I accept that from now on I should read the “terms & conditions” a lot more closely, but I just couldn’t conceive of a company offering a trial that starts the day you place the order. Well that’s exactly what this fraudulent crook of a company decided to do and I get some third world inept operator taking my call that tried her hardest to up-sell me on another month of a product I didn’t even want one month of.

So I tell her that I received the acai product on Monday it was now Wednesday and I’m wondering why they charged me $89 after 3 days, she replies no it is charged 10 days from the time you place the order, you failed to call us back in time. I exploded! What sense does that make to start my trial of something before I receive it? I didn’t get to TRY it! She say’s oh well since you’ve already paid for it now why don’t you try it for the rest of the month. This crap went on for way too long and finally when I was frustrated to the verge of tears did she give me the cancellation instructions.

Can you believe after the 10 times I said I didn’t want it had I hung up too soon I would have still been in the system to get hit again next month! Scam artists! I am pissed and still out of money. And the cancellation process is so detailed and ridiculous, and they cover their criminal butts by putting this stupid info in the terms they know people rarely read through completely. Uuuggghh!

After I got the trial supply I didn't know I had to cancel brfore 15 days! Those lousy ### charged my account for the initial sample and then sent me another 30 day supply for which I promptly cancelled the order and sent the last order back with a letter requesting total cancellation. Today I got another charge for $87.13. Is there no recourse. Those SOB's should be hung out to dry.

The Same story happened also to me, I contacted the company and cancelled the account and returned the product on March 19th 2009, however they are still charging my credit card for the amount of $87.13 every 1st of the Month.

I ordered a "free trial" of the product, didn't like it, and have not been able to locate any on-line or phone contact info to cancel the product...the product continues to be sent to me and charged to my checking account...HELP

The same thing has happened to me. I was assured that I would get my $87.00 back within 5 - 10 business days, but over 2 weeks went by, and no refund. I called the [protected] # and actualy got through this time after trying other numbers with no one answering. I got through to a sopervisor which said that it would go back to the refund department, and they will decide on how much they refund me. I expect a full refund, but he said he wasn't sure how much I would get back. So I will wait another 3-5 buisiness days to find out.

took 15 day free trial of acai berry supplement, then
decided against it.upon recieving package, immediately sent back without opening, wrote return info on package.i never got
refund credit to my card.cannot seem to get them on phone!

I was billed the $82.31 on credit card and never received the product. Called the 800 number, waited 30 minutes for a representative and was disconnected. Sent cancellation email to email address and received a "delivery status notification failure." Contacted credit card company to reverse charges on 6/2/2009. I've been duped!

you all are lucky just 85.00 i was taken for 139.95 plus 4.95 shipping had to cancel my bank account and open new one that was the only way of stoping them like all of you i called number and they hung up on me i didnt even order this stuff and still got ripped off and the number i got is [protected] this is a rip off my name and address was all that was right on that order nothing eles my email didnt match or my telphone number did not match never got anything but the bill . i have my police report that says this is a scam and no way of getting my money back from them my bank is going to refund me the money that was taken but that is another week away

I have been owed a refund of 83.18 since april 17 2009 I have called this company every week and am always told the same thing your problem has been taken care of just give it 3 to 5 days
their is only so much bull you can take. It did not take them over two months to trake the money out of my checking account it is obvious that this company is a scam and the next call and letter will be from an attorney

I was browsing and clicked to ask questions from Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse. Did not put my credit card number or complete the sale but they got my information somehow.
Am harassed by phone calls night and day by this machine number [protected].
Did a google search and there is a whole lot of other people who are harassed as well.
Cannot eat, sleep or keep the phone on

Please help

STAY AWAY from THEM!
Next time you receive a call, ask them to put you on their "DO NOT CALL LIST." If they violate this, keep track of how many times they call and threaten to report them to the FTC. Check out the rules surrounding the "DO NOT CALL" list at their website.

i bought a trial supply of aci. the company has charged my credit card 6 times and I still have not receive any products, and i didn't tell them to STOP shipping and to cancel my account but they keep doing it. tell me how to stop this?

This company is a rip OFFFFFFF! Please do not order anything from them. I ordered a free trial that was suppose to be only 1.95. Well I got charged 74.99. I am now in the processs of trying to get my refund.

I tried calling to talk to a customer service represenitive and I was left on the line and no one ever answered my call. I canceled all my orders. They have taken $87.13 out of my account and I want ot make sure they put it back

Good luck with that. I hope you cancel the card that you paid with. Was it one of those free trials? I had to report fraud to my bank and cancel the card. Apparently most of those companies are scams.

It only means one thing, you didn't read the terms and conditions. Stated there is that you should cancel within the coverage of the trial period. Anyhow, call [protected]. I used that helpline before when I canceled my subscription on the 12th day of my free trial period.

