I have been writing to Amazon on and off for 2+ years and get the same standard letter reply very quickly within an hour sometime,
They have all the proof it was a mistake but still stop me leaving reviews for the product but they email me and ask me to leave seller reviews despite accusing me of knowing sellers. I have had many emails from them saying it was a mistake there is one below.
There is no way the reviews team even bother to listen to me now as all I get are standard emails back. Below is an email I sent yesterday. I am a prime member and have been with Amazon 10/12 years. I am not a criminal and never have been. 👇👇👇

I also believe the message from you re the gift card was a scam, if you want the money back from that just take it.
I am afraid I am not at all happy with your reviews team. I accepted an apology over the phone from Amazon Canada when they accessed my bank account to open a prime account over there and I was paid back partly by my bank and partly by them.

Account blocked for more than two weeks. No response from customer service

My Amazon account has been blocked since 25/02/2023 and I have not received any response regarding the documents I have submitted.
When I try to log in, the only message I see says "Amazon needs more information" to unlock my account.
I am attaching the following documents to further verify my account:
• Copy of gift card added to account
• Final card invoice 2087 linked to the account
• Photo of the last 4 card numbers
I tried to get additional information via email, chat, and phone, but the customer service reps just said they are escalating the issue and that someone will get back to me within 24 hours.
To date, no one has called or emailed me after these attempts. I've been an Amazon Prime member since 2022 and I'm frustrated with the lack of customer service.
Please let me know if you need additional documents to confirm account unlock.

Stole my gift card balance on account ($100), froze me out of account and then tried to access all my confidential info
So I was making a few purchases one day. More than I usually do because it was mine and my partner’s anniversary and I kept buying him gifts. At one point I tried to get him a Lyft gift card not realizing that I was paying for it with my Amazon balance. It took a long time to load that purchase and it didn’t end up going through. So I then saw a few more things for him and things that i actually needed. The last purchase was a Lyft gift card and by that time I had used my own card and the transaction went through. I then reloaded my Amazon account and was done shopping. I had to get back in my account to try and change the pick up address and that’s when they had frozen it. RIGHT after I put money in the account. How convenient for them. Then they ask me to send them all this proof that the card I’ve used on Amazon for months is really mine. I didn’t trust it so I called customer service she told me the reason they froze it is because of trying to buy the first Lyft gift card with an Amazon gift card. She said, “ just tell them that’s why you’re account is frozen and was literally no help at all. I had NO WAY to tell them. The only thing they allowed me to dowhen I would try to log in is upload all my personal information. And if that was why then how come I was an to buy 3 more items and a Lyft gift card AND reload my Amazon gift card?! Come on man I’m not as dumb as I look or seeem Amazon has become sketchy AF. I don’t have a car so this app used to be extremely helpful and I spent money with them but that was a couple years ago and this year when I tried to get a prime membership again… holy crap that was just another [censored] show and I never even was able to actually get a membership again. Even though it took me through all the [censored], of course, of giving them my info. OH YEA AND IF MY ACCOUNT IS FROZEN AND I STILL CANT GET IN IT HOW COME THEY HAVE BEEN TRYNA CHARGE MY CARD MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY?! I don’t trust it and will never use Amazon again.

I ordered a pair of headphones through Amazon order number [protected]. item delivered on 11 january 2023. I started a return procedure on 14 january as i changed my mind about the type i wanted. I then sent the item off to the Amazon dept in yorkshire withe the proper lable. I tracked the parcel tracker number ZT042237590GB. It was delivered on 17 Jan. No expected email of a refund to my bank account. It is March and i am still waiting for my £23.36.
I did get an email on 23 Feb apologising for the longer than usual refund processing and that they were working on it as fast as they can and to expect an automated email when it goes through. I am still waiting.

I received a christmas gift on December 25th from my daughter in law and was too small. I requested a return from amazon and they sent me an email on how to get the refund done and where to send it back to. I did just like the email stated and mailed back with the USPS and got a tracking number and tracked the package and they received the package back. I have yet to get my refund and I have made 10 phone call out of my time and I have not gotten that back yet.
Desired outcome: I would like my refund of 149.99 to get another item.
Delivery.
It's pretty simple..
EVERY TIME I check my delivery status on an order, and I see that it arrived at this Mira Loma facility in California, it's 100% sure to be lost, delayed or show up damaged. Every. Single. Time. I truly wish amazon would do their due diligence and look into this matter. This has been going on for several months now. I have had so many refunds and replacements (those have been lost as well!) that I've been considering canceling my prime membership. Why pay for a service that isn't being honored?
Desired outcome: Investigation into this Mira Loma facility to see WHY this place seems to be the place of no return for orders.
Delivery: inability or willingness to follow basic delvery instructions
I've had two deliveries on 02/26 & 02/27. My instructions are to use the keypad which allows me to buzz them in. My notes also states that I am handicapped and use a walker. Packages are left in the courtyard by the mail box. Each time this is done I have to pay one of the tenants to bring it to me. When I talk to a rep their solution is a $5 credit. They can keep that.
In all fairness 80% of the deliveries are excellent.
The worst experience was several months ago when the driver left parcel on streets.
I'm at wits end. I cannot take this sh-- much longer.
Is there a shortage of professsional drivers?

