The worst mistake I have made was to make a purchase from Banggood. My order was delivered with vital pieces not included/missing.
On the face of it, you would think this is easily fixed. Not if you're dealing with Banggood!
So far, I had to supply the same information on more than 12 occasions - and this is the fun part; Everyone I've spoken with, emailed or had an online chat is called Bruce!
SIDE NOTE ( using a vpn I contacted Banggood from the UK who employ loads of people called Simon!)
I'm not sure if my problem with the incomplete order will ever get resolved and I'm resolved to provide negative reviews to my network, friends, family, as well on Social Media and any other platform I come across.

customer services cannot understand what I want
Have asked several times What batteries (18650) do i need for the product you sent me.
The instructions do not tell me what rating, whether it should be protected nothing other than 18650 In the instructions it tell me i need 2 batteries yet there is also a reference to 3 batteries. The unit does have capacity for 3 .
If when i bought this item off you I asked you to supply me with batteries which ones would you send me? That's all i want to know.

On 17th August I bought a Drone and a FPV Google as birthday present to my son, but the product never arrrived in Germany or hand over to DHL. Only after my 4th complain on 6th August, they wrote me to inform that they need 3 days to identify the problem and reply. Now I made my 5th reply because I didn´t receive a reply from Bangood.
I choose this company because it was well recommended, but now I not able to trust anymore on them, I know that delay can happen and I´m used to buy from Chinese websites like Aliexpress and other, but never had a lost or a lack of reply.

purchase of a laptop
I ordered 2 laptops from Banggood. Aside from requiring me to chase them up to get them to eventually ship them, they arrived 6 weeks later than promised.
In trying to use 1 of the machines, I found the audio and video out didn't work. Banggood initially instructed me to find a local company; after 5 weeks of trying, I gave up and shipped such back.
6 weeks after they got the machine they told me I'd have to pay another 75 USD to "repair it." Considering it was shipped faulty, I said no.
I'm now, on a weekly basis asking where the machine is (its now 5 months) and the only answer I get is "we are waiting for repairation." In the interim I've had to buy another machine as the one that this was intended to replace finally died.

Now 2 months later, when I ask Banggood to help me track where my package is, they just tell me its my problem.

late delivery with high fees
I opted for free delivery and got confused that my order was separated into multiple shippings. With each shipping sometimes carrying goods worth 1 to 5 $ upon receiving the delivery guy told me there is 20$ worth of fees per each shipment.

Ordered 2 pcs Nov 2018. Tho they immediately took payment and said despatched, 6 weeks later discovered that wasn't the case. Eventually received machines 3.5 months later. One was broken (sound and video out don't work) and was advised to get fixed locally. Looked for 5 weeks for somebody only to give up.
Told to return to them. Did so. 8 weeks later they told me I have to pay to repair. Disagreed. Now 20 emails and 4 more months am told repeatedly, please wait.

I ordered a dinatone 2019 GT R 349 racing drone and flysky mini receiver on the 4/8/2019 after approximately a week passed bangood emailed me saying that they didn't have the items in stock and would I likes a refund . That's when the fun starts as the links they provide you with do not work so I go to PayPal and make a compliant. Then I go back to bangood and try to contact them live but this link does not work so I use there email link which seem to have registered my complaint and ask where is my refund. I then receive another email stating a full refund would be returned to my credit card which I used in the transaction . Still no refund. I have sent all correspondence to PayPal hoping they will deal with this problem as Bangood are not honering there word.I will be closing my account with them after this is cleared up and hope anyone else would be very careful doing any deals with them. I have been a long and loyal customer with them and spent a lot of money in the past and this is how I'm treated. Please if you buy from them to check they have enough stock otherwise you'll be in the same boat as me.

Fan mount is broken and missing fan blades, the cables are far too short and they lie down in the cutting bed which is a very high risk of cutting through the cables and the control board has no protective cover.

I have been in contact with customer support via email for nearly 1 month with no resolve. I have told them that i want to return the item for a full refund but they do not seem to be reading any of the emails and instead giving unacceptable answers. I am happy to provide a full email trail so it can be read.
I respond to all your emails but it always takes 1 day for you to respond and you never reply over weekends. All you ever do is offer me less than half the price i paid as a refund. I Want to return it as per your terms and conditions and get my money back!
Just arrange collection and give me the refund, i dont have to say the same thing every day.

