LUCK! I called the office and left 3, maybe 4 messages with the “emergency” maintenance voicemail. No one called me back. I was outside until 11:30 pm. I GOT HOME AT 6:30! The ONLY neighbor I know was kind enough to invite me to his home, but I had to decline due to I am SEVERELY allergic to cats. I had to call someone to help me access my residence. Now, the main issue to that I have is that as of right now, it is 2:38 pm. Not one person has contacted me regarding my calls to the afterhours phone line, no one has called me from the office. No one has checked on my well-being. I looked online at the property and the complaints are regarding communication. I have written letters to the office with no response! Action is taken, but they do not let you know that they have received your letter or they don’t let you know if it can be accepted or not. Also, no one answers when you call. There is one gentleman in the office who is very helpful and treats me like I am a person. I was not able to get into my home for over 5 hours. I could not get in my home. I called the emergency number. I left messages. No one has viewed or responded to my messages on Facebook for today. I am an average tenant. I may not pay on time, but I ALWAYS pay my late fees and try to contact the office and let them know if anything will prevent that. I appreciate the waiving of the late fees the month I received my notice, but this a HORRIBLE way to treat people. I understand that we are just people that pay rent so that you can have a paycheck, but don’t get so caught up in your position that you lose your human factor. I have NEVER felt so unappreciated by a landlord/management. I pray to God that He keeps me on my toes so that I have no further interaction with the staff. I’m sure that this will just go to the office, but I have copied this and am researching the number to corporate now. I will forward this to whomever is willing to listen and offer some type of empathy/sympathy/compensation or SOMETHING! I have spoken highly of this place and recommended at least 3 people to Yes properties, but I am 100% that I am going to make them aware of my experience and advise them otherwise. I am most definitely planning to move after this leasing term is expired. Jose was the reason I felt good about coming here. He has been nothing but kind to me. Even to this day. It was deceiving. But, I am naïve for believing that everyone actually cares. I will continue to pay my rent and stay out of the way. I can see that my feelings do not matter at Creekside. I have prayed about this and that is all that I can do.
Welp, as of 9/15/2017, it has been a month since I have been forgotten about. I was told by Roxanne over the phone and by the maint. man that I would have a door. I STILL have no storm door. They said that it has to be ordered. I was left a note saying that it would be ordered on 9/15. That day came and went. When I called, I was told that the door that was ordered was the incorrect size and that they had to send it back. Also, I was asked if I have tried my back door because they sprayed WD-40 in it. I explained that I do not know to try something if I was NEVER told that anything was sprayed in the lock. The reason they haven't replaced the lock is because the locks that were ordered were privacy locks and so they are waiting. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND A SERIES OF LIES! My home is still settling, so the door keeps coming off track of the frame and would not close. Roxanne called to apologize like always and sent the maint. man to take my storm door off bc it would not close, that man looked me in my face and lied. He told me that "the door will be here Tuesday, but if it came Monday that he would install it Monday instead. He had another gentleman with him. They never cam back. I came home a few weeks later to see that all the screws had been removed from the frame, but NO DOOR WAS INSTALLED. The screws were all on the porch and table. As of today, 10/18/2017, I have NO STORM DOOR OR REPLACEMENT LOCK w/ KEY FOR MY BACK DOOR! LIES, APOLOGIES, LIES, APOLOGIES! I have not been offered ANYTHING for the inconvenience! NO WAIVER OF A PET FEE, A FREE YARD MOWING, DISCOUNT OR ANYTHING! Just apologies that have meant nothing for a while The bad thing about this site is that I think that it goes directly to Roxanne or someone in the office who are actually the problem. I am NOT HAPPY and the service that I have received is horrible, but the fact that I have been forgotten about completely! Speaks ALOT about this company. I will be submitting my complaint in writing to corporate because again, I keep getting routed back to the same people.
I am a home buyer in a Texas Yes Community. I also have been noticing that notes get left on the wind shield of my car, sometimes it gets wet due to all the humidity and then it looks like a chewed up piece of paper, I've even found 1 in front of my next door neighbors house. I too am an average person, I may not pay on time at times, but I do pay what was due including all the late fees. I wonder sometimes if all those unrecognizable notices counts towards eviction notices and on top of that all the phone calls I try making which goes straight to voicemail counts as my attempt to let management know what prevents me to pay on time. I work a full time job, my husband has been a student in school doing rotations at the hospital for free, he doesn't have much time to carry on a part time or full time job over the past year and half.
We are a family of 5 struggling to make ends meet. We have invested all of our time and funds into providing a roof over our childrens heads and ours as well. We will start getting notices at our door on the 6th, if we don't pay by the 5th. We have been told we can get help, but we don't trust that due to a past situation a year ago or so with our old management, we basically just kept getting the run around.
I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with bad service as well. I have faxed my complaints to corporate last week and heave heard nothing back. I also spoke with a member of management Monday (Jose) and was told that he would take care of it this week. Today is Thursday, October 26 and I still have no door or back door lock w/keys. This is ridiculous. I pray that things get better for you!
When we first moved in we requested a shed and the old management said we would get one. Over 3 years later we don't have one. Last year we had a storm which blew out more than half of our skirting. So not only did the management back then talk to me on the phone about getting it all repaired, I went in person to the office and spoke to them several times. After a year later and new management we just got it fixed a week ago.
I am not going to lie, I am not a perfect person, I have been late on the land and mortgage but when I did pay it, I paid all the fees as well. My family had a bad financial hardship 2 years ago, which caused me to go jobless for months, leaving my husband to be the only one working to support a family of 4. We've talked to the bank to see what kind of assistance was available to us and all we got was the run around, . The office said talk to the bank, the bank said talk to the office. After more than several attempts to ask for assistance, it took a toll on my husband and I and we lost trust in them and gave up.
The new management is understanding and treat us like humans, much better than before, I still have animosity towards management, which I shouldn't, but the old management made this way.
I wish you better luck also, keep bugging them, even if you have to constantly talk to them everyday and maybe they will give in and fix your door