I just paid shipping charges to receive only the frial trial on 6/01/09 of the express berry and the top body cleanse. Now today I noticed you guys are maked me two charges to my chase credit card on 06/12/09. One for $87.13 (transacation # 75260999165064865086620) and the other for $78.53 (transacation 5260999165064864352700) . I need you guys to refund my money ASAP.
I didnt enroll to any program.
I need and answer now.

I believe Resveratrol, ACBerry, Berry EasyMelts and Sky Berry are all part of a quickly growing fraud! I've found addresses in FL and TX claiming to be labs. The people who are responsible for such scams are nothing more than "bloated maggots" who suck money from unsuspecting consumers. I am one of their victims! Charges amounting to $500 dollars are pending in my credit card dispute.
It's in the lawyers hands and I will go to great lengths to see these
### prosecuted.

Acai Berry offered free trial and then debited my account for the second bottle. When called to cancel couldn't understand foreign person on other end. My accounted debited without my authorization and can't return until I receive product that has not yet been shipped. My account debited June 5 and today is June 22. He said product could not be stopped. Buyer BEWARE

Happened to me too! Oh my Goooooood! These people are ###! Thieves! Be careful everyone - DO NOT apply for a free 14 day trial of Acai Berry, it is the biggest fraud ever! I have been trying to get rid of these thieves for more than 8 months! Now my credit card company helped calling them and canceling the ''order of some services'', hope this time it works. I have been really frustrated since I applied for the stupid ugly Acai Berry pills, after I canceled all of the sudden they are charging me for some stupid price saver service for pricelimbo.com. Anyways, whoever stands behind this fraud: SHAME ON YOU!

EVERYONE BE CAREFUL - DO NOT apply for a free 14 day trial of Acai Berry, it is the fraud!
Their web page for the order of free trial - where you only pay for shipment (yeah right!) comes in many shapes, they have many domains! For example: www.acaiberrysupreme.com

I have been trying to get rid of these thieves for more than 8 months!

Called to cancel the shipment of Acai Berry pills. The pills stopped but the charges did not. I have cancelled my credit card and my company is issuing a new card. They said this is the only way to insure that the charges don't continue. Price Savers recently changed their name to E Saving Club #[protected] located in California. This is the new name that showed up on my card this month. What a nightmare!

Both of these companies got my data when i only completed the Trial offer on Acai Berry Maxx website, no receipts came with any package and the return address is both the Florida address and the Texas address, they also charged me for a product they sent called COLOTOX, and another charge they placed for FIT-FAC once they get your card they charge without your approval there privacy statement says they do not retain your charge card information it is inserted below. But they in fact due. Someone needs to shut them down. Thank God my bank found all charges and I filed a claim for unauthorized charges for products I did not request or approve. File a complaint in there local police department, they need to know what kind of criminals are in there town.

I received the free trial and immediately called the 800 number and emailed to say please stop all billing, shipments, etc... I have not received anything further except a bill of 3 different payments taken off of my credit card. Twice of $39.95 and one pending as of now of $59.95. And I can not get them to stop. I now have $80.00 in service charges because I was negative on my card.

I agreed to a free 14 day trial and I would pay for the shipping and handling. I gave them my creedit card number to pay for the shipping and then somebody clled me back on the cellphone number that I had used for the s & h charge and tried to sell me a service to order magazines for $34.95. I told him that I absolutely did not want it. I have a number verifying my order for only the free sample plus shipping. When I went on-line to view my bank statement they had charged me for the shipping plus the $34.95 for the magazines.

This is just a scam, and I will report it to the Better Business Bureau. I received "sample" pills that are nothing but sugar pills and do not wish to continue buying these things at the horrendous price! $89.31.

The very fine printing that came with the "sample" pills indicated that I had two weeks to discontinue. Further down the note, the "2 weeks" begins when my credit card was charged. I didn't receive the pills until the 2nd week was almost up!

What a scam!

I too ordered this product for "free", paid my $3.95 S&H, was then charged another $89.31 (that I did not agree to) for more product. I finally got through to the company after leaving 5 messages and sitting on hold for 15 minutes at a time. they refunded me the $89.31 since the order had not "shipped yet" but they refuse to refund me the $72 in overdraft charges I incurred from their "illegal withdrawl" from my account. Any suggestions? The only info I got from the "supervisor" was the company was out of Davey, Florida and headquartered in Utah.

I placed an order for a trial sample of acai berry for cost of $1.00 shipping & handling. About a week later I received the product. After a couple of days I noticed my account had been charged $89.31. I then placed a call to the number listed next to the charge. I was told, since I did not have time to try the product for one week, they would refund my money & would not send out the full bottle. I waited a couple weeks with no refund & called back. I was then told the person I spoke with was no longer with the company. this rep. stated the account was noted & I should notice a credit to my account in a couple days This was in November 2008 & I still have not received my refund. Now I can no longer reached anyone. There must be something that can be done to this company, before other innocent people get scammed. WATCHING & WAITING!
