Poor customer service, rude driver manners & wrong luggage taken
1. Wrong luggage/bag taken by passenger when reaching to destination kampar after that we try to contact the customer service & even email to billion express but no respond at all.
2. Bus driver is smoking & turn up the music volumn in the bus while driving.

I unable to record clearly from my seat, but from the video, you can see the window is open and I can smell the second hands smoke. Some of the passengers is coughing.
Desired outcome: Please take it seriously due to passenger uncomfortable situation. I feel very disappointed with the service.Please check the driver name and give him a warning letter on this.
Rude manner from bus driver.
Just wanted to tell you regarding the issues I be mentioned above. I don't know who is the drive was, but the way he talk was so rude and I hope billion star express can give an advisor to this poor attitude. He should not shout inside the bus. Poor the passenger that be scolded by him.
I know we not allowed to eat in bus. But do it includes candy, and water? At least consider people who have low sugar blood? Just make sure the passenger not bought/eating heavy meal like nasi, anything soups.

Very Bad Service
Last time I buy this ticket from tbs to kuantan the bus never arrive and the staff can't do anything only advised me to make a refund but the money never receive at all and this time 05/06/23 the bus suppose to pick up at 9.00 am at Terminal Bus Temerloh but the bus never arrive the terminal staff told me that the bus have a breakdown need to to wait 2 hours and still never arrive at the terminal. Then 2 more hours the staff said that the Bus had been cancel. This company never take responsible of what happen never arrange a second bus to pick up even the when me want a refund the money still never received. I hope this company bankrupt this billion star express is a scam bus

I really angry with this kind of action. First, my sister booked for 5.30pm to arrive malacca sentral, due to your last minute email, cause my sister wait 2hours. How can your company do this action. Pretty much a scam.
1) terpaksa beli tiket bas ni sebab bas lain sold out. (i needed two seats) the price was the highest compared to other bus, RM85 each person from johor to kelantan while other bus only cost RM75 gitu.
2) bas sampai lambat nak mampus. the ticket says 8:30pm, I was ready at 7:30pm sebab disuruh begitu but tahu tak bas sampai pukul berapa? pukul 10 malam.
3) the bus arrived as promised, leather seat and luas litar. but just few kilometers away, kena tukar bas. dapat pulak bas yang buruk dah macam bas masa I pegi kidzania masa darjah 6 dulu. tak selesa ya. sakit pinggang dgn trip lama.
overall, i was dissapointed with the experience because I didnt get what i was promised to. kalau nak bagi bas yang buruk ke apa to passengers, nak tukar bas ke apa, inform awal2 before beli tiket. takdelah rasa kena scam macam ni.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate that your company reduce this bus compiling thing. kalau terpaksa jugak, at least tak payah bagi harapan palsu by posting pictures of the nice bus dkt website beli tiket.
I am complaining the bus driver too slow, wasting our time.
I am boarding Billioanstar Espress on 25th May 2023, 3.59pm bus, but at first this bus was delay by 15 minutes to arrive Larkin Central, 4:45pm finally set off from Larkin, however drive out 5km, driver stop at petrol station to buy food for himself and it take 30minutes on it. Next, around 7:10pm arrive Pagoh R&R he let passengers go toilet and buy food for 30 minutes then 7:45pm only leave from R&R BUT he stop again at BHPetrol station that just beside Pagoh R&R and went to toilet! Just now stop at R&R just 2min walking distance BHP petrol station he don't want go. He wasting a lot of passenger time! 4pm bus and 8pm I still in Johor.

Driver is rude lepastu tak hantar dekat destination yang sepatutnya
From genting to shah alam. 3 kali dah driver bus ni buat hal. Dia suruh i dengan kawan i turun dekat tbs lepastu naik bas lain yang pergi ke shah alam. Nonsense betul. Kiteorang bayar harga ticket bus sampai shah alam bukan sampai tbs. Lepastu menyusahkan driver lain. Makan gaji buta ke. And driver ni very very rude yang i pernah jumpa. Mulut dia memang biadap betul. And menyebabkan customer tak selesa dengan dia. One more thing suka drive sambil main phone. Pernah once dia cakap kiteorang yang nak balik shah alam ni menyusahkan dia je nak kena hantar dekat sana. Tak kisah la sorang dua ke apa. Memang itu kerja dia kan. Kiteorang pun dah bayar. Pls ambil tindakan. Buat complaint tapi still sama. Not recommended untuk naik this bus.

2. On the way,sometimes the bus moved to the left and to the right. It was like the driver was sleepy.
3. He also made a lot of sudden brakes and nearly hit the front car.

