I ordered a watch in September and was promised that it will reach here by 14 November. I was patient since I had received some orders on promised dates. Come 14 November, I received nothing, the problem was the item was marked NOT TRACKED. I contacted the company, first to mails they replied assuring me that I will receive it as there may be delays with local postal services. In December I mailed them twice, this time they decided to go mute up to now. Customer care service is appalling to say the least. I will never spend my cent on these guys again, there are other online shops which offer better service .
credit card charge
I am currently having an important issue with banggood.
My credit card, probably by mistake, was charged an amount of $ 262.63 US ( $ 358.50 CDN).
I ordered something through you this Fall without having an account. Now I do. But this $ 262.63 US has nothing to do with what I purchased.
Can you correct this situation to avoid me going at my Royal Bank credit card customer service ?

My package has failed to arrive.its been 3 months now. None of these complaints are getting through. You're service failed to provide a receipt when delivering my package to the local post office and now there is no way to liberate it from customs. All tracking info provided on website are also misleading, because the package hasn't left customs since its arrival to the country, due to missing information, which I provided in my prefer by the way, from you part.

I got the product with the problem and and the package with the wrong description - I had purchased a smartphone but what is written that in the box there is an MP4 player of 35 USD but the smartphones cost is 100 USD. I have already raised and complaint to Banggood and they are ready to replace but they are not arranging the courier partner and they are saying to me to arrange it but I am unable to arrange it but they are not understanding it.

Ordered a rc plane from bangood that did not arrive. I waited 60 days and requested a refund. I have contacted Banggood now on 7 different occasions to chase my refund and every time I am told it will be complted within 1 to 3 days to which it never does. You cannot get any futher than delay tatics. Banggood have agreed to refund, but they never issue it.
wrong size supplied-refusing to accept error!
Ordered a box (4) underwear and selected AU sizing chart to ensure correct size as previous experience showed that Banggood sizing is very weird. Selected size 36 as I know from previous orders that 3XL is the correct size even though 36 does not refer to 36 inches and the waist size in their chart says 29.13, again not sure what this refers to as I am 32 inches. Regardless of this weird measurement system they use I know 3XL is my size. When I received box of underwear they supplied 5XL sizing which obviously are too large. I contacted and advised that I received 5XL and not 3XL as ordered to which they referred to a US sizing chart showing 3XL as being tag 5XL. I have bounced numerous emails to their customer service and they continue to refer to this irrelevant sizing chart which was not on their site when order was placed as I took a screen shot at order time. I did tell them that they had numerous sizing charts which were showing different sizing and it appears they noted their error so now they only show one sizing chart. Regardless of all this they continue to state that 3XL is 5XL and I cannot get them to accept responsibility. Recommend buying elsewhere as their sizing chart is crazy and they WILL NOT refund.

I ordered umbrella on 19/07/2019 under order number: [protected], but i received fully damaged product. I logged a complaint along with damaged product photographs and requested for refund. They misguided me for more than three months by saying that they will pay in next 15 days, next 20 days in paypal account, then my paypal account is having problem bla.. bla..bla. The delivery of items shipped by Banggood is untrustable or unreliable, although they publicise that all items lost or undelivered are eligible for a replacement or refund after the expectant delivery period of 60 days or longer, BEWARE this is not true, they have conditions for refunding or replacing which are not easy to find on their site. The conditions say "items not received are not eligible for refund or replacement unless you have purchased shipping insurance", they refuse to be held responsible for lost items, I have experienced at least 2 cases where I had to escalate the issue to PayPal in order to get my money back. I really don't recommend this Platform for online purchasing.

Also the shipment never reached India as per tracking and they know sitting in China that my address in India is wrong!
