I got problem too in deposit issue.its been17 days without resolving the issue.ive been betting this site for 2 years.and i got problem for depositing money because i mistaken use ewallet instead of ebank transfer.my problem is they need the screenshot of my transfer that my name and account number is visible.and thats the problem the ewallet i use is they dont have that document only account number can seen.im out of patience because its never ending.everytime i check on it.they always say send the transaction that the name and account are visible.
I did that so many times.still they didnt resolve the issue.instead if i dont check it,they dont have any update what a worst costumer service.and if they reply it saying again send this blah blah blah.it gets me stress for how many days.its looks like im talking to a robot its repeating over and over again!
Tell to your company i donate the money.because im so get stress for begging the money and no way to get it back.enjoy your team regards to all of you!
