Myself and wife applied for Spain visa through BLS International Kochi in July 2024.
I reached there on time and summitted documents. Seal on bank statement was missing. I begged them to accept the application and agreed to come back with the sealed document once bank opens ie 10 AM.
They just denied this and asked us to pay and book for another appointment. I managed to get the documents the same day and begged again in vain. They did not allowed to enter the office.
I paid and booked another appointment. There was a correction in the data I entered in their system They asked me to pay Rs 1500 to make this correction. After some argument they agreed to do it free but charged RS 400 for SMS services we never opted for.
THIS IS JUST EXTORTION NOTHING ELSE.

BLS International Services certainly seems to have turned a simple visa application into an exercise in frustration. Could’ve been worse—you managed to get things sorted, even if it felt like extortion along the way. It’s frustrating when a service that's supposed to help you just adds more hurdles.
Yes, that is a fact. We started early mornings 5 am to reach thier office. We managed to get all documents once bank opened.This is for first appointment.
For second appointment, we really got frustrated when they asked Rs 1500 for correction in their system.
Also they charged for SMS which we never opted. I am planning to file a consumer court case.
