I placed an order for next day delivery, which is supposed to be guaranteed and they were never delivered! I am very upset about this and would like an explanation as to why they were not delivered. My partner and I live very far away from his mother and we wanted to do something special for her since we could not be with her on Mother's Day and I feel like my experience with Bloomex ruined that. We didn't want to say anything as it was supposed to be a surprise but had no choice but to tell her we tried when the flowers still had not shown up at 5:30pm.
I would like the flowers to be delivered but also feel that I should be given a discount of some sort since they were intended to be for Mother's Day and that has passed. I paid $19.99 for the delivery fee, despite the stated delivery fee being listed as $14.99 for delivery between 12pm and 5pm.

My uncle passed away a few months ago. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered for his FUNERAL. It never arrived. They have given me the run around via live chat and NO accountability. My money was essentially STOLEN . Order # 2194387
If someone believes this is the last the have heard of this matter, dead wrong. People we need to get the attention of the related agencies to report this online scam.

Hi,
I had sent you the email about three days ago. your company promised to deliver the freshest flower but that was not my experience. You website also promised that I would hear from you within 24 hrs. That was not so also. I am reaching out to you once more before appealing for a full refund from my credit card company and publish a bad report about this terrible experiences with doing business with Bloomex.
If this issue is not resolved within the next 24 hrs, I will refuse payment from the credit card company.

Hi,
I have placed two flower arrangements from you for my mother and Aunt in Vancouver BC. When the flowers arrived, they were unfortunately in bad shape. According to my mother, the tulips were droopy and the other bouquet had many broken stems and wilted flowers. Needless to say, I felt horrified and extremely embarrassed. Please remedy this situation by redelivering or issue me a full refund. I hope to hear from you ASAP because Mother's Day is fast approaching. This is the furst time I ordered from you and I am hoping that it can turn from a bad first experience to a salvageable long-term relationship.

The flowers are great and beautiful but the customer orientation of this company really SUCKS. I placed an order because I was given a $20 coupon that they sent to me after I wrote a review. I placed an order to use the coupon for mothers day. I kept on ..expecting that before my card will be charged I will be able to enter the coupon code. Never had the chance to use the misleading coupon code. After abt 2 mins of placing the order, I wanted to cancel. Their 888# will tell you they cannot help with an existing order...they can only take new orders...and their live chat agent will outright paste a link to you that says..you can cancel but you will be charged $25!...they give you a $20 coupon that doesn't work...and charged you $25 if you want to cancel. Very disappointing! I want a 20$ refund off from my order 2217631
online flower order/ order incomplete, not delivered to address
Placed order for Sister's 80th birthday, 12 roses, vase and card to be delivered on her birthday to her address. Purolator dropped order at local depot, depot contacted my sister but she was unaware that this was a flower order, had I not checked with her to see if she got flowers they would have stayed at depot till she could get someone to get package. Nice person at depot delivered package to her on her way home because they were flowers, package not marked as live flower order. When package was opened there was 11 roses, no vase and no card letting her know who they were from. On line chat person's only solution was to take picture of the order and send it to Bloomex. Could not do that as she had put flowers in water already. Will never use this very unprofessional company again!
two orders of roses with a large teddy bear.
This company is the worst, they do not assume their responsibilities, all their mistakes, we the customer have to pay the price. There is no way to contact them by phone, only by the chat on Internet. The 1st order I purchased was a kit of several roses and a large teddy bear. Only the roses were delivered. Instead of giving me a refund they gave me a credit, so I can buy there them again, so I did it I purchased the large teddy bear for the next day (I had to pay the delivery fee again when the error was from them). Guess what they said since the address was out of their delivery zone, they would have to delivered it 6 days later, but they delivered the roses to the same address. My 2nd purchase was exactly the same and also the same address because my son was sending 2 gifts to his friend that were two. I paid the fee for the next day in the morning and what happened the did not delivered that day, but the next day. At least they refund me the difference of the fee between morning and next day. And when I tried to complain by the chat they would take their time to answer when they answered and never assumed their mistake the only words were we are sorry. They also said that they can not control the carrier for the delivery and they supposed to be the one that control them at least when it is the carriers mistake, but no is the clients who must pay those mistake. So I do not recommend this company it is a really bad company.

