I did a wire transfer using bank of america in baltimore MD johns hopkins branch to my own account in India using SWIFT codes. I was told that india is a slow to pay country and it takes about 3 weeks and no investigations would be don't till then. It has been 2 and a half months and it hasn't gone through. My bank in india has not received any information regarding this from bank of america and the bank of america is not willing to help. Every time i contact them they tell me that they are sending e-mail to the bank in india to find the status and that the money is in india and nothing can be done about it and it is possible that i lose my money. I have no clue as to how to go about it.
I put a stop payment for ACH in the amount of $80 and $168. They told me that it would cost me $30 in which I paid. they said although it is 2 transactions for same company not to worry. 3 days later $168 was taken from my account along with a NSF of $35. I then called the claims dept. and said to file a complaint and that they were sorry for this should have not happened but in the meantime they would credit my account the $30 in which I did. 2 days later $80 was taken from my account. I am filing a complaint tomorrow but since when does BOA return funds that allowed to be taken out of account when I signed a waiver not to have an overdraft policy in the first place and paid for a stop payment fee. Claims department also told me that that they are not suppose to tell customers that a ACH stop payment is not guarenteed but yet they will not tell you that at time receiving there $30 fee.

It's your money, so it's your responsibility to keep track of it, not the banks. Furthermore, at the time your account is opened they let you know when it will mature, this should not be a surprise. Please don't bank with my bank, you should go elsewhere to bank with the other irresponsible customers who can't keep track of their money.
Bank of America is stating false info. Due to a prior account I had with them which already was diputed, dealt with. I need BOA to clear allany false information with chex systems, or any collection agency. A.S.A.P. I'm being affected by this error which was made by BOA. Please e-mail me if further details are required to hernandez_serena@ymail.com Thx
I don’t even know where to start. I’m so frustrated with BofA! I have been trying for over a year and I still have not even been told if I even qualify for any type of a modification. My story is the same as all the others...lost docs...different person every time I call with a different answer from each of them...resubmitting docs, etc.
I started the process back in February 2017 because I knew my loan payment was going to increase and I knew I couldn’t afford the new payment. I got the runaround because I wasn’t behind on my payments and had always made my payments on time. After a few months of calling I finally had someone tell me that it looked as though we were going to go through a trial modification and they even gave me a new payment amount (over the phone...I really hope you guys do record all conversations) and they told me I would be receiving the paperwork for that within 7 to 10 days. Needless to say, I changed my monthly payment amount through automatic bill payment through my bank. I continued to call on a regular basis and was told numerous different things (which I have documented), but I believed what I was being told from BofA. The documents never came. One day I received an e-mail alert from Experian Credit Monitoring (service I received free of charge when Countrywide leaked my personal information) that there had been a change in my credit score. Low and behold, BofA said I was behind on my payments. I immediately called to find out what was going on. The representative who I spoke with on that occasion told me that in fact it was documented that I would be going through a trial modification and that once all the paperwork was completed they would most certainly notify the credit bureaus and my credit would be returned to the stellar state it was in prior to starting this process. Again, I was told that paperwork should be arriving any day (again, I hope you guys really do record all conversations).
The next thing that happened could have easily given me a heart attack...I received a packet requesting that I resubmit all the paperwork that I had already sent because they were looking into qualifying me for a different program. Wait!...didn’t I already qualify for something? Aren’t they sending the paperwork for that? Well, I was then told that they have no idea where I got my information from and that a trial loan modification payment amount should have even been stated to me. Really? They why did they do it? So, my credit is screwed and now I have no way to fix it because what I was told was never true. There were no documents being sent to me. I’m just screwed. At this point I decide to just go ahead and send all the documents again, hoping to qualify for this “different program.” Not only that but now that they are saying I’m behind in my payments maybe they will help me...that is what they wanted in the first place.
To make a long story not so long and repetitive to what I’m sure you already hear day after day, I’ve been told they have all the documents and now it’s in review. Then I receive a letter stating they didn’t receive all the required documents. I resend the documents and call them to be sure they received it. I’m told they won’t know for 72 hours if they received all of them or not (well my papers said I needed to have them to BofA within 48 hours or I would be disqualified). So, is that another way to make it easy to disqualify people? I finally got confirmation that all the documents were received.