Item never received and never received refund
received a charge on my amazon account for a chair I did not order for $1153.27. When I received an email that the chair would be delivered on 2/13/2022 I immediately called Amazon reported it & cancelled the order. No chair was ever delivered to my address & as of this date I haven't received a refund. It was charged to my credit card that I had on file despite not having enough credit on my account. Amazon pushed it through. I have called numerous times to the customer service and received no resolution. They tell me they can not see the order. NO ONE followed up to see that there was no delivery of any chair to my address. Amazon has proven to be dishonest thieves and the dumbest customer service I have ever dealt with. I had to report to my bank which will take weeks for any result all because Amazon is thieves. I will never do business with Amazon again. It's just a matter of time before they come tumbling down.
Desired outcome: REFUND $1153.27
Refund issued but not actually received.
I have been an Amazon customer since about 2001 and have generally been very satisfied with the service. In December 2022 I placed an order (Order # [protected]) which included a Nitecore, Blowerbaby BB2 Electronic Cleaning Air Blower for Camera and Lens and this was delivered about 6th January 2023. When I tried to charge it overnight, it would not charge. (I note under customer reviews that others had also found this fault.) I obtained information on returning it to Amazon and this was received by Amazon about 21st January and apparently a refund of $US 132.20 ($NZ 165.36) issued.
Two and a half weeks later, with no sign of this refund, I contacted Customer Service. I’m not sure who I chatted to but was told there was a problem refunding my Visa but he would sort it out. A week later, I contacted Customer Service and chatted to Daniel. He told me that a mistake had been made with the refund and it would not be possible to refund to my Visa now but if I just accepted a gift card it would be applied “immediately” although he could only action $100 and the balance would be applied later. I did not think this was fair, but agreed to just get something done.
Several days later, there was no Visa refund or gift card on my Amazon account. I tried contacting Customer Service again, but ended up chatting to a bot which could not understand anything and just referred me back to the refund page. Therefore I have absolutely no confidence in “Customer Service”. The only other return I can remember was part of Order # [protected]. I was still waiting for this to arrive so I did not return it and I don’t know who did. The important point is that I was issued a refund and it appeared on my Visa almost immediately. The reason can not be that my Visa doesn’t work, as I have had two other orders from Amazon since the disputed refund, and these were charged to my Visa without problems.
Desired outcome: Preferably a refund to my Visa or some other form of refund.
Numerous e-mails from Amazon
I have been getting several messages on my phone from Amazon help line about a problem with my account. They tell me that they need my billing information. I closed my account with Amazon on Feb 23, 2023. I tried to respond to their e-mail, but my e-mail came back undeliverable. I called Amazon Customer Service Department and they indicated. There was no problem.
Desired outcome: To stop getting these calls
Amazon renewed cell phone
I purchased an "Amazon Renewed" cell phone (Samsung Galaxy Flip3 Z) in October 2022. Initially, I didn't have an issue with the phone. 2 months in and there was a pixel issue on the screen. I reached out to Amazon and advised them of the problem. They immediately said it was sold by a third party seller and I had to follow up with them.
I sent pictures of the issue to the third party seller and Amazon. The third party seller reviewed, acknowledged the issue and said I can return the phone. The problem? I don't have a temporary phone to use while this issue is being resolved.
I requested the replacement phone be sent so I could then switch phones and return the damaged device. I have been given the runaround ever since.
I have called and spoken to several "supervisors" and been told a refund request would be sent since the seller has not assisted me according to their "A-to-Z Guarantee ". Instead, it's like pulling teeth. I've explained all I want is an undamaged p I phone. I'm perfectly willing to give them the damaged one back. Instead I've been over the river and through the woods with their customer service department. The situation is utterly ridiculous.
When I asked if I did return the phone to the seller how long it would take for me to get the refund, the representative told me 2-3 weeks. It didn't take that long for you all to get paid. And they honestly believe it's ok for me to be without a means of communication for this length of time.
I am also an Amazon Prime member, so I'm utterly disappointed in them. They act like they don't understand English, so I'm not sure how else to explain I'd be without a phone if I return the phone, wait for a refund, then order a replacement.
Desired outcome: I would like a replacement phone sent. Then I will send the damaged device to the seller. If not, then I would like a refund so I can purchase an undamaged phone.
Self publishing
So due to some inactivity and me being in a way in different parts of the city I have had some issues getting into my account It's keep associating me with a [protected] number which I no longer own and I'm not able to check the roadies of my book that I published through Amazon which is why you bully me I am free because you guys have basically took in my book and write me out of my royalties that I'm not able to even look into the account and/or open up a new account I am contacting my attorneys immediately I need for you to resolve this immediately.
Desired outcome: I need to be able to get into my account immediately to check my royalties and change details about my book.
Heated coat
I bought a heated coat in October 2022 and when I received the coat it did not hold heat very well so I returned the coat on December 28, 2022, sent back from Kibler's in Mt. Orab, Oh and the coat was returned to Amazon and it went to the Amazon Warehouse in Shepherdsville Ky. Shepherdsville Amazon Warehouse will not give me the coat in order to return it to another Amazon. They have the coat they said and were supposed to be processing my refund. I paid 169.00 for this coat and I cannot seem to get my refund. I have called and been on hold and talked to different supervisors and I can't seem to get my refund. At the end of January, it said my refund was pending but now it doesn't say anything and I have looked up my order and it is gone. It isn't showing up in past orders for 2022 and even other things I ordered are missing too. My orders for 2021 are in there but nothing for 2022 so this is suspicious that everything I ordered in 2022 including the coat are not showing up in my past orders. I want my refund or I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and have this investigated by someone. It should be on my store card to show I bought this coat. I feel like someone at Amazon has kept my refund and I can't even get the coat back to send it somewhere else to get my refund. Buy mistake on January 5th I gave the UPS man a Box that was supposed to go back to lucky. I had a package to return to Amazon yet I did not know they were sending a label. The package I was returning to Amazon was earbuds their policy is they check every electronic before they refund you and I know that because it happened to me before. I got the tracking number Amazon received the leather jacket Amazon opened it to check for earbuds they should have found my leather jacket with my information I've called 5 times I've over 6 hours on the phone it's been a month which is what they told me they needed to find it. It's a $500 leather jacket that I needed to return I can't get any information because Amazon outsourcing is worthless I just spent another hour and 10 minutes on the phone today about that and the false advertising of habit tomorrow and then when you buy it it's 5 days later I want my jacket I have not gotten a phone call and they tell me the case is closed. Amazon customer service is poor and give me wrong information cause my item warranty expired
I bought fire tablet for my kid in 2021 and this item has 2 years damage free warranty. In 2021, the tablet screen cracked, So I request the warranty service on amazon. I got new replacement tablet. In 2022 December, the tablet screen cracked again, the item still in warranty, So I try to send warranty service in Amazon account order item page, but this tablet item page doesn't have warranty service function, So I call Amazon customer service phone number, the customer lady told me she will help me send warranty service request and because the item page warrant button doesn't work so this time I will receive new tablet first and then shipping back the cracked tablet. After 10 days I never receive new tablet, So I call Amazon customer service again, and the customer service told me the new tablet should be delivered on Jan.15th, after I receive the new tablet and just need shipping back crack one in 30 days and she also emails me with pre-paid label link. So I'm keeping waiting the new tablet and keeping focus my truck driver job until my wife asked me why the kid still use cracked screen tablet on Feb. And I just noticed we never received new tablet to replace, So I call Amazon service again, this time another Amazon customer service lady told me the tablet warranty was expired on Feb. So she can do nothing. I should ship cracked tablet first instead wait new tablet shipping to me.