unethical behavior
9/6/17 Diana, Shaq and Shereeka (not sure of spelling) at the Eagle Creek Ranch office.
I have had several instances of unprofessional behavior with this new staff and the only one of the three of whom has shown any etiquette at all would be Shaq. Today I noticed an increase in my lot rent and when I called at 9:50am and left a message with Shereeka to have the manager call me back I did not receive a call back. I called back at 3:35pm when Shaq answered I explained to him I called to talk to Diana that morning and had never received a call back and he transferred me. I was sent to her voicemail so I called back and Shereeka answered. When I asked her if she had spoken with Diana she told me she was unsure of what the increase in my lot rent was for and that she really "don't have nothin to do with that" she then said she told Diana to call me but Diana was "really busy" and if I wanted to I could come in and talk to her. I then relayed to her the reason I was calling was because I did not have time to come in before they close. My office hours are the same as theirs. So she put the phone down to walk to "really busy" Diana's office to ask her what my increase was for, instead of warm transferring me so that I could talk to the manager myself, she put the phone on the desk. When she got back she said Diana pulled up the information and said there was an annual rate increase. When I asked why I wasn't informed she then again said "I don't have nothin to do with that but if you want to come in the office to talk to Diana you can".
residency
I have contacted the office of my community several times about people parking on the street blocking, most all, traffic in or out and parking in front of others houses. I bought my house here and pay lot rent to be here and should not have to find an alternate route to MY house because the office refuses to enforce their own rules and now the rules of Fort Worth code enforcement. There are now fire lanes throughout the entire community and yet people are still parking on the street, on top of these lines, because the office refuses to actually do ANYTHING. This is ridiculous and I encourage people to find other places to live because the office staff however nice they are, are completely useless and refuse to even answer the phone most of the time.

My mother is disabled she gets paid on the 3rd of every month so of course we are charged a late fee every month this month we received an eviction notice because our site manager is tired of us being late even though it has been explained to him that we get paid after the first. They would not except the rent until the late fee is provided so when so we had to wait until I got paid to provide the late fee which was only $25 I provided the rent and late fee but was still told to come and get payment because I was sent to eviction I have an elderly mother and 3 younger kids I can not afford to be evicted or move and I don't want an eviction on my background all I wanna do is pay my rent please help me. There was a sign on the rent drop box that explained as of Friday if you were turning in your rent it would be a $75 dollar late which I had but the manager said that the note only applied to certain people which was a lie because it was on display for everyone to see they also had a note up for the 5th with a late fee of $25 and the 10th with a late fee of $50
I also pay according to policy and procedure because I include my late fee every time I pay

