I just recently set up a sellers account on amazon. They randomly suspended my account after it not being open for more than 2 hours, stating that my account is related to an account which has been previously blocked for violations of their policies. I have asked them what is going on, why I am blocked, how they can relate me to someone elses account, and that I think I deserve details on this. Funny thing is, I have never sold on Amazon before. Amazon however REFUSES to provide detailed information, much less ANY information on how they linked my account to someone elses blocked account. They will only say they have "significant evidence" my account is related to a previously blocked account. Well, what evidence do they have and to whos account? I do not understand this. I think it is completely unfair to block me for something I am not responsible for. Also, you cannnot reach headquarters by phone, nor can you reach the Amazon sellers support by phone. This is complete bullsh**!

I have had several amazon accounts suspended. The problem is they keep relating it back to my old account. Don't buy that eBook. They track stuff you would never dream of. The latest account was open for 3 months before they connected it to a closed account. I was sure I had all of my bases covered. You will need a new address or PO box, a different phone number which can be achieved with a prepaid phone, and a new email address that does not have the name and address you used on Amazon on it. A fresh checking account with your new PO box on it and a different name (a different company name won't work as your name is still on the account and if possible use a different bank. If you have a relative who trusts you open one up in there name. You can change your IP address by buying a new wireless router. That is the only dependably way I have found to change it. Delete all of your history and cookies from your computer and never access your old account again. Your inventory also has to appear to be different. Don't list it all at once. Buy some books to sell to chop it up. Find a reliable drop shipper and mix there stuff in with it. On my last closed account the only thing I had that was the same is the checking account. I had opened up a new business account that still had my name and my old address on it. According to my bank they can find out who I am through that. That's the only possible connection my new account had to my old closed account. I still managed to get by for 3 months before they caught it when my store went featured.

I have had two accounts that were not related to an old closed account and were closed for other reasons. 1 was opened two years after the closed account and the other was opened 7 months after the closed account. The one opened 7 months after an account was done using a different checking account that still had my information on it but I put a false name and address on it but I didn't change my IP address That account was closed for not having enough feedback which I have since learned you can buy yourself. Amazon only cares about multiple seller accounts, not multiple buyer accounts. You can open up a couple of non seller accounts with a different checking account, delete all of the cookies from your computer and buy stuff from yourself for the purpose of leaving yourself feedback.

I sell in the home an garden category and its when your account goes featured that your sales explode and your more likely to get problems with Amazon. It takes 3 months to become a featured merchant.

I haven't decided if I'm going to open another account right away or not. I also sell on eBay and while I don't make the kinds of money I do find it to be easier even if I'm not making as much money as I did on Amazon. My mother is going to let me open up a checking account in her name to use but I'm not really sure if I want to try again at this point. I know eBay closes accounts too but nothing like Amazon does and its much easier get started on eBay again. You just need a new Paypal, checking account, and email address. I'm sure I will open another account on Amazon but maybe down the road. Maybe I'll wait another 6 or 7 months and try again.

@dragonfly183

- I purchased the Amazon Stealth ebook just a few days ago, and it has helped me get to selling on Amazon right away. The reason what you outlined in your post does not work, and got you suspended again, is because you dont have the updated version of Amazon Stealth.

The guys at Amazon Stealth update their ebooks and databases quite frequently, and have the most up to date stuff than anyone online will on Amazon. They guarantee you will get your new stealth account if you follow ALL of their instructions very carefully and do what they say.

What you outlined above is probably only have of what the entire ebook comprises of, not to mention it is updated frequently and some of your steps are outdated and WILL STILL GET YOU BANNED ON AMAZON.

So bottom line is this, if your a business and need a new stealth account, go ahead and purchase the Amazon Stealth ebook, you wont regret it one bit and thats coming from a happy customer!

Thanks a bunch guys!

Does that ebooks work to open new amazon account? One says it did not? one says it works when you pay more and buy full version. Can amazon track that you have used those ebooks in your computer, proving your account has suspended previously?

goto http://www.amazon-blocked-my-account.com these guys helped me in fast and easy. They are computer experts that can help you setup a software that unblocks your account anytime you want. The price is fare as well, considering that it is a one time charge to setup the software. I guess what they do is they setup a special software on your computer, were anytime you get blocked click an icon and it unblocks your computer MAC address, and makes your computer like a new computer. if you have any questions email info@amazon-blocked-my-account.com

I got kicked off for a dissagreement my son had with a customer of his. He sold an item and in the time of selling, was moving from New York City to Rhode Island. Some of his inventory was temporary lost in the process. The buyer complained to Amazon and they knocked him off with out hearing his side of the story or giving him a chance to make it right. I decided two years later to sell and get rid of his inventory (antique books). I opened a seller's account and was kicked off because they said I was linked to an account that was suspended. I replied with an explanation and the [censor]s sent me the same boiler plate email that they sent the first time. They probably have no personel in the department...only a computer program. Has anyone talked to a laywer to see if any time of suit can be brought against them? A class action suit can bring in fame and fortune for a lawyer.

