7-Eleven Manager poor attitude in handling customer escalation

The manager-in-charge of 7-11 at Hillion Mall branch, Me Nagan is not not to listening to my escalation. Refused to give me his name when asked after I saw his attitude and his response was “why should I give you my name?”.

The saga happened on 11-Jun-2023, 130+pm. Due to a request for help by a Vietnamese customer who top up $10 for M1 post-paid SIM card but didn’t get credit from M1 though the cashier collected the money. I asked for exception handling procedure since money collected by branch but not through to M1. Mr Nagan simply brushed off and refused to listen.

I don’t think he is trained in handling customer concern as he refused to even listen and challenged me even when I asked for his name.

A feedback for 7-11 to know.

Desired outcome: Call me back to share is that how a manager should handle customer escalation if 7-11 see customer feedback as important. My mobile is [protected] and my email is [protected]@yahoo.com.sg.

7-Eleven Graveyard employee

I went to 7-Eleven to buy two packs of cigarettes an American Spirit and a camel light I had enough money to pay for both but for some reason the employee rang up $26 so I didn't have enough I was confused but the one pack of cigarettes went outside and pondered then I went back in and bought the other pack of cigarettes I asked him how is it I have enough money to buy the second pack of cigarettes now and he goes I don't know well I know it's cuz he was stealing from me he was overcharging and thought that I wouldn't notice or wouldn't care but yeah they need to fire the person working at night on Highland Drive 7-Eleven

Desired outcome: Fire employee. Hes unfriendly rude and steals peoples money he uses his own points if customer does not ill never go back here

I just left the 7Eleven in Catonsville, MD on 03/31/2023 at 5:10pm. The store was extremely filthy and should be shut down by the health department immediately until the entire store is disinfected. 7-Eleven Manager and his employees

The manager at 13n store is very disrespectful harasses customers and let's his employees treat customers like [censored]. Marta is one employees she has very poor customer service skills very rude. Krystal is the other one, she has gotten physical with numerous customers while the boss sits and does nothing to stop her she has bad manners and other employees on top of customers have caught Krystal and the manager in the back room fooling around. That stuff should not happen something needs to be done about these three before they get sewed it's about to come to that. The boss is married to the other boss and is [censored]ing an employee. That is no work ethic

store address 2458 Delaware Ave 14216. the side of store on Tacoma Ave is never mowed, grass and weeds is now knee high with loads of garbage, debris, paper cups you name it it's in there. last year I had to go there and ask when they intend to cut grass and now here I am again this year. it's a small area that spans the length of the store and maybe 5 feet...

7-Eleven Customer service temple Texas

I will start off by saying the customer service during day shift is amazing.

The afternoon/night shift is terrible. Staff member is always busy with everything but customers and seems to appear from the back cooler with a line every time I have visited. Debbie, I believe her name is, has a line waiting every visit and appears either special or drunk. Challenge you to watch the cameras. As a local business owner myself, I would not employ such a person regardless or reason. When I travel I have found a similar profile to employees as this store.

I find it hard to believe that this can continue and not be addressed which is why I feel it necessary to take the time to make a complaint. And now that I search the site it appears that this may be the norm. What would happen if 7/11 payed more for quality staff (say a minimum $20hr), sales would go up, people would frequent more often and complaints would go down. Yes, I know, weird concept, I pay my employees way more than the city/county average in every state and have quality people begging to work for us and provide amazing customer service. Small sacrifice with great returns. I will frequent this store MUCH less because of what I see. Only if I have NO other choice. But now as I evaluate your business model this may be what you strive for. Enjoy closing stores, unless you can really embrace what I am saying.

Desired outcome: Better employment choices with a quality customer service centric business model.

