LG dual inverter AC
Any idea how to get a service from Abans srilanka ? Trying to get my AC serviced from 2022 march to now. Its being 6 months and gave around 15 calls to [protected] Every time when i reached they say they will get back to me within 3 days. No one got back to me yet. Made a complaint via your web site and email a month ago. No reply to that as well. Person who replies on Facebook messenger daily saying he will resolve with in day . But now he/she is saying this from sep 30th .
Have not returned the circuit
My washing machine circuit was taken to Abans Service Centre by the people who came to service the machine as unable to fix it there and then. After calling them after a two weeks time, said unable to fix the circuit and will be returning/fixing the item. They don't have the product currently at Abans.
Every week twice or thrice have been calling them and they just take my reference number and no response yet. It's almost 2 months.
Horrible service.
We are living in the wellampitiya junction close to colombo. So very convenient. I don't see the reason.
Desired outcome: Return & fix my washing machine circuit immediately.
Repairs to a cooker elba brand
I have called in on the 31st of August and requested a fault in my Elba brand Cooker (The oven is over heating). My Job number is HOEBCA310822F4862.
I have repeatedly called your service/repairs number [protected], and always I have to wait AT LEAST 45 minutes on hold for an agent to answer my call, and when they do so, on all occasions, they say they will lodge a complaint and the technical team will get in touch with me.
This morning when I called, it was the same story, exacerbated, I asked to speak to someone of authority, I was connected to the Manager - Ms. Rasha of the Contact Centre, who after listening to my entire complaint, said she had no direct contact with the technical team and was unable to give me a definitive answer as to when they will get in touch with me to visit my place to take care of the job complaint.
I continued to insist that I speak to someone of authority from the breakdown/technical department, and was quite angry, at this point, she connected me to the Head of the technical department (this, after previously stating that she had no contact with this department - sigh). that manager came on line and was trying to assist me with my issue, and question some relevant people in his department on this matter, he put me on hold, and subsequently the line got disconnected.
He, nor anyone from that department have bothered to contact me since.
I still remain with matter unresolved.

Instant water heater model tps-32n1
I have bought Instant water heater from Dickwelle Abans showroom on 05.07.2021 and it stopped functioning prior to 1 year. When we gave it to repair, they kept it for months and said only they can't repair it recently. Even they refused to say what's wrong with the machine. They only said they would give money back and refused to give new one too. What they point out is spare parts won't come now, so they unable to repair, but the funny thing is still the product is online available to sell.. So are you selling a product that has no spare parts no longer coming, what will happen to the new customers too?
Regarding About Television
I have purchased a 55 inch Televsion form the Nuwara Eliya Abans show room. It worked fine for few months and it got several lines in the display. To get fixed those lines I have return it to the Abans Nuwara Eliya brunch as ths warranty period is not exceeded. Though the brunch has inform me that I can claim a new Television for the old. I hereby inform that even though 11 months have passed since I given the TV, I have not received a new TV. I kindly request you to look into this and give a good answer.

Bad Customer Service
I bought an electric bicycle earlier from their showroom, and I wanted to replace batteries. The showroom say they don't know about that kind of bicycle so they can't help. Worse when I call their customer service number they tell the same point and try to hangup the phone and not assistive at all. After pushing further and further they gave a number of spare parts division.
Desired outcome: Please upgrade your customer service + experience
My refrigerator rubber beeding is not repairing. They are wasting my time more than 3 months
We handed over the rubber beeding of our fridge On 4th of April 2022 to Abans. After 2-3weeks ago I called your abans customer service and your caller said that job didn't add to the system because they missed my job . After that the caller added my job into the system on same day. After at all I was calling your service center, they always saying technical team will contact me soon. But still not called me anyone. I called your service center more than 20 times. But still not received good response. Really disappointed .
Desired outcome: If you can’t repair my rubber beeding, please return me back ASAP

1. Bought 18000BTU 14 months ago - Still no contact regarding the payment for the contract for service.
2. Bought 12000BTU 6 months ago. - Still not even the 1st service is done.
I have to keep asking for service. Your after sales service is terrible.