Ordered Valentine's day roses, got them 2 days late and they were frozen solid. Purolator pretty much dropped them in my wife's hands and couldn't drive away fast enough. Customer service was completely useless, pretty much telling me it was my problem. I've tried ordering from these [censor] twice and both times it's been a horrible experience. Please people, don't waste your hard earned money on Bloomex.
coffee sensation basket
I ordered the coffee sensation basket which included 9 items (large box of truffle, milk chocolate bar, hazelnut chocolate, assorted gourmet sampler pack coffee, premium colombian espresso coffee, private brand bloomex coffee, mocha java coffee, mozart napoleon coffee, golden flavoured colombian coffee) for my partner to be delivered the day before valentines day a week prior to the date. Not only was the sorry excuse for a 'hamper' not delivered on the requested date, what I received has not a single item in common with what I received (focaccia crisps, pepper water crackers, petite de fruits, butter cookies, chocolate wafers, dark chocolate lint bar - 6 items). Thinking that they has sent the wrong hamper I rang their number to try and have this issue resolved so I would be able to still give something to my partner however due to it being valentines day they had closed their phone lines and I was advised to go to their online chat for an 'immediate' response. Two hours later after missing my lunch break I finally got an automated response asking me for my order number which I replied with and was subjected to another half hour of waiting again after which I received another automated message advising me to email them. I emailed them yesterday and today received a response saying ‘as per our policies listed on our website, in the unlikely chance we are sold out of particular product we are able to substitute with another similar product. Due to perishable nature of edible products and order volume, we reserve the right to substitute with similar product of the same value' and offering me a 20% coupon off my next purchase (like I would ever buy from these thieves again). Not only was there not 1 single thing is the hamper that was similar to my coffee hamper and effectively ruining my valentines day, the customer service is horrendous and they will not refund me my money. I will be submitting a complaint to consumer affairs and will never buy from this company again.
rose delivery
Ordered roses for my partner to be delivered on Valentine's Day.
By the time it arrived, it was about 9PM (Happy Valentine's Day!) and the roses were wilted.
The 'personalized message' was typed on a torn piece of paper, with what looks like my receipt on the bottom of the page.
Considering how expensive it is, and how it's a flower delivery service, might as well send bales of hay.
Hope you enjoyed my completely unjustified spending, maybe you'll use the money to fix the way you do things, or, you know, more flowers or whatever.

My mom ordered flowers for my birthday being in another country. She paid for the most expensive delivery 9am-12pm. The flowers never arrived on time, after long investigation they finally arrived at 3pm. Courier as rude. Moreover, the card had a message that was fine but the signature was ? Because their computer program didn't read another language properly.
They refunded only delivery difference which was $5 and gave $5 store credit. It was hard to communicate with them, there's no phone line, investigation took hours, staff is unprofessional, they have no care for customers and the happy moments they ruin!

Order 2135220 for delivery to Oakville. Bouquet should have been Holiday Snowflakes. Instead my sister received a bouquet of old daisies. Company could not rectify in time for Christmas. Customer service was terrible! To make it up, they sent a gift basket containing about 10 boxes of cookies, a few chocolates and a bottle of barbecue sauce. Wow! They sure care - NOT! What was supposed to be a thoughtful, well intentioned gesture turned into the joke of the holidays.
I will NEVER order from Bloomex again. What a huge waste of money and they clearly don't know what type of product they are selling. Flowers are not a commodity. When people send flowers they put a lot of thought and love in their gesture. They sure ruined my intentions.

I ordered flowers for delivery on Dec 23 in Saskatoon. Order [protected]
the order never came. I inquired on Dec 25 and was told they would be delivered Dec 27. I am not happy about that as it missed the intended celebration.
The recipient was home all day Dec 27 with company coming and going. The flowers were left on the doorstep and the doorbell never rang. The flowers were dead.
I submitted a complaint through livechat spoke with Stacey. I was told the order would be resent on the 29th. I said I was not accepting that as I would like a refund. She told me a manager would email me asap. I asked who I can expect to receive an email from and she said it was policy and she would not provide a name. That was on Dec 27. It's now Dec 29 no email.
The second flowers were sent today. and again were left to die on the doorstep no doorbell rang.
No response to my emails
I want my money back as I have no faith in this companies ability to deliver anything.