So, I get assigned a “negotiator” which makes me so happy because now I have a direct line and I don’t have to go through the same thing of being passed around like a bottle of wine at a wino convention. Then, I get the letter that says I did not qualify for the program because I didn’t provide all the proper documents. Really? Then why did your people tell me they did? Now I’m pissed. I call and get a supervisor on the phone and she gives me a date and time of a conversation that I supposedly had with one of the representatives, who supposedly told me that I needed to resubmit all the documents because they expire after 90 days. Now, that’s pretty creative. First of all, I wasn’t available to speak with anyone on that particular date at that particular time, furthermore, I’ve been doing this for a year and this is the first time I am told about any documents needing to be resubmitted every 90 days. So, she files an appeal for me after confirming that all of the documents were in fact received.
The next week I decide to call my “negotiator” who informed me that she received notification that my appeal had been accepted and that she had to give my file back to the appeals department. So, now I’m back in the same messed up funk I was in before. Why? Because I appealed their decision that was wrong in the first place! Go figure. Back to square one. I call again just to make sure they really do have all the documents (because obviously I can’t believe just one person). Again, I am reassured that they had all of the required documents and that my loan is in review. Whew! For a minute there I thought I was going to lose my house.
A couple of days later I received a registered letter from BofA that was a NOTICE OF INTENT TO ACCELERATE. You’ve got to be kidding me! Nope, it’s real...I called and checked. They want $12, 000 dollars by May 19th or they will start foreclosure proceedings.
Bank of America is horrible. I will never do business with them again.
My story with BOA is 98% the same as above.
I did send them 6 fax transmissions and none of them was received as a full set.
Than even they have a named person working on my modification for 3 months, the computer system is set to call me every day when a representative knowing nothing about my case is asking what are my intentions.
Aren't they wasting taxpayers money on Obama modification program?
I have opened bank accounts and at present have a checking and savings account. Have never had a problem. Tried opening an account with Bank of America and after giving my social security card was told the your bureau had a message the said credit established prior to SSn issue date. I called social security office and they said the number had not be used by anyone. My credit report from you shows that before I had my social security card I had a Penneys and Sears card from my husband who had established credit with them. I merely had my a card with my name on it but it was not my social number used to open the account it was my husband's. When I received my naturalization papers then a social security card was issued to me. I have always manintained good credit and have an excellent score. I cannot understand this report about prior credit and would like to have it cleared.
I applied and finally after obtaining an attorney, got a small loan modification from bank of america which finalized this year. I had some damage to my flooring due to a water leak so Mercury Insurance issued me two checks, the first to get me started replacing the floor and the 2nd one to finish. The first check was fine, but the 2nd one was payable to myself and b of a. B of A is holding the money because I received a modification. Now my living room and hallway is concrete while i wait to see whether they are going to release the check. If they do, I have to take it to the flooring company and they have to sign off the check with me, then I have to send it back to B of A for them to release the funds. I pay the insurance. What gives B of A the right to take it from me? Isn't their a law against this?
This 'Bank' has apparently resorted to theft to fix their economic woes. BofA hit me 6 times for almost $200.00 in fees in 2 days. I saw there were a couple small charges pending (NOT POSTED) the evening prior, so I online transferred $ to more than cover them. Got hit with (2) $25.00 fees on the next day anyway. Those 2 fees pulled my account down so 2 more went NSF. They then charged me $35.00 each for those 2. Total of $140.00 overnight. I called the 1-800 number and plead my case - got $60.00 refunded. I was still pissed, but at least I got some $ back. This gets better, though. Knowing that I had 2 new charges on the way, I immediately went to the local branch and deposited cash in that account and added more cash still to the account that covers overdrafts. The teller saw two more charges coming, and said nothing. Logged on today to find 2 more $35.00 charges for those 2. AND THE MONEY WAS THERE! They said 'those charges were from the day before, and the money you deposited wasn't there then, even though it didn't post until today'. WHAT?! I called 1-800 and lost it - got nowhere. I called back and tried with another rep - got nowhere again. Tried a third time, and viola, got my $70.00 back. Folks, just keep calling them until you get success. Also, call the business number for customer assistance, there is no cue line to wait in, and the business account reps will help you with your personal accounts if you have a business account. This is a total scam - We have absolutely no proof as to when a charge is going to be posted to our accounts from a check card. The bank is in total control as to when these hit, and and they 'claim' that they have no control over when the vendors submit the charges. When they see a situation where their pulling money to cover NSF fees will result in a chain reaction of NSF's and more fees, they do it. This is a recent thing - I used to transfer money online to cover these issues, and was never charged NSF's before as long as I transferred money to cover them while they showed PENDING. I see the reports just like mine coming from everywhere, and it looks ripe for a class-action lawsuit to me. Better yet, spread the word that BofA will steal your money to every friend and relative you have, close your accounts and move your money to a local bank that does not take government bailout money. And call Clark Howard! I just did, maybe if enough people call him, he'll air their dirty laundry NATIONWIDE. They deserve it.
