AutoZone A employee named carla

I went to this store on Friday night to return two bottles of lucas fuel system cleaner with my receipt i told her i didn't need them she opened them up i told her i didn't even open them like she did, so i handed her my reciept and she asked me for the phone number i have her my number and she said. No that's not the number i used i told her my wife purchased them i don't know what number she used then my buddy that was with me said come on you don't need the number lady then she says oh you oh no she grabbed the bottles and said see this is what thieves get from here nothing who is she to call me a thief? I'm pretty upset something needs to be done about her actions and the way she talked to me, just because it wasn't my phone number she wasn't going to do it to begin with that's not right i went down the street and they did it no questions asked thank you she was very rude

Desired outcome: Atleast suspension or fired

AutoZone Service

I visited your Riverhead location 3 times prior to this one and I put my purchases down and walked out.

This time was Monday the 26th of July in the afternoon, the manager (who is young and black) who had 3 people online decided to start a conversation with 2 other staff about what "after store time activities" loudly. He did not tell the staff to care for the customers online he just kept talking away for 5 whole minutes. Not once did he say "we will be right with you."

There is some friendly gentleman within the store that genuinely wants to be there and help the customers but the customer service in this branch is horrible and should be investigated.

Desired outcome: A Mystery Shopper to Go in then store needs Customer service training

AutoZone Terrible customer service

I went to the Auto Zone on East Market St. in York, Pennsylvania today and wanted to exchange the carb spray I had bought yesterday. The associate Adonis, with his ghetto appearance and speech, approached me about what I wanted. I told him I wanted the stuff for carburetors that you put in your gas tank. He kept pointing out the stuff for fuel injectors. As he was clearly unknowledgeable, I asked if there was anyone more knowledgeable that could help me. He quickly became triggered, and asked "Whatchu mean more knowledgeable? I just pointed out our products" in a threatening ghetto tone. Instead of arguing with the thug, I grabbed what I wanted and headed to the counter. The cashier named Adam rung me up and looked at me judgmentally when I declined his suggested product at the counter. I left furious and, needless to say, won't be returning to Auto Zone again.

AutoZone Employee complaint

I started driving a week ago. In extreme heat warning. The car I was issued had no tinted windows, no window coverings for when vehicle was parked. The vehicle was at least 120 degrees inside. Horrible air conditioning. Vehicle was filthy dirty which is against policy, I asked if I could take it to get cleaned. Was told they do it on Sundays. I was assigned the car on a Monday in horrible condition. I have 8 bug bites from whatever is living in the car.
The commercial manager picks and chooses what policy's to enforce.. Employees were wearing jeans and cargo pants which is against policy, but I was not allowed to have any drink in the car except water. The manager that hired me told me I was allowed to have other beverages as long as it had a cap on it. Since I have a medical condition that I can not drink water. I told the commercial manger the situation and she said it agains policy. So I quit. I was soaked with sweat, very dehydrated which other employees noticed and the manager didn't care, which looks bad to the customers.. if she is going to enforce that policy she needs to enforce them all.
I also had to lift batteries with no belt, no one in the store has one. And I was never given one.

The district manager has been to the store and has ignored all the broken policies

AutoZone Not getting 350 cu. in. engine

On April 14, 2021, I called the the Warrenton, Mo. Auto Zone and spoke with Jerry.

I ordered a 350 cu. In. engine from Auto Zone and was charged $ 2, 350.42, I was told that it should be in by the end of next week April 23-24.

I called Jerry around April 26th to make arrangements for getting the engine. He said that it did not come in. We talked later and he told me that it would be in by May 1st.

I left on a trip to Virginia, but before I left, I made plans with my mechanic to start putting the engine in on May 12th.

I got back from Virginia and called my mechanic, he said that he had heard NOTHING.
I called Jerry, he said that he had heard nothing. He told me that he keeps trying to get in touch with them and that they WILL NOT RETURN his calls.

Here it is May 20th, I do not know when my engine will come in. NO BODY has EVER called me to tell me that it is not in, I have to call them, and NO BODY will tell me when it will be in.

Several things are really upsetting me.

1.) No body calls me to tell me that it is not in.

2.) My mechanic told me to get the Auto Zone engine, but I could have gotten a cheaper engine with the same warranty, but I went with my mechanic, because he said that they are good engines.

