Thief being does in store
On Nw 36th and Penn in Oklahoma City, OK, there a black male from the so call thrift store that sell new stuff has no customers that keeping coming there stealing food when clerk is distracted and he in there most of time flirting with the new girl till he get a chance to take something, you can see him on camera every day and also there been serval Mexican construction worker keep acting like they are heating own from there installation food carry but they put nothing from that in microwave they getting a burrito and put it in while it cooking he fill that installation with beer and other stuff. I am seeing a lot of money being lost expectlly with that thrift guy in there day, taking thing and sometimes he goes late in to cause he say in the thief store most of time, I think he is living there because he has same cloth on most of the time and I have reported about him before and he still doing it
Desired outcome: stopping them from stealing and the thrift store from hanging out there cause we I go get my money out of ATM machine he keeps coming up behide me watching me

I went to 711 in Sarasota, FL on Clark & Beneva. Air pump was lit up so put $2 to use. After picking up hose realized there was no tip on hose. There was no sign saying it was broken and it was lit up. I went in to let them know. They were well aware said it has broken for awhile without a care very matter of fact (like I should have known) I asked for a refund and they said it was a third party operating and refused to tell me who that was. I will not be going back. That does not make any sense. I paid for a service you are offering and did not receive.

It was just last night when I needed to load my Gcash.
I punch the amount to a specific machine, and got my 2 receipts because there is a limit whenever your transaction exceed to its limits.
So I held my receipts and ask the cashier boy if how much was the interest for it, and he explain everything. I gave the exact amount for the 2 receipts, and he begin to punch the amount for the first receipt, and when he will going to punch the amount to other receipt he then ask me if I am going to continue, I ask back if what's the interest for it, and he answered.
I said no don't continue, because I got overwhelmed with the amount that will going to deduct on that transaction.
Then I held the receipts and was about to leave, but then I remember the other amount that supposed to have.
So I ask him, Give back the other amount that supposed to be cancelled, he said that what I gave is just for the other receipt. I said no I gave the 2 receipts together with the complete amount for it. He insist that I did not give the exact amount for the two receipts.
He checked his machine and let me see whats the different denomination inside that box.
I said no I gave it all to you, He then ask for his colleague, to check something.
The girl then ask for the specific time the transaction held, and look for the receipt about the details.
Time pass, and he went inside also.
When he return He said that it is okay and he missed something.
Supposed to held me back the other amount, what He did is, from what I expected is to return my money.
But what he did is, he continue to transact that amount.
And I said what? you continue? He said yes, I said ok and then leave the store. And saw 2 police officer with their vehicle outside.
Upon returning to my home, I keep on taunting about it.
What if I got wrong that time are they going to tell to the police?
Is the cashier guy a scam person?
Is he want me to get angry after what he hath done?!
Why he continue the transaction, when the reason of reviewing the CCTV is to check if what he did is right or wrong?
If he count the money right or wrong?
Because It is clear that I gave him the exact money, he counted it, Im sure of it! and whoever person is in charge on that place, in front of the box or that machine, everybody knows that, that person will count first the money before that transaction happen.
The place is inside the subdivision of Greenland, Pasig City.
Check the CCTV for this concern.

Unable to access rewards
I have signed up for the 711 app. I am able to type my phone number into the computer on the counter; but when I go to register for the app, it tells me that my number is not valid. I have been trying for months to get the app open without success. I am interested in the free coffee, because I buy coffee twice a day, and I can only get it through the app that A. Won’t recognize my phone number and B. I don’t have an access code. It’s certainly very frustrating because I have bought dozens of cups of coffee.

3 days ago I bought a chicken dinner. Cutting into it chicken was raw inside. I let that go. 10-22-22 in a hurry to get home stopped 7-11 on Wilson Conroe Tx gave cashier a 20 bill for gas. Waited 5 min pump not on. Went back in he said I never paid for gas. Said he never seen me and didn’t remember no money for gas. Embarrassed me. Lot of customers in line. I ask if camera on. Made it sound like I was thief and shaking head said he turned on pump. He didn’t. Back in store he started telling me I didn’t do pump right shaking his head acting like I stole gas! 3:45-400 was time. Chk it.