I'm writing regarding an affidavit that I submitted some months ago about a fraudulent debit that appeared on my checking account. I gave them my debit card number to cover the cost of mailing of $5.95. That's the only payment that I actually authorized. Then, about a week later they sent me an email saying that they would be sending out another package, unless I contacted them by phone to cancel it. I tried daily for 2 weeks to reach them. Their phones are set up so that you get put on hold and disconnected after 2 minutes. Either that or it's busy. I also tried to email them, but they would not accept emails. In essence, they made it impossible to cancel the order. I gave up and thought that I would just return or not accept the package when it arrived…..but I never received anything although they insist that it was left on my doorstep. After this, they continued to charge my account for various amounts under different names. It seems that B of A is so concerned about fraud when I use my card in another country, but think nothing of allowing this company to have free access to my funds. I contacted my personal banker several times, and spent literally hours at her desk trying to resolve this issue. In the end, she recommended that I open another account, which I did. I thought that this would be the end. All the charges had been reversed at this point. I opened the new account in Dec and in Feb received a letter from B of A stating that they had concluded their investigation and that the monies had been permanently credited to my account. Now, 3 months later, I'm being back charged for the amount of $178.00 and to add insult to injury, B of A is charging me $105 for insufficient fund because I closed my account at their recommendation. I not longer feel that my funds are safe at B of A and will be transitioning everything over to Wells Fargo Bank. I'm in my 60's and have been a good customer for over 30 yrs. I have several business accounts as well as mortgages with your bank. I had my personal banker, Candace Chavez phone the fraud department on my behalf and they were rude and inconsistent with her, first saying one thing and then changing their story and telling her something else. In this time of economic crisis and turmoil, you'd think that B of A would go out of their way to earn our business….as you always say at the end of your phone call. My expectation is that you re-open this case and consider reversing these charges. I would like to hear back from a supervisor and in the meantime will also be forwarding this letter to AARP and the newspapers.
Had to laugh at this "You need to deposit the money before drawing against it" from post above.
Same thing happened to me! :(
We started our loan mod 4/09, with State of Calif pulling away 15% of hubby's salary, and mine reducing me over $10, 000 per year. Home is upside down 100%, we made partial pymts, kept up the impounds of tax and insurance. No one knows what they are doing -- going on our 5th negotiator, no one calls back, paperwork is constantly lost and they refuse to confirm receipt of items I fax or pay Fedx for just so I can keep accurate records of proof that they received it. Then I have to re-create entire packets and do it again. They wear ya down so you'll quit?
Bank of america hired a company cooper city west. They came to a house of mine while I was on vacation over seas and took the all the things in the house and in the yard out my shed and winterized my home change the steps and broke into my home, my sister called me while I was on vaction overseas and told that they foreclosed on my house which she lives on the property to I told her I dont owe bank of american any money, and to tell them to leave my property now, my botherinlaw went to the house and told them they got the wrong property the guy said no we have the right property and continued to remove my stuff. I am a disable veteran, with a nerve condition I was ill to here this while on vacation. I cut short my vacation and wedding plan to return to settle this when I got home I called cooper city west and they told me (We sorry we went to the wrong property) and told we have insurance for that'

4 Cashier's checks from Citibank amounting to a total of $ 36, 500.00 were sent to BoA for deposit into my checking account. Even though Citibank cleared these checks on May 18, 2017, BoA refused to make the funds available to me me until May 22, 2017. by placing a 'HOLD' on the amount for 4 additional days. This 'HOLD' placed by BoA illegally resulted in a check returned 'NSF' and a fee of $ 35.00 being charged to my account.
