A couple years ago we suffered a tornado. Since then the runoff from building, the addition hire, then the original park we now get tremendous runoff of sewage from the upper part. I removed several tree stumps at my expense in addition to over 100 bags of topsoil each year I’ll let my expense. I know find out that my rent has been increased $50, everyone else their rent was increased $38. I have invested more than $50 per month into my yard your property. I was also informed by corporate that I would remove the tree stumps at my expense seeing as I am responsible to maintain my rental property to their expectations. Can you believe that so I’ve invested a fortune into this yard that is contaminated with feces throughout as well as my neighbors. Mushrooms grow at astronomical sizes I cannot work in my yard due to the infestation of the bugs because of the sewage. They have flushed and flushed and flushed a broken system. It was told to them over 13 years ago that the sewer system needed to go yet they continue to try to fix the broken system. I have in writing from the power rodding company that my blockage on the average of one month is attributed to something off my property. Again note I have it in writing it is your problem. Again and again I have been told it is my problem. So if I sue them, they won’t renew my lease. I’m screwed. My plan is to sell. I won’t deny that but to increase my rent moreover, then everyone else is an atrocity. In my opinion, I should get a decrease. ASHLEY and Sherry, the two former managers gave me awards in the spring time for the most beautiful yard. Of course it’s beautiful because it is all feces grass grows in [censored] beautifully but then the rains come, and it all washes away, and I end up with huge bear patches after our rains. I have to get out there with a bag of topsoil and seed and I do this continually throughout the spring and summer months continually every month. When I went to our new office person, she was so naïve. She was rude she couldn’t answer one single question yet expected me to sign my lease with an increase of $50 but couldn’t tell me why. She printed me off that $40 is for sewer system, the broken sewer system and eight dollars is for the trash cans that we received when they threw hours away without our authorization. I’m not using your damn trash cans. I put the bags out on the yard. they are too big and I cannot manipulate it. I’ve had six strokes, and I came here for an easier life and all I’ve gotten was more work and more work and more work. I would like my trashcan back. It was nice it was new and it was beautiful and it was on wheels. I want the eight dollars a month removed from my rent increase because I’m not using their trashcan. I can’t do it they can take them both back if you can explain to me why yes communities would take Sheri away make Kylan manager and then send Kylan on vacation to December 1 leaving a totally naïve person in charge of everything. You want me to sign a lease when you can’t explain nearly why my rent increased $50 all she keeps saying over and over is to call Corporate call Corporate call Corporate she’s like a recording she’s mean she’s rude, and she yelled at me, not a pretty sight. Not a good way to operate a company and we all found this out after it was already done and we were never notified. What kind of company is this? Everyone I talk to cannot stand. Yes communities. They’re unavailable on accountable and incompetent. All they do is talk in circles and they do not give a crap about anything you’re calling about. It is what it is as I was told by Stephanie. She also stated if I don’t like it I don’t have to sign the lease, but I can look for a new place to live. Really nice I was shocked utterly shocked. I spent the next hour filing a complaint but guess what it was rejected. Three times I tried to send it and it was rejected and then they wanted me to pay $10 to re-search why it was rejected OMG is this really happening? I’ve been tried to call another number for Corporate. There were no alternatives to one number and it goes to voicemail. What a scam.

Claimed loss: Topsoil, hundred bags plus,Grass seed five bags,Removal of trees stumps,Doctor bills regarding my infections from the fecesVet bills regarding the infections to my 5 pound pets,$13,000 to replace all the flooring,

Desired outcome: I want my increase removed and my rent to stay as previously noted prior to the increase.