Amazon was charging me $15.13 every month starting in October 2022 up to this day. I have already written a letter to stop charging me every month because I was out of the country and vacationing in the Philippines since September 21, 2022, for an indefinite period of time. My emotional support dog was killed by Amazon
My dog was ran over 2 days before Thanksgiving. month of nov.2022 upon dealing with Amazon I spoke with them when the incident happened. they told me they were sorry for the loss of my dog and would I except a memorial packet from them. I said yes that would be nice wat they sent me I felt was an insult to me and my family. I contacted them and let them no this it's been hard for my granddaughter and all of us Izzy was part of our family. we decided that I would probely be nice to to pick another dog and let them know how much and about 3 days later I found another puppy when they called me back I let them know I found one and they wanted 2500 for it. so I they agreed the next day and they said they agreed on the amount and would send me a check with that amount I should receive it within 30 days we'll the thirty days went by by that time I lost the deposit I put on the puppy I let Amazon no but I never asked them to reburse me for the loss. when I didn't receive it I contacted them again and they said they would email me an echeck threw my email with instructions on how to cash it and it would be coming from ARC another company. when I got it in my email the check had my last name spelled wrong so I emailed them back and let them know I got a email on 2/10 2023 stating they would issue me another check with the correct spelling by the end of the day which didn't happen on 2/13/23 I got a email from ARC with a new check. this time I was giving directions on how to print it and I did so. I went to cash the check the same day and they told me there was no account num or routing number the check and the could not cash it. I have been threw the most embarrassing, stressfull, heartbroken exsperiance in my life and no results from amazon. not only did they kill someone that meant the world to us they let me ride back and forth pass there truck the evening it was killed and yell for my dog and never let me know anything no apology nothing. they told my son which made it almost inpossible for him to tell me because of my heart condition and not wanting to upset me. thank you.