The attitude of driver
Driver not allow passenger to take their bag into the bus while the bag only size bag pack which airport also allowed. I am very disappointed with the driver since he said that I cannot get into the bus if I don't want to obey his instruction. I pay for the fare fairly with other passenger and want to take care of my stuff by myself but did not allow to. QS7555R trip 10pm Sg Nibong to KL 10/04/2023. Please take action on him. I request to take my phone charger also he didn't allow.llll
Inconsiderate and irresponsible driver!
I am very upset with the attitude and actions of the driver with the bus number plate QS 7555 R, our trip was on 5/4/2023 6pm from Komtar Penang to TBS Kuala Lumpur. During the Ipoh bus terminal station, driver dropped off passengers and told us we could go for a toilet break, it was around 10.05pm at that moment.
While at the toilet I realised my period menses suddenly came! As I didn’t bring pad with me, I asked my mum and sister to help me get pad from my other sister on the bus or buy from the shops that are open nearby. We informed the driver to wait as it was emergency situation where it was messy with blood (I was wearing white pants) and I was stranded in the toilet.
But the driver told its more than 10 mins I don’t care you need to follow the time! And he was very angry at my family and drove off! Leaving me, one of my sister and my mum at the Ipoh station toilet! My dad and other sister on the bus told us he left us and went to the pick up side of the Ipoh station and luckily we ran like crazy and made it to the bus! Otherwise we wouldn’t be able to catch the same trip back.
This behaviour is super rude and unacceptable! When we reached KL he was still angry and gave us the look. It’s very unprofessional of him! It’s only natures call that this ladies thing happened at an unexpected time. Imagine if the driver himself had a wife, sister or daughter facing this situation, I’m sure he wouldn’t have left just like this! Super inconsiderate and selfish of him! We told him to give us a few mins and he wouldn’t even bother.
Not only that, during 730pm break fast time driver turned on prayers music super loud when it was only my family and 2 or 3 other passengers on board.
Overall this trip from Penang to KL was very unpleasant and I feel very upset that the driver drove off without waiting given that we already asked him politely to wait a few mins to give me time to wash up and come back to the bus.
Desired outcome: I demand that the driver be given warning and we get a refund for the next trip with Billion Stars otherwise my family and I will not take again!
Bus no show on 1146pm but has arrived on 0230am
I had a scheduled journey from KL to sg at 11.46pm. However, the bus arrived at the terminal at 2.30am, which was a delay of almost 2 hours and 44 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with this situation, as the delay caused me significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans. I had to reschedule my appointments, which resulted in a loss of valuable time and money. Moreover, the delay was unexpected and there was no prior notice or explanation provided to the passengers. As a regular user of your bus service, I expect punctuality and reliability from your company. However, this incident has left me feeling disappointed and let down by your service. Therefore, I would like to request that your company takes immediate action to investigate the reasons for the delay and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Hi there. I travel using your bus almost every week Penang- Malacca and vice versa. Your driver most of them were smoking on the bus while driving. This is very unhygienic and troublesome to the passengers. This is act of selfishness without thinking of other people’s interest and health. The smoke just circulates inside the bus eventhough the drive opens up his window.
Desired outcome: No smoking allowed on the bus while driving. If they wish to smoke they should stop for a while and get of the bus.
Bus trip from Penang to Kuala Lumpur
I am writing to complain about an incident during the trip on Billion Star Express bus from Penang to Kuala Lumpur. The bus departed Penang at 11:30pm on 28/2/23. During a stopover at the Ipoh Amanjaya bus terminal at about 3am on 1/3/23, I descended to go to the toilet and the driver left the terminal before I came back. I was fortunate to have spotted the bus on its way out and managed to catch the bus after running after it. Imagine the grave consequences if I had not caught the bus, as I still have my luggage stored on the bus with my valuable personal belongings. This behaviour was totally unacceptable and highly irresponsible; the driver should have counted the number of passengers aboard the bus and upon finding a missing passenger should have either waited for me or attempted to contact me. I am writing to complain against the behavior and condemn it in the strongest terms. I would like the bus company to take action against the driver so that the same behaviour would not be repeated.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from the bus company and also a compensation for the trouble I endured.
Terrible experience with bus trip aborted and stuck on highway
Took a billionstars bus from ipoh to penang on 15 feb scheduled to depart at 10.15am. Bus no AJF6633. It was a terrible experience. Not even worth 1 star.
1) All the passengers were stuck on highway on way to penang from ipoh for a hr. We had to flag down another bus on the highway ourselves. Billionstars did nothing!
2) the bus came to ipoh and departed about 30 mins late from Amanjaya ipoh. Scheduled departure is supposed to be 10.15am
3) driver smoked while driving. Even while stuck on highway, the driver still continued to smoke with no engine running and no ventilation. We had to breathe in his second hand smoke.
4) we found out that the driver didn't have enough money to top up gas and that's why the bus was stuck on highway! How could a bus company/driver let that happen?
5) bus is not well maintained. Broken parts in seats and lever I emailed both billionstars and easybook about the complaint and received no replies!

Fully agreed with you, this is the WORSE bus company in malaysia!
Few things that I’m not satisfied with the service and one more thing to mention that this is the worst service line ever:
1. Counter service was rude
2. Delay on departure- my ticket supposed to depart at 10 pm but end up depart from Penang become 1120pm (No use booking a slot for your bus since they will merge the time up to their own taste. Save yourself time and stress by not booking this pathetic bus company).
3. Seat condition- During purchasing the bus ticket on line, the website showed a business class bus and the price were SGD 150 for single trip from Penang to SG. However , everything inside the bus was broken- the massage chair, the usb electric support, the small monitor and etc.This is called CHEATING.
4. Repeated seat sold on the same trip - I bought the ticket on single row 6A , and they changed my seat after onboard (asked the PIC but was informed that this is not under his responsible ) -There is no use buying a ticket for specific seats because you will ended up getting a different seats. I bought a single seat but get a double seat, i’am so disappointed and uncomfortable for the whole ride!
5. Driver- The bus also driving overspeed all the time
6. Journey- Too many stops before reach to Singapore and never informed upfront caused delay on ETA arrival time.