park management
First of all the park raises our lot rent when i first moved to hickory creek community in Denton Tx my rent was under 400 a month this was 20 for water 20 for sewer and 18 for trash which was picked up twice a week. Today rent is over 500 they took trash out of monthly dues to go to city they doubled the price from 18 to 35 and only come once a week . My lot rent is slowly becoming as much as my house note . They decided to change people for the third time since i owned my trailer . The pool which was supposed to open in may during memorial day didnt open till july because management decided to resurface the pool, why this wasnt done during the season the pool was closed is beyond me . Then they close the pool throughout the week and no notification as to why my rent is going up but yet we cant enjoy the emenities in the park i am aboyt to go to the city about this park
community pool
As you can see by the pictures taken on August 5, 2017, our community pool is in desperate need of maintenance. As a working resident, relaxing by the pool is a luxury on a weekend but not with the pool looking like this! Health hazard, just plain disgusting. What does it take? Residents abide by rules, pay lot rents and rely on amenities provided. This should be extremely embarrassing to the management of our community. What would potential new residents think looking at this? Take care of our pool!

scammers and liars
We came across A Yes! Community and checked out the place and we really loved it for its cleanliness and its looks. We decided to rent a spot in there for our new mobile home that we recently bought. As we talked to the manager and assistant manager we actually got a spot in there. I payed $541.41 in deposit and $80 for the application, $621.41 in total. As we where ready to move in we came in once last time to check if everything was fine and we had one BIG problem. The assistant manager told us that the spot that we made a deposit on was rented to someone else that came. Keep in mind that in a situation like this someone else would've gotten mad but I remained calm and asked for my refund back. They where really fast on getting the money but not as fast on refunding it. It has been almost 2 months since I asked for a refund and I have been contacting them to check on the status of the refund and every time they say that it's on its way. They acted in bad faith to us because they knew we weren't getting the spot we wanted but still asked for the money and cashed it real quick. We payed with a money order on May 13th and they cashed it May 15. For a place like that, I don't recommend moving there if the management is bad.
All i'm asking for is my $621.41 refund as soon as possible because the wait has been too long already.

After speaking with a lawyer and threatening suit, a check for the security deposit was given. Minus the water bill, which legally should not have been kept either.

fined unfairly
Hello my name is maria mariscal I live on rolling hills #41 I received a letter stating I was fined with 225 bc of deck repairs paint and mowing... Last time I emailed bc they dont send any notices they did about the mowing and took care of it I did realized my grass needed mowing but as single mother its hard to find somebody reliable that can do it after 6pm by the time I get here I try to pay early my rent so I wont have any problems... Bow it says the 3rd attemp to comply? This is the first one I promised that if I wouldve known my deck needed paint I wouldve done something about it... I was diagnosed w cancer in my uterus and im trying to safe money to get treatment... I never give problems I dont play music or we are not loud its just me and my 2 girls 7 n 3 my ac unit broke and its been hot days havent been able to fix it... But I think this charge is not fair I am waiting for a response from a guy for the grass but cant pay the fine really then earn money to fix... They should consider and give time and recomend if they send letters date them... Please review this charges and at least give me time... I might not make it till december so if please give me time to save money and find cheap affordable ppl to fix the issues.
sewer/water billing
I have lived here at yes community for awhile and I have talked to several managers several maintenance workers and they all could not give me a clear anwser on how they charge the water/sewer to each of the familys here. I have asked for documentation on the water/sewer usage to each home. They claim it os digitally sent to the office. Ok well, why cant I see my individual usage chart or reading? Well it doesnt work that way or i will have it for you on the next cycle. Nothing! No documentation or nothing not even a phone call or a personal response on this issue. The whole community wants awnsers!
So I decided to do some research and ask some former employees with yes communities. There response was (Its very shady and they have loop holes they go through to make a profit.) I plan on calling the news station about this issue and Let them do some investigating of there own if I dont get awnsers. BTW I know they are cheating me cause I purposely turned my water off for a whole cycle just to see the results and i get my bill and a extra billing was on there for over usage on water/sewer. I mean this is a Scandal! A BIG Scandal!