A short summary of the complaint follows:
Bank Of America has given me a credit card with a $1.50 per month minimum interest rate. It is supposed to apply when I haven't paid my previous balance in full and the remaining interest on unpaid balances is below $1.50. Several months ago I paid my balance in full but I continue to be charged this $1.5o each month. It took me 10 customer service agents and more than 3 weeks of back and forth with BofA to understand their scheme. Here is a simplified version of what is going on: on January 31, I get a statement for $2017. I pay it in full a few days later but not until I have charged a purchase for $30 on the same credit card. So, here is what the bank does: when they receive the $2017, they allocate it first to the new purchases and then, to the balance from the previous month. This leaves me with a previous-month balance of $30. Now, this $30, being larger than $0, causes a new interest charge the next month of a few cents, however, since it is less than $1.50, the bank charges me again the full $1.50. This way, I can continue to pay my previous balance in full each time and, as long as I charge anything to the card in the new month, I can continue to be charged the $1.50 indefinitely.
Isn't BofA required to pay off my previous monthly balance when it gets my check, before paying off purchases made in the current month?
Note that, as long as I keep charging new purchases to this account, I can never practically pay off the balance unless I send in a check for the previous month's balance + the current month's purchases + the interest generated since the previous month's close.
Note that it took 3 weeks and 10 customer agents to explain to me what happened. I have a PhD and I am very patient. Most other customers in this situation would not have questioned the fee or would have given up after the first 2-3 attempts on the part of customer service to give them misleading answers (and I got several such answers, including a reply confirming that I had indeed paid my balance in full). It is clearly a stalling technique on part of BofA trying to obfuscate the situation.
I hereby allege that BofA has not properly disclosed the rules for charging this interest, that it has found a way to squeeze out millions of dollars from their unaware customers, and that it has a policy to obfuscate the solution to the problem in order to accumulate further gains.
Had a flood in my house back last year, got the check from the insurance company in september of last year. Besides the fact that they took over 3 months to pay my contractors after work was performed, they have strung me along for 5 months about the remaining balance left from the insurance money. I subcontracted all the work myself, leaving a nice balance leftover. The property claims division then asked for a list of items neede to cut a check for the remaining funds. After mutiple calls and multiple faxes on new items asked I was finally frorced to contact an email at the office of the president ceo.
I got a reply phone call very quick, and was thinking I was in good shape. Finally the person helping me said that property claims never returns leftover funds and it must be added against my loan balance. I argued and said the csr's I talked to said different, the paperwork received from bofa the whole time said different. At this point he said there is nothing left to do. Would love a way to fight them.
Bank of America is the WORST bank that I have ever come across. They make me go to the bank 5 times in order to cancel my checking account. Every visits, they assure me that the account is closed with zero balance and even gave me the cancellation confirmation. But I still get statements after few weeks, showing I have a minimum balance fee for the "closed" account. FIVE times... what the hell.
One of my existing credit card company (MBNA) was changed to Bank of America and they now charge Foreign Transaction Fee for purchasing air ticket in USD. The extremely rude Bank of America customer service manager said that my final destination is out of the country and that is why I was charged the fee. I told her that they should honor my credit card agreement from MBNA (which does not charge fee if purchases made in USD), just like a new mortgage company that will follow your existing loan term when they bought it from another mortgage company. The RUDE customer service manager stops me by saying that it is their policy and I just have to pay the fee. UNBELIEVABLE.
They should be utterly ashamed of themselves for representing America in their name.
Thanks for listening. I hope the bank get a huge lawsuit someday and for that rude manager, KARMA.
Bank of America, please get more training for the individuals at the branches in east TN as it is desperately needed. When the house is packed to the point that folks are lined up out in the parking lot it is NOT appropriate for the "merchant tellers" to be sitting there at empty windows staring into space. They should be taking the next customer in line! I dont know why merchants are so important that someone needs to just sitting there waiting for them, while the rest of us are packed into that hot building like cattle. All our money spends the same!
Furthermore, I was unable to voice my complaints to a manager at that particular time. I became enraged by the situation and unfortunately had to excuse myself. You see, this was the second time in two weeks I have been packed in this place like
sardines while the merchant tellers sat at their windows looking out
at the crowd. I did not wish to escalate the situation to violence so
I left.
Okay well thank you for your input. In my opinion that is kind of like setting up a cashier at the grocery that is specifically for checking out people who have purchased only one brand of food, then letting them just sit there and stare when all the other lines are backed up into the aisles. Just not good business sense. The more I think of it the more I become overcome with anger.
Thank you Brenda.