I put an order in for four items and began waiting but took too long so I t got cancelled and when I checked email it told me I was going to get fully charged for this thing even though we never for an order I never received how is that right or even close to customer satisfaction

7-Eleven C4 energy drinks

I purchased 4 c4 energy drinks that had a sign 2 for $5 under it. They charged me $3.89 each. I used my rewards and still did not receive the sale price. I asked the cashier and he said they not on sale. I spoke to the manager Beatrice at the nellis and bonanza store in Las Vegas, nv and was told that the as for the 12 oz can. I have never seen 12 oz cans at any location and is very misleading. The manager would not honor the sale price and this kind of practice is illegal

i ordered a few items but for some reason it yot modified and took off two or one item so i just cancelled whole order and it never arrived here so later on it said it was still gnna charge me for the full amount even if i didn’t receive it and when i called them they said there was norhing they can do and this is [censored] i spend alot of money on this setvice very often to get treated this way n get robbed like that…

problem: order cancelled but still charged

i put an order for delivery and it got modified and an item or two got removed so i canclled the whole order before it even left store but then yall said yall were gnna charge me the full $35.35 even if my order was cancelled and it is not right even when i complained about yall to the manager they just ignored me and didn’t respond to me. this is not how u treat ir customers and this is. owhere near customer satisfaction

7-Eleven Property

The 7-Eleven on Duncan Road Punta Gorda, FL.

The hurricane on Sept 28'2022 Destroyed the fence.

I live on the other side of the fence. Not only are we subject to the tractor trailer trucks parked there all night with their refrigeration running.

We are breathing in all these fumes. I already have breathing problems.

Now strangers are coming thru the fence into my yard and making themselves at home. This is very scary. To come home and find stranges sleeping in my yard.

THE FENCE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. A NOISE BARRIER WOULD BE TERRIFIC .

PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM

7-Eleven advertised promo not honored

the promo right outside the entrance says ,"BUY ANY SIZE BIG GULP and a slice of PIZZA FOR $1."

I clearly told the cashier what i wanted. she overcharged me for the 2 slices of pizza and the 2 XL BIG GULPS. So instead of paying $2, I ended up paying about $8. i didn't want to make a bigger fuss because the store was full of customers in line. She said the promo was for BIG GULP not XL Big Gulp Big the advertisement doesn't state that. it said, ANY SIZE BIG GULP." She claims she didn't hear me ask for the pizza but I did. She was also confused on the 8$3 chicken wings.

7-Eleven Store refused to issue refund

I stopped into a 7-11 yesterday in Cape Coral, Florida. I am disabled, have hearing problems, eye problems, walking problems. I stopped to get gas. I went inside and there was a phone cord that might work for my phone. Had others that would not. So I asked if I could try it before buying it. Offered my ID. Said I was filling up. They said no and made me pay. So I did. I went to my car and tried it. I connected one end to charger in car and other to my phone. It would not work. I went back inside and said it didn't. I said I wanted to return it. Then they said I needed the receipt. I had lost it somewhere in the store or maybe around my car or right there but I don't know. They would not put it back on my card. I did not even know what the charge was. The owner refused to take it back. It was out of the store for 2 or 3 minutes to test and then taken back. It was all over me losing the receipt. I left it there and told them I was going to file a dispute with my bank, which I did. This store is rude to handicapped people.

Desired outcome: I have the two employees and the store cameras as a witness I left the charger there. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THAT JERKS STORE.

7-Eleven New york daily news

On Sunday 4-30-23 at the lynbrook ny 11563 store, I purchased the new york daily news paper, it clearly states the price of 3.00. I have paid 3.00 for the last several months. Price did not increase, nor am I out of state. Cashier charged me 3.50. Told me thats what the register said. I replied, look at the listed price. No response, no refund. Very unprofessional

7-Eleven Store in Joshua Texas

A $30 deposit on my cash app never made it to my account. I have receipts and PW to show I gave the clerk the money but somehow he managed to pocket the money. The store and Cash App refuse to investigate. The clerk is new and was not authorized to put the money on my account. The Cleburne store manager came to Joshua. Amanda refuses to look into it. She was very rude when trying to talk to her. I have filed a theft complaint with Joshua police. We asked Amanda to look at the video to see if the clerk was at the register the precise moment the transaction was declined but she refuses.