Amazon will NEVER send emails requesting personal information. The scam is coming from France. These typical spoof websites pop up right before the holidays when people do online shopping. Do not be deceived.

Amazon closed my store because my defect rate is 1.8% only, and the target ought to be less than 1%?
is it normal that when I sell 100 order to 100 different customer(different moods and different people) that 2 of these customer may be not satisfied, or want to cancel or return? Is it normal that 2 of 100 customer would return his item, is it normal that each 100 order will be 2 customers not polite or want to buy then use the item then returned it. Is that normal or not, is it normal that maybe another seller want to harm you? I didn't pass the 1.8% for about 1000 order and suddenly they close my account because it is not under 1%.
why they didn't lessen to me and listened to the customer only?why

I just had the identical experience to Lisa. This is my first attempt to sell on Amazon, and I got the notice regarding my account being tied to some alleged bad amazon account somewhere. I have no idea what they are talking about, and they won't tell me! It's like being thrown in jail, and they won't specify charges, nor let you face your accusers (and oh, by the way, it's permanent!) My account was open for a few hours. Amazon is just horrible in this. I also just bought a Kindle and ordered some Kindle books that Amazon stores "in the cloud". Will Amazon one day shut me out of this account as well, and be so arrogant as to not give a reason? Right now, I am concerned about identity theft. I have no reason why Amazon is linking me to some bad account. My name, reputation, and possibly finances are on the line, yet Amazon apparently feels it is none of my business. None of their reps will help me. What can I do?

I opened an amazon seller account for the first time ever just yesterday. After going through hours of posting some electrical items I had in my garage, I get a notice that they have blocked my account because of its connection with some other account which they had shut down. This is news to me. Then they tell me they cannot give me more information on it! So my name, reputation, and possibly identity are on the line, for apparently serious reasons, and it is none of my business! This is absolutely horrible. Who can hold Amazon to account? I am concerned about identity theft, and all sorts of things, since I have no inkling what this may be about. No one from customer service will help me. Apparently this is none of my business! I guess they are too big to hold to account. Meanwhile, I recently bought a Kindle and started buying books, which Amazon stores "In the cloud". Will they one day refuse me access to my books and not tell me why? What is more Un-American than being accused of wrong-doing, sentenced, and with no statement of charges or opportunity to face one's accusers? And by the way, it's permanent!

I have sold 28 items on amazon worth $2200 and they suspended my account. Now its been over 4 months and I still cannot get my money. I can't even log in to my account. I tried to restore my password but still nothing works. I tried to email to them but all they say is "Your account is suspended and you are no longer allowed to sell on our site" .
What can I do now? Should I file a claim with bbb.com ? I understand that amazon will reserve my money for 90 days on their account but its been 4 months already and my account is still blocked.

I have sold more than 8000 orders on Amazon. worth more than $3.5M in last 5 years. My feedback is 99% and 4.9 stars. Amazon suspended my account with reason "fake". I have receipt and over thousand feedback over 5 years. I don't sell fake . I posted detail of the bag along with my receipt on the public forum and got it authenticate. It's proved "authentic" . A common sense that I would risk my reputation, my account on a single low end bag. Amazon also suspended all activity including webstore, check out by Amazon . Anyway, I appealed, wrote the letter to Amazon. It's sitll "suspended" . I was accused of wrong doing .

We have 10 years of positive 99%+ feedback on eBay and a wholesale distribution center with 8 employees that work fulltime to answer our customers requests. We started selling phone repair parts on Amazon to boost sales and it was going very well. We purchase over a thousand dollars in UPC codes, spend 80 hours on creating our listings and we provide 24 hour customer service by phone and email. We list a few new items that are very popular and all of the sudden we are BANNED FOR LIFE!