You think that's bad ? You should know about my friend who has deed title title to her home and bank of american is making her make house payments which the house she has paid off ! They have threaten to take her home away and because she took a small second on it they are making her pay the second of one thousand dollars a month. i wish bank of america would just belly up and do the country a favor . we dont need banks like that. the whole housing market and banking is screw up. the big C.E.O.'S are living the life up on poor tax payers. shame on you! NOT too mention the rich that dont want to pay their fair share of taxes. the poor are being abuse over and over. this will last forever for the poor. because jesus will sent us free and all his rightous people. god see all.
in 2017, Boa increased my monthly note by $250.00 per month and did not inform me why it was increased. I fell behind in my note because of a work slowdown. When I tried to make partial payments I was told that they did not except partial payments. I would have to pay all the back notes to bring the loan up to date but that I may be able to qualify for one of their modification programs. I applied and was denied on a modification loan a total of 5 times, all the while the monthly note kept adding up. We tried to send a partial payment and even sent a full month house note, which they returned. Long story short, my home is now in foreclosure and I am being told that I could have made payments and they would have gone into escrow till my payments were caught up. They had asked for the same paperwork on numerous occasions, never gave me a single contact person, never informed me of other loan programs, they kept trying the same modification program, never gave me a single contact so I had to tell the same story at least a dozen times since no one was familiar with my situation and got conflicting info on numerous occasions. BOA IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES THAT TAKE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE WORKED FOR BECAUSE OF THEIR GREED. They don't care about us at all
This is a real story. I went to work this morning and I was checking my email. I saw an alert form BoA stating that my balance is zero on my checking account. I logged in to online banking and almost had an heart attack. My checking was $0 and my savings was all gone. I immediately thought, somebody compromised my account. There was a check taken out of my account. Check was amounted to $51, 815.28 and taken from my checking and rest from my savings, since I have draft protection backed by my savings account, everything was swept. Check was not mine, signature was not mine, name on the check was not mine. It turned out that this was a legitimate check sent out to a real person. Teller said the digital reader (optical reader) has failed to read the "8"s in the check so it matched my account number, and funds are drawn. After spending 5-6 hours on the phone and speaking to countless people, they said they are very sorry and they will fix it in 24 to 48 hours. And by the way they said they are going to send me an apology letter with a $50 gift card from amazon.com
This is just insane, I have no words to describe how bad this bank is. Stay away!
Anytime somebody puts, “This is a real story, ” in the first line usually means it is not real.
Nicholas, a few weeks ago you posted a comment to our blog at www.phillipsgarcia.com. We have many cases where homeowners homes have been trashed out wrongfully. We tried to reach you by email, but did not get a reply. If you'd still like a free consult, please go to our website and fill out the web contact form. I will try to contact you at the telephone number provided above as well. Aimee
Bank of America didn't send me my august bill & I called them why haven't I still didn't receive my bill, the first person I talk 2 said I didn't send a july payment that's why I didn't receive my august bill. I couldn't believe it because I always made my payment on time, so I had 2 go back & check & sure enough I didn't made a july payment, turns out they never send me my bill when I called back & asked the second person why they didn't send me my bill he said they didn't update my account. I called them again & I said I'm going 2 make a payment over the phone but I'm not going 2 pay a late fee because it wasn't my fault & I don't want it 2 affect my credit the 3rd person I called said they r not require 2 send a paper bill & so therefor it's not their fault & it's not going 2 affect my credit.Well, they laid. Now I'm trying 2 refinance with other bank but it's not going through because I was 1 month late with my payment when I told them the reason they said they need me 2 call them & clear my record. Well, I called them & explain the situation they denied any wrong doing & said it's my fault. & now I'm stuck with them. I think they did it intentionally because they knew I was refinancing with other bank. They were sending me later quit often asking me 2 refinance with them.
They really r predator, I've home loan through them & I'm stuck with them, I can't refinance with the bank I want 2. I'm trapped.