LG Refrigerator repair
I informed Abans service about cooling issue of my LG refrigerator in May 2021. They sent a technician and he found the control card is malfunctioning and informed that they will replace it. I received no reply and when checked they informed due to Covid lockdowns during that time the parts deliveries are delayed and will contact sooner they receive it. Still I didn't receive any feedback and called them several times. However they neither resolve the issue nor provide feedback if they can or cannot repair the refrigerator.
In 2022 itself, I have called 7-8 times. They only promise to contact back with repair information but never called back.
They do not have any customer care it seems and everyone should know about Abans after sales service.
They have wasted lot of my time for this simple issue. They really don't care.
Desired outcome: Please repair the refrigerator or at least inform if you can or cannot repair.
For washing machine
Our washing machine will not work from 06 April 2022. When we called customer service and lodged a complaint, they gave us a job number. But so far they have not taken any action. Customer service is very poor. When talking to customer service says Ratmalana belongs to the service center. But after being told that the job number was incorrect and that a new one had been added, the job number had not yet been received. Then think twice before buying an Abans product.

I purchased air pod 3rd gen at KCc kandy branch on 22.04.04
But I was looking for an airpod which have active noise cancellation
So I didn’t open the box and asked for the upgrade or refund my payment.
But manager at KCC told me that refunds can only do the ceo abans.🤔

Very poor customer service at service center
I hand over my electric oven for repair on 14th feb 2022 they said they will inform me on the estimate for repair my product & need to check if they need to import some parts, I waited for 3 weeks & didn’t receive any feedback so when I contact the call center they said there is a estimate on system, why are you telling the customer that you will inform about estimate & ask whether proceed the repair. If that’s the case please tell the customer when they hand over product to call back every 2-3 days & check if an estimate is released. Now 5 days after I submitted my payment receipt and asked to process my repair I called to check if it is finished. After waiting such a long time to at least talk to a person on hotline they said hold the line until check & after 10 sec cut the line. Should I spend another 8-10 mins again listening to a recording ask the same question.After taking all details including job number At least shouldn’t the officer who received my call, call back & let me know the status?

Refrigerator not working and not attending for more than 4 months
I inform my refrigerator' cool is not working in the down part in October and attend to the issue on 29.10.2021 and inform to shutdown the fridge for the 3 days and it will be okay. And took a fee from us. After 4 days I switched on the fridge but the same results. Starting from then I called to your hotline more than 100 times and everytime they are saying they have informed to the head office. Sinxet no results I went to Kzone kandana Abans where I purchased the Fridge and informed to the Kzone Manager Pradeep. Then he informed to the Head office again through email. Same results not attended, finally he gave me the mobile number of Samanthi the one who is handling repairs and sent a technician saying they don't have well trained technician to indentifu the error but will try maximum to send a technician then on 9.1.2022 technican came and inform that the have to replace the hot plates of the fridge, from that day im calling them to attend my issue since the fridge is not working from October. And they even not attending to the customer issues. Most of the time when im calling to Samanthi she is telling me her family problems not even trying to solve my issue and still the problem is their. Time to time we have to follow up and inform them, even we inform they are not attending. From October my fridge is not working. Three weeks ago I received a call from the abans hotline and informed your fridge part is ready and they will fixed within that week and then I have waited until the last date of the week since no one came to fix it and then again I called Samanthi then her answer was we didn't received that psrt yet. I don't noe who called you. I have waited till yesterday (25.2.2022.) thinking that you will provide solution or attend to the issue. But nothing. Then I called to samanthi she is saying she gave the resignation and niw she is not handling that person call Amal is handling now.
Thats how people in abans behave and not even don't care customer. No customer service. No after service. You are giving service only when we are buying the product. After that no will attend to the issues. This is not the first time this is the second time that im facing with this kind of issue with Abans.
At least now somebody solve this

Regarding the damage caused to my laptop by Abans
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is regarding damage caused to my laptop MSI GF63(K2109N0 104735). Today morning (10.00AM) I arrived at Abans IT service center (No: 450 Duplication Rd, Colombo 00300) for and hard disk upgrade for my laptop. Once I arrived at the customer service center I had to wait for about 1 hour till I got an agent. Furthermore once they took my laptop inside for a technician stating that they would upgrade after 1/2 hour they stated saying that I will have to go to games street to get my hard disk upgraded but before arriving at Abans I inquired over the phone asking whether it's possible to get it done through Abans which they replied with a yes. Which I have it recorded as proof with me. Moreover once I contacted Games Street they replied to me that they only handle repairs and not hard disk upgrades but they would do it has a help for me. But Abans had already broken the seal and broken a piece of my hinge before I went t o games street(as the picture below), unfortunately it was not caught during the inspection of my laptop. So I realized it once I left the games street. Once I contacted Abans they told me that it is not possible for them to do a replacement. But I mentioned that the damage is not visible at a glance and it was difficult for me to identify it. But they replied to me with a no. So pls give me an immediate response in this regard, this regard of the poor customer service provided in Abans IT Service center and the damage made to my laptop. Furthermore I have proof of me contacting Abans IT services.