On 11 Oct 22 around 8:30 am, i pumped gas into my tank at store number 37272 in Norfolk Va 735 E Oceanview Ave. but the pump didnt print a receipt. I didn't want to go in because the way the store manager treats me. It all started a few months ago when i complained about the mini tacos. Since then Ive felt like the morning crew dont like me. Rose i think is the managers name and there is another guy who she must have said something to because Rose, him and the security guard treat me like i stole something. Im intimidated to go in. I avoid it and go to the 7-11 by the dog park even though i work within 100 yards of that 7-11.
So I walk in and ask for a receipt. Rose said CAN YOU WAIT TILL I GET TO THE REGISTER. I said you weren't that far away. And at that moment she pretty much verified my suspicions. When I left i was very upset to the point of me shaking.
Desired outcome: Id like to feel comfortable going into 7-11 it seems like i should talk to a lawyer.
On Friday, October 7, 2022, my son followed me to 7-11 to pump gas for me on N.E. 36th & Santa Fe in OKC. He went to pay and there was a note on the door that said they were out of 91. He called me and I told him that was ok because I use 87. We filled up and I continued about my evening and weekend. However, on Sunday morning as I headed to church, I noticed that my engine light was on. After services, I went to auto zone to get it checked. Their machine said it was an EVAC issue due to bad fuel. Being the person I am, I went to my dealership to get a 2nd opinion and it was the same result. After contacting the store (manager wasn't in, but got the customer service number, spoke with someone received an email and case #. I was given a number to Sedgwick Insurance @ [protected] and was told I would be contacted 24/48hrs later, still waiting. Called back and was given another number, it was for some walmart center. Contacted CS again, and was given a number that continued to go to a voicemail. A Week later I was able to speak w/the Manager of the store and she gave me the regional manager's number. Spoke with her and to some it up, because I was the only one who complained, then it must be something else or my car. In other words, because I was the minority and not the majority, I was lying. She told me that she was over so many stores and deal with numerous people and she has never had this issue before. So now it has been 5 days and I have heard nothing, my engine light is still on and my car is jerking/putting more than it was almost two weeks ago. I have been told to seek civil services, but I work 2 jobs, no time for that. So if anyone can tell me how to reach a real person in CORPORATE, I'd greatly appreciate it. My mom stopped by the 7-11 at 1645 Easley highway pelzer sc to use the restroom yesterday morning around 4 to 430 am and the door was very hard to open when she finally pushed to get it open she fell cause her to hit the right side of her head body and right arm she stated she was knocked out for about 5 minutes before getting up and telling the cashier names Katie that's she fell in the restroom. She continued her day until about 730 to 8 pm and she really started hurting she called me and ask me to take her to the ER today

On Oct 7, 2022, my husband and I went to 711 to purchase some items, we headed to the register to pay and waited. A black female approached the register with her phone on her ear having a loud conversation. she never said a word or even acknowledge us. she added the item told us the amount with her hand stuck out, still on her phone talking out loud. my husband gave her the change and a bill, she returned with our change and turned and walked away. Her customer service was absolutely terrible. I also work with customer service and DO NOT treat a customer in that way. Her attitude and her distraction on the phone were horrible. Pumping Gas
I went in to get gas today to this 711 on 7858 Van Nuys Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91402, forgot to look at the pump number, and politely asked the cashier, "Nayelli" (red/orange hair) I pointed out to the pump where my car was parked. She nodded her head and charged me with a really rude attitude. I questioned her if she was upset that I didn't see the pump number, and she responded angrily. She has no respect for customers. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I been trying to get a hold someone can help me about a complaint of a 7 11 across from cardal drive . I had talk to someone she said she take care of it. It has not been take care of it at all. So I'm not happy. I have that 711 through there trash in my back yard I had talk to them . They said they make sure it won't happen. My dog got sick eating what was thrown in my yard. It's the coworker that work there. They just toss the trash hoping it get in dump no. Now we have rats all over coming in my yard almost in my house. I was retained at the gas pump for 45 minutes.
The cashier cancelled my transactions if I took more than 45 seconds to get gas after payment was made. She made me walk back and forth into the store to make payments over and over again.
I even made payments outside the pump 4 times, Transactions would be approved, and she would cancel them and laugh every time I went back into the store to ask her why she was doing this to me. Harassment stopped as soon as I took out my cell to record her, she then refused to take payment from me. After more than 8 attempts, 4 different pumps and seeing what the employee by the name of VICTORIA was doing, another employee who was kind took another payment from me and walked outside with me until I got gas. He wanted to make sure that she would not cancel another APPROVED transaction again.
I was able to leave the gas station 45 minutes later. From the beginning, I made Victoria aware that I had no gas so I could not go to another gas station. A police report was made against her for harassment, somehow, she found her actions to be funny that night. AVOID THIS GAS STATION IF YOU CAN.

Do not fall for this "legit-scam" from 7-Eleven Fuel Card. You will get charged over $80/mo extra on top of the fuel charge. $10 for paper statement and the rest cannot be account for. They will be listed as "Other Adjustment" It took us over 4 months to cancel it. They use Wex Bank and good luck getting a customer service. You will wait for 30 min and the machine will give you a run around.