I was trying for almost two years to get Bank of America to lower my payments because i could not make the payment once it went from $2017 to $3000. I started before it went up and they told me to miss my payments so they could help me. After two years they just foreclosed on my. I had a Real Estate agent offer me money to move out and was told i was going to get evicted next. I had already lost many thousands of dollars to crooks that were supposed to help me with a loan modification. I actually almost cancelled my contract with CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic because of the BBB report showed a handful of complaints. Mr. Lanes assitant showed me how the BBB has many more complaints and law suits against them and they also showed me a long list of possitive reports printed about CPAC. They just last week got Bank of America to REVERSE-Rescind-cancel the foreclosure and now the house is back in my name. Now all of a sudden Bank of America is wanting to give me my modification... I know its because I hired CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic to sue Bank of America. If you want to find out what chances you have to sue Bank of America thru CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic you can do what i did, visit www.SueBofA.org My name is Isidro Orona from Covina and I got me house back from Bank of America because of CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic
Bank of America offered my company, via my corporate credit card, an offer for a line of credit advance at the rate of 4.24% for the life of the balance of the advanc. I took advantage of this offer. A couple years down the road B of A decides to change the terms, legal but not real ethical. I can keep my interest rate and never use the card or can use the card and all balances and future purchase would go to a much higher rate. I chose option one. Without contacting we further, B of A closed my account freezing the balance. When this happened I not longer had access to looking at statements online. Furthermore, it caused their system to stop sending me monthly statements. For 2 1/2 years I have been contacting them trying to solve this problem with no success. I then filed complaints with several places. The corporate office contacted me in June 2017, however they have not been able to solve the problem. Just making my account active under the orginal terms could solve the problem but apparently this is too hard for Bank of America and their tech support team.
I was only keeping the card so I could pay off the balance. I did not have the funds, at that time to pay the balance off it full. I only had a couple of options, pay the card off and close the account, keep the balance at the low interest rate and not use the card, or use the card and have everything go to a higher rate. Also, at that time it was the only corporate card that I had.
In this tough economic times Bank of America is bulling homeowners into purchasing flood insurance in excess of their unpaid principal balance. In my case they went as far as to block the unsused balance of my equity line.
Eventhough I have had and outstading record of payment for the last 4 years. My original equity line is for $60, 00. Unpaid principal balance of $34, xxx.00. I have always keept a flood insurance policy valued at the original amount of the loan. However, BOA has requested that I increase the flood insurance to $250, 000.00.
This is excessive and unfair practice aimed at either making howowners paid off their loan or forcing them into foreclored.
"COME ON" Bank of America stop this unlawfull practice and easy up on the consumers.
I think there is an ongoing class action lawsuit you may be able to get in on. Google it. This is terrible!
BOA has had a class action law suit for this very behavior. They have had to settle this lawsuit but it didn't change anything. BOA is still at it. Their ability to find a reason to asssess a NSF to your account is perfected. Those babbling CSR's and their talking out of their a's excuses can get you so frustrated and angry because nothing they say makes any sense. I don't understand how they can continue such behavior. They are definately crooks. I have had 3 accounts all of which were linked together to pull if one got low but each time, they imposed a NSF without pulling from the 2nd or 3rd account. Each time the reps said they couldn't find where the accounts were linked and each time they went through the same process linking them and then next month, behold another list of NSF's. I am sure BOA is why I am now on blood pressure medicine. I'm changing as soon as I can.
BOA is a bunch of WICKED horrible, scheming, manipulative theives. I truly believe they have a secret code of ethics that was written by the DARK Lord. BANK OF AMERICA DOES NOT LIKE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE LESS THAN SIX FIGURES IN THEIR BANK. THEY ARE NOT THE PEOPLE'S BANK, THE COMMON FOLK'S BANK AND THEY MAKE THAT KNOWN BY THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR MORE MODEST CUSTOMERS. WICKED LITTLE THIEVES.

My father is 95 years old - my mother passed away 2 1/2 years ago. There is a home equity loan with the Bank of AMERICA that has been serviced with my parents savings. My father is running out of money and the monthly income was reduced almost 50% when my mother passed. I called the number that is on the flyer each month with the mortgage payment coupon to try and discuss loan modification solutions. After being placed on hold for over 15 minutes I was finally connected with a mortgage "specialist". I asked where she was located and was told she was in Costa Rica. THAT'S RIGHT -- COSTA RICA. When I asked to speak with someone in the U.S. because I wanted to protect American jobs - I was told there is no one else to speak to; her supervisor was also located in COSTA RICA. Am I the only one that thinks this is disgusting? This what we get from the likes of Ken Lewis and Brian Moynihan.
Waaaaa, Waaaaaa, waaaaaaaa. I don't buy your story. 95 and a mortgage? Some bad life decisions there.