Amazon claims that our account is linked to a previously closed account and therefore they are banning us for life and holding the money we were going to use to pay rent for 90 days! I live in Phoenix, AZ and it is 120 degrees outside. With no explanation or a shred of evidence my account is closed, my business is shut down and me and my son are homeless in one of the hottest areas in the country. We laid off all of our employees, closed our doors and we are now hoping to find an air conditioned place to crash until they release our funds.

No warnings, no explanations other than the automated email that everybody else keeps complaining about. I know we are not alone and I know we are not at fault.

WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?!?!
WHAT DID WE DO TO DESERVE THIS?!?!

I hadn't used Amazon store card since Jan 15 2014 and they sent me a bill for 119.75. Plus they won't tell me what the charge is for. My credit score is excellent but I will not pay this unless they will tell me what the charges are for.

I'm very disappointed in Amazon!

I’ve had many of the same issues with Amazon suspending and closing my accounts. I was at the end of my rope until I found a guide that helped me get back on Amazon selling within minutes.

I recommended that anyone having the same issues I did go to [bit.ly/unblockaccount] for more information. They even gave me a free, active Amazon seller account to use for listing and selling my items.

I was banned TWICE by Amazon and they didn't provide specific reason for me to appeal. I managed to get back onto Amazon and started selling again.
Unfortunately for us sellers, Amazon tend to side the customers more than sellers. Now that customers can get a refund, that will make things worse for us sellers. =(
If you want to get back onto Amazon without getting banned again for linked account, you can check this course which I used. Let me know your thoughts and good luck Christina. https://www.kajabinext.com/marketplace/courses/2940-8-steps-to-creating-your-amazon-ghost-account

I was also banned from Amazon along with several of our family numbers. After much emails, phone calls and messages I sent to them, they would appeal my suspension.

Fast forward few years later, I came across Auction Essistance who allowed me to get back on Amazon using stealth techniques.

Although you are not completely 100% safe from suspension, it still allows me to continue selling.

I was also banned by Amazom not long ago. Took me 7 weeks for them to tell me I am permanently suspended. Good job Amazon, all that money and it takes you that long just to get back to me with a final decision? What next, my orders come 1 year from now?

What a waste of my time. I had to just create a new Amazon account using stealth techniques with the help of Auction Essistance.

All though it is not the same as running my own account, it sill provides you a way to get back on. There is much information on the Auction Essistance website to help you get back on with some tutorials.

I had a sellers account, I admit I messed up and wasn't able to send items to customers, I refunded every customer and Amazon also collected their fees. Almost a month later I had 3 separate amounts taken from my account with no explanation, 1st- $154.75, 2nd- $116.02 and 3rd $174.09 in the matter of 3 days. That was my car payment. I contacted them several times and they told me my account my blocked and they couldn't unblock it to see what the charges were and to email seller-performance @ amazon.com which no one EVER responds. I had to contact my bank to block them from taking anymore money out. I guarantee they will get back to me once they can't take anymore money from me. My advice...DON'T SELL ON AMAZON...THEY ARE FRAUDS.

Horrible. The way Amazon can treat sellers is just unbelievable. They can put you through the ringer, take your money and then shut down your account for no apparent reason.

Worst of all, they don't bother to help you when you try to get your suspension appealed. How am I supposed to sell again? I got employees I need to pay.

Since there was no hope of Amazon ever helping in getting the account reinstated, I had to use these people: www.auctionessistance.com/shop to help me create a new amazon seller account.

Real nice Amazon. I have been a member with you for over 5 years, Feedback of over 10, 000, yet somehow that gives you the justification to suspend my account for suspicious activity? What suspicious activity? You send a scripted email, but never tell sellers why?

Not only that, you tell my buyers to open disputes due to suspicious activity even though tracking numbers prove the item was delivered? Are you kidding me? My Amazon is in the negative because of you and I have no way of trying to fight it when you simply ignore cold hard facts. I mean who is monitoring all this? Are they smoking pot? That is absolute garbage.

Amazon never replies to emails, gives you the run around and yet has the sense to hang up on a long time user.

Horrible, just horrible. I am not only behind on my mortgage because of you, but I had to renegotiate a lot of debts that I need to repay back. Some that are even sending me to collections because I can't make payments on time all thanks to the fine and dandy Amazon.

Way to go Amazon. You are proving why many people are going stealth to counteract your policies. I myself am one of them and have enlisted Auction Essistance to help me: www.auctionessistance.com

Your customer support is a joke and the way you handle claims is an absolute joke. You make it so easy for buyers to take advantage of sellers and scam us out of the items and money we work hard for. We the sellers are the reason you became where you are.