I ordered a AU$166 battery charger from banggood well over a month ago (order number: [protected]), and it never arrived. I investigated with Australia Post and discovered it was delivered a month ago to the wrong address. The resident then returned it to sender. Australia Post is insisting they delivered to the address on the label, and that it was mislabeled by banggood, meanwhile banggood is insisting it is Australia Post's fault. Meanwhile, I still want the charger.
I have been in contact with banggood by email but they just keep parroting back: "All orders reported as delivered by shipping companies are considered delivered. Banggood cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case. They have the responsibility to deliver your package safely."

According Banggood policy after 60 days without delivery I have the right for the full refund. Banggood denies the right for the refund without any proper information going against their policy.

no information regarding order status, support agents lying to customers
On July 7th of 2019, i placed an order on the Banggood website. The payment was processed and the money taken from my bank account, and the Expected Shipping date was now 2019-07-15 17:17:20.
After more than a week, the order was still processing and the shipping date was still the same (and it was now 20th+ of July), the information did not update.
I contacted the support the first time on the 22nd of July, and was told it would ship in 48-72 hours. After this time passed, i contacted the support again on the 25th of July.
I received an email on the 25th telling me part of the order (Airdots) were out of stock, reason why the whole order was frozen.
I asked for the Airdots refund, and on the 25th of July an agent guaranteed me it should be shipped in 24 hours (i have screenshots). Now 48 hours have passed and still no shipping information. NOTHING.
This is the worse experience i've had by far ordering online. There is 0 information about our orders, the customer agents just give you INCORRECT information.
What the hell is going on? 1 month has passed and i do not know when or if i am going to receive my items.
Last time i'm using this website and i'll make sure to spread as much negative reviews i can about this as i can. Despicable.

I had ordered on the 25th of June, order acknowledgement of next day says shipped out and delivery within the 16th of July. All is fine and according to what was offered at the moment of ordering. Following day I was checking the relative tracking nr. and it showed on pending, from this point onwards, just horrible experience.
Contacted them several times, I was reassured that item had shipped out, it was just the system that did not update correctly, one week later I had discovered it was actually shipped out on the 3rd of July, because they run out of stock, whaaaatta... why didn't they inform me? Actually the tracking nr. showed shipped out on the 9th of july. from this point it started getting worse... lies and contradiction replies of all sorts of flavours, however, as of today I still do not know how many more days in the end it will take to deliver. I found it very unpleasant to deal with misleading information, just unfair.
Things can go wrong sometimes, but I should have been informed at each step of the process, so that i could have decided the next move, perhaps cancel the order and redirect my purchase elsewhere.
Cutting this story short, I can guarantee you that it is still a pain to deal with Banggood. I would definitely NOT recommend this web store. If I had the power I would have just shut them down. Even a a few seconds ago before posting this review; I had them to read before I was actually releasing it, they had the courage to deny the so many evidences... Cannot believe my eyes!

missing contents of package
I had ordered one Xiaomi MI box on 08.06.2019 (at Banggood.com); order no. [protected].
On 8th Jul' 19, I received the package with item missing. There was a folded magazine inside instead of the ordered item. Also, there was a note from the Customs Officer (Kolkata) wherein it is clearly indicacted that there's mismatch in contents declared versus contents actually found.
Immediately, I reported to Banggood with pictures.
On 9th Jul, they have again asked for photos, which I have provided immediately.
Then on 11th Jul, as a solution, they have asked me to take up with local couriers for the missing consignment; shunning their responsibility for after-sales service. Is it the customer's responsibility to run from pillar to post for items not yet received?

Sinc last the 2nd june, I have ordered 4 items from Banggood. They should be delivered on the last 22nd of june.

I haven't received anything else.
Every day I contact with Banggood with emails and phoned their agent ZAJL to recieve my parcels. I really struggled to have my parcels. I waste my money calling their agent ZAJL and I waste my time writing to them and trusting them.
Although my adress is correct, complete & accurate. They told me bad adress and you have to pay double fees to get your orders back. How?

Today, again they said your orders are returning back to China because of bad adress.
Again they want ti steal my money.
