The office operator at Trans star office Nancy was extremely rude in conversing. She didn't let me sit in the office to wait for Billion Star bus scheduled at 8.45am, March 4 from Grantall Mall, McPherson. Nancy was extremely rude at that time saying "are you listening to me?", go outside and sit and wait for 3rd party billion star bus. It costed me whole day, Im not able to attend client meetings now in KL and lost today's salary. On top of it my whole morning was wasted crying in front of police telling that my office manager won't be happy as I won't be able to reach on time to KL. I called Billion star they were unresponsive, sometimes they picked up the phone and didn't gave any assurance when I'll get my bus. I have attached Whatsapp screenshots as well, where I was pleading them to tell me when will I get my next bus they didn't responded at all. And I somehow managed to get a bus myself around 11.15am.
Nancy told billion star is 3rd party and they are not responsible for it. She also called police to come down and while police is on the way the bus came around 10am, but she didn't let me in the bus and bus went away. Police resolved it in 5 mins, they cleared me up - nothing on me. I have attached the police report number. The whole thing just wasted by whole day.
Claimed loss: $800 1 day salary lost
Desired outcome: Please refund my today salary which didn't happen due to the delay of bus. Also file a complaint against Nancy for being so rude to the customer, ultimately led me to cry for hours and business interruption.
