In Feb 2017 my husband and I decided to purchase a home in Springfield meadows. They had a promotion that they'd match your down-payment dollar for dollar up to $3000 which we thought was awesome. We were more thrilled because the sales woman told us it came with the shed. After signing the contract I noticed they didn't match our down payment and this was literally a few minutes after, I asked her if they can honor their promise and she said no its too late, the contract is already signed. The following mth they started charging us for the shed, I asked why and they tell us the shed is their property. I contested them and they didn't charge us anymore. But since they are always changing management now they want to start charging again. I tried to explain to this manager what happened but he was of no help. I tried calling corporate and the same they don't answer or call you back. I am so frustrated with the community and the lack of service they provide. They are quick to charge you for every little thing and so slow to help you resolve anything. We have been duped and cheated.
Desired outcome: I want them to remove the shed fee for the remainder of our stay because it's only fair since we didn't get out matched down payment nor the shed.