3.) For 36 days I since I ordered the engine and NO ONE knows when I will get it.

4.) I do NOT even have an email receipt for my $ 2, 350.42 that I paid.

My car is waiting, this is not right to be pushed back this far and long with no idea of when I will get an engine. Look up my name, I purchase lots of parts from Auto Zone. You shouldn't be treating your customers, especially, your loyal customers this way.

AutoZone Harassment / sexual advancement

I'm writing this in regard to being sexual harried a being violated in away that I will not be coming to your store again. On several occasions I've visited the AutoZone on veterans memorial a tenth of two of the visits I've been approached by a Bryan, the manager at the store. He has helped me with parts of a products need for my automobile but by the end of the sale he makes advances as to me being a beautiful woman and he is a single parent and he would love to take me and my children out to eat etc. etc. I don't think that this is appropriate. Furthermore, he has stood a talked too me in a manner this is not AutoZone related for a period of 35 to 45 min. I did not want to be rude a make a scene I wanted to tell my husband, but my husband is a bit of a hot head. I will be reaching out to human resource or to proper channels too to see if he could be removed from the store. I live down the street from this store the store is nice and have much of every thing I need. Please correct this situation because I have found out I'm not the only woman that was approached by this man. In this manner

Two months ago, I had several issues with the Auto Zone Store, located in Mauldin, SC.
The issues: 1) A disparaging, snide, infuriating, humiliating, comment as I entered " " I thought there were two " ". The 2 in question was my 2 task trained Service Dogs. 2) an older male employee Not properly wearing his mask, Really ? The mask is supposed to cover your nose & mouth, NOT your chin ! 3) Neither Male bothered to lead me to the product ( windshield wipers ) Was the intent to sell me the most expensive windshield wipers vs the best one that I could afford ? Bait & Switch or pressure selling ? As it was I left with out purchasing windshield wipers that I Needed, I went to Advance Auto & still got ripped off / taken advantage of simply because I am disabled plus I had my 2 Service Dogs

AutoZone I ordered a magnetic oil pan heater

I ordered this part on the 9th of february. The website adv the part would be here on the 11th of february. Which it still says that, I have called the number numerous times and they always say the part is being directly shipped from the manufacturer and they never contact me back with any updated information. When I call them back it is the same story every time. I have spoke with different district managers and they give the same story that its because of weather and other excuses. I have asked for a refund as I have had to get the part from some where else they adv they can't cancel the order, and they wont offer a refund until I have the part, I no longer want the part and need the refund. This company is doing nothing about this.

AutoZone Service at auto zone aeroton

It's never a happy time driving to/visiting Autozone in Aeroton. The staff is not welcoming & they serve you with an attitude. They misinform clients because they don't want to charge batteries. We are regulars there because it is the closest to us.
Themba is the worst (not sure if I have the correct name but the gentleman limps). On several occasions when I go there he is arguing with a customer. I took my battery for charging & he was assisting, when I inquired he told me they only test but don't charge batteries. He called upon a lady to test and when I asked the lady where can I go to charge she told me they charge in store. I had to call the manager who also gave me excuses & ended up saying the charging machine is faulty just to get rid of me.

Desired outcome: The staff need extensive trading on how to handle customers & provide services that Auto Zone promises to customers not what they feel comfortable doing. They are employees there not owners & they should do what they are employed to do.

AutoZone Customer complaint

My name is donta williams on 12/6/20 at 6:28pm autozone #5601 I went in to charge my battery and yosif was mad I ask how come he didn't charge my battery I told him I would contact the head corp on him he went off came from behind the counter to attempt to fight me there are 3 cameras in there he started antagonizing me tell me my complaints won't go anywhere I went back later to retrieve my battery got it so on 12/10/20 I take my battery there like I have done for 10 yrs yosif gets out the car walks toward me in a threatening manner saying why am I here callin me a [censored] when tom the store manager comes out telling me to move along I did tom the store manager tells me he doesn't care his employees called me a [censored] get away from his store or he would call the police this discrimination wont be tolerated I did not know autozone was racist against blacks I I plain to take legal action against u [protected] I also have witness that saw it as well

AutoZone Refuse to return money charged to my bank card

On 9-25-2020 autozone charged my bank card 105.90 and then said the transaction never went through but the money left my account. After days of trying to get my $ back, I still am getting the run around. I want my $ back!