I have live in one of there communities for over ten years. Over the years I have had several problems and complaints. My home was damaged by them and they refused to pay for the damage. The managers that run these properties are very rude and they are unreasonable in most situations. There is no recourse to talk to someone higher up that is the worst complaint I have.
The lot rent is way higher than any other park or community. They know they have you by the balls cause most people can't just spend thousands of dollars to move.. If at all possible stay away.

move in promises
I moved in may 2016. I was told at closing that I had a year of free leveling before I would be responsible for paying to have it done. I have been telling management since october that my home needed to be leveled. I now have cracks on both ends and they are growing. If management has no intention of c8vering this expense they shouldn't be making this promise!

We purchased our home in Prairie Greens in Frederick, Co in May of 2016, and that's when the nightmare started. We bought a new home and thought it was the home of our dreams. It has been anything but, our factory paint job was screwed up so the construction manager/community manager had her painters come in and paint, for 3 weeks we were told it would be ready for us to move in on May 9th. So naturally being excited we came over on the 6th to see the progress on our beautiful new home. There was no one here and the painters had made a few swipes on the wall and no cut in was done or anything. We figured okay they'll surely finish it over the weekend, so on the 7th we came by again, once again no painters but the paint pan had been moved from the dining room to the front bedroom, they had used the bathroom and that was about it. To help we removed the faceplates from around all outlets and switches as they were attempting to roll the paint around them. On Sunday May 8th we once again came by to check on the progress knowing we were closing on the next day the 9th. Nothing had been done, so we rolled up our sleeves and finished the living room, master bedroom and master closet. There is paint everywhere but the walls. We have paint on the new cabinetry, the fixtures, the counter tops, the carpeting and 141 tiles of flooring. When we showed up on Monday the 9th, there was 1 little guy on a ladder trying to finish the job. He asked who I was and I told him this is my house and we're moving in. He told me that he was told we weren't moving until the following day. Wrong... His bosses wife came to check on him and see what was taking so long and I told her there was a lot not done. I asked her how to get all the splatter off of the floors and cabinets, she told me to wipe it off. Guess what.. you can't just wipe off dried on paint. In trying to remove paint from the cabinets the finish also comes off, I brought my concerns to Yesinia Quiroga and she said the reason for the delay was they had an emergency on another house, the other house was a higher priority even though the person who bought that house did not close for at least 6 weeks after us. For the following couple months whenever I would go to the office Yesinia would tell me that I had to let the painters in to finish the job, I told her the paint job was something I could handle. I felt like I was being attacked every time I went to the office. Our refrigerator had to be replaced when they took the "old" one out they left 4 scratches through the dining room, she told me, too bad. One day I was cleaning the floors and noticed my floor tiles do not match, I had spent so much time looking up and the crummy paint job, that I had failed to notice the floor tiles. When I brought this new problem to Yesinia Quiroga's attention, she asked me "Now What", when I told her about the floors she told me once again " Too Bad". We have tried to work with her on the discrepancies yet to no avail. For some reason she decided to move our air conditioning unit from where it was supposed to be to the side of the house in doing so the electrician tapped into a fully loaded circuit and ran the feed for the air conditioner in the main feed conduit. Which is not acceptable, when I asked Yesinia Quiroga about this she said the reason they moved it was cause it was cheaper to put it there instead of where the manufacturer of the house had put it. When I asked the electrician about the feeder being where it is, I was told they would move it but it would cost me. The garage is an after manufacture add on, the electrician taps into the closet outlet for power in the garage, without looking at the schematic or wiring diagrams he tapped into our Laundry Room, which is also one of our Kitchen Arc Fault Circuits. I asked why there wasn't a separate circuit for the garage, because no one can have just one outlet in the garage that is used for the sprinkler system. That leaves 1 plug in for any and all devices that may be plugged in. Yesinia Quiroga stated she didn't know why that happened, but it would explain all the problems people are having with their garages. To do anything on the exterior you have to submit a form and explain what you want to do, ie: shed, fence etc.. We have done this twice and each time it has taken her in excess of 2 weeks to approve anything for us. I have spoken to other residents and they have said they bring a form to her and she approves them right away. We turned our 90 day punch list in at the beginning of August it is now December and none of our concerns have been addressed. The community manager has a pet name for me, " The B###h on Laural Green", I have heard this from quite a few people and I do not appreciate this.