I ordered the designer collection Anniversary 2 (deluxe) flowers, paying an extra $14.95 for a glass vase. Also paying extra for same day delivery, I later receive an email explaining same day delivery was not possible which I understood and was told I would receive a refund for the extra money.
The flowers were sent the next day (today- 11/10/2017) which was great however, my aunt sent me a picture of the flowers sent and they received some lovely flowers however they were not what I ordered and were also in a cardboard box not a glass vase.
The description for the note added onto the flowers stated that it would be printed EXACTLY as written, however all names were spelt incorrectly.
I am very disappointed they did not receive what I ordered and received some crazy bright childish flowers.
I would definitely like a refund for the glass vase that was ordered but was not sent.
I will not be using this website to send flowers again.

They refuse to acknowledge that the flowers weren't delivered.
Their livechat customer service is unprofessional, shows zero empathy, and their emails provide no information.
Had we first googled them, we would have seen that they have a bad reputation internationally.

The floral company did not send out my floral arrangement. I have tried to contact them multiple times at this point and nothing. They keep telling me the order is under investigation, although it was never received. It is sad that they cannot operate to send flowers to my aunt for my uncle's death. I ordered from the United states to send to someone in Canada. All prices shown in CAD but I was still charged in USD. the items delivered were not the same ones that were delivered to the recipients. It is nowhere close to what was on the picture and their replacement wasn't even close! Picture shown is expectation vs reality
substitute and substandard arrangement delivered
I ordered a 'Dignified Lillies' floral arrangement (see below in photos) I spent 2 hours trying to contact them via live chat to ensure the extra details they asked for that were emailed through, would be received in time to finalise the order for next day delivery. I could not get an answer on live chat.
I wanted to amend the recipient contact details to avoid phone calls during the phone service but the sale rep told me it is not possible to talk to anybody! I was left praying the whole thing would work out, as I never got a return call either even though I was told I would.
My sister sent me through a photo of the flowers delivered: absolutely nothing like the arrangement for which I had ordered and paid. It was a substandard arrangement that did not dignify the situation.

I have ordered successfully with Bloomex before, so I don't know what's happened to them. I ordered flower's for Mother's Day, paying the high extra charge for delivery that day. NO FLOWERS. I contacted them the following day and they told me a manager would contact me. 2 days later just an automatic email saying they were busy and would get back to me. 3 days following that, I received an email saying my flowers had been delivered on Mother's Day. Now I'm waiting again for a Manager to contact me, to demand a refund.. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

flower delivery - horrible service
I paid for same day delivery of a wonderful lush bouquet of flowers and received neither.
I requested a refund on my same day delivery charge and never received a response. I just received an image of the bouquet that was delivered and i'm stunned and furious! This company has now done a horrid job not once...but TWICE!
I will write as many reviews about this shoddy business as I have to, to make sure it doesn't pull this crap on anyone else. I paid $120 for sparse weeds.

I placed an order for my grandmother for Mother's Day! Bloomex guarantee she delivery at ofbcourse a rate of 20.00plus tax. I was devistated when the next day my grandmother still had not received her flowers! I called customer service and they said they would follow up with the florets and see what happened. They never got back to me. I called again at 5:00 pm and I was told I would have to go on a call back list. I asked to speak to a manager and the agent ignore do mee point blank and when I asked for his name he hung up on me. My grandma received her flowers more thn 24 hours late... and on top of it they were he wrong flowers! On top of this I paid extra for a large card to be sent and they sent a blank card despite me filling out a long and heartfelt message. So I paid 20 dollars for flowers guaranteed delivered before 17 that were delivered 24 hours late ... 50 dollars for flowers that Were the wrong ones! I paid extra for a card that was sent blank and then when I wasn't upset about it was told. Y agent said I have to understand it's the busiest day of the year... Then don't guarantee it! And don't hang up on me and Don't put me on a list and never call me back! This is outrageous disgusting service! I have had a good delivery from them before but it's not worth it! My grandma has depression and was left to feel like I forgot her and ordered it a day late then sent white funeral flowers! And the way they have responded to all of this not worth it! I would be understanding if they showed any care post receiving my money. But the don't .. try bloomsnroses... at least they care enough to ensure your order is correct! Can you believe after 5 called STILL no callback?!?!
