Indian visa from canada

I was looking for book an appointment for indian visa application. I called bls Calgary they said there is no appointment available but we can book courier service for you to pickup and drop off. So they booked it for me. Purolator picked my daughter's application and delivered it to Surrey bls on Oct 5th 2022 which was received by jayshri at bls surrey. But till today the status of application shows "no record found" I called on bls help line number from last 3 weeks they last week said it will update within 72 hours but I didn't. On bls website it shows that postal application will quaritine at bls center upto 3 to 5 days but in my case it's 3 weeks already done. When we are applying for visa one of bls employee told me that when we receive your application it will take total 30 processing time for entry visa but now they are said it will take 45 day processing time after application at general consulate. I'm really worried about it as we need to go india before December 2022. We already bought air tickets because it's not easy to buy air tickets near travel date it will expensive right. I continue calling to bls last week they said call us on Monday we will give you some updates but today I called them now they are saying we are not able to give you any updates today call us tomorrow. What behaviour is it. I'm literally crying. Please help us proceed our application please. Help me. I'm unable to talk to any one senior at bls. Every time they transfer call and it disconnect within seconds. Please help me please. Do something we want indian visa as soon as possible please help us..
Hey. I sent my daughter's visa application by Purolator currier service which was booked for us by bls we paid 113 candian dollars.. They picked our application from home on 3rd oct 2022 and delivered to bls surrey by Oct 5th. Application received by jayshri at bls surrey. But till now today is 24th Oct there is no update on application I'm to much worried about our application as our travel date is near. I called from last 3 weeks in raw every day to bls help line number. They said last week stutus will update within 72 hours but no that didn't happed. I called them after 72 hours after waiting 46 minutes in waiting they said we are not able to find it call us on Monday. I called them already 5 time today now they are said server is down we are not able to give you any updates today call us tomorrow. I'm really very upset I'm literally crying. When we applied application they said it will just take 30 days total now they are saying it will take 45 days after bls accept you application. We already bought air tickets for india and they are not start process of our application. Please help us please.. Our application number is CANVV0B2C922.

Pathetic service and arrogant manager
OCI appointments not available online for july and August. September not open to make bookings. Waited in queues since morning 5am on 6.7.2022 . I was 9th person in the queue. Waited till 1.30pm. Only 5 people were called in whole day. There were 100 behind me. All of us have to go back in vain after waiting for 8 hours ! People keep going inside saying against appointments. Some even went inside and when questioned security guard showed note from the Manager ! When questioned Manager was rude and made clear to guard not to allow any one inside from walkin for rest of the day... That is power ?

I’m writing this about a serious issue! I applied for PIO to OCI conversion and sent my application to BLS via mail. After my application got approved, I received my OCI in mail along with the cancelled PIO card that is not mine. It has this person’s personal information and I’m afraid they mailed mine to someone else and they would also now have all my personal information.
bls passport renewal - khor fakkan - uae
Dear BLS,
I took appointment for passport renewal at BLS Khor Fakkan. The appointment was for 11:40 AM today (28th May) with reference number KFK741800140522.
I have serious complaint against this office, which has absolutely NO MANEGEMENT. I am still waiting for my turn at 02:50 PM (3.0 hours crossed after my scheduled appointment). And the authority is saying that it will take another one and half hours minimum.
This is really pathetic and joke of BLS appointment system.
Hope someone will read my complaint and rectify it.

Received very bad service from BLS passport office OPP city center, DUBAI,
When I called the BLS call center for appointment issue the call center staff said for newborn baby passport there is no appointment needed, which is also mentioned in the website , so I went to the above mentioned BLS center with my new born baby to take new passport on 31-03-2022 , Mr.Chetan who was in the reception said it needs appointment and he had given an appointment for 07-04-2022 @ 2pm and he took my husband number also (you can check the CCTV), As we know the working time will change during Ramadan my husband double checked with him about the appointment time.
Today 07-04-2022 when I visited the center the lady sitting in the reception was saying there is no appointment, then she called Mr.Chethan and he was lying and saying I didn’t give the appointment, I was carrying my 15 days old baby, the lady was very arrogant and was not willing to listen, her behaviour was very disappointing, and there was no humanitarian consideration even I am a feeding mother and her behaviour surprised me.
When my husband said he will place a complaint against your service Mr.Chetan said we don’t care and nothing will happen even you complaint.
I am wondering is this how they treat the customers.
How can Indian government appoint such an arrogant and unprofessional staffs in such center who don’t even know how to behave with customers?
Surrender application
I live in Ottawa and I had called BLS to ask for document checklist and I was shocked to know that I had to use the mail in service to file for passport surrender even though I lived 8km away from BLS.
I paid 80$ for Purolator courier service and the application was delivered the next day 15th Feb, 2022 and signed by some Puja at reception. they say file number will be sent within two weeks of receiving application. two weeks were done nd I didnt receive anything and online application tracking says no application under my passport number, so I start calling them. they say we cant assist you if you don't have a file number. I keep telling them you guys have my file I give them tracking and every details and the call center people give different email everytime to file a case. some of the emails they provided dont exist and email bounces back. then I went online to file a complaint via contact us and everyday I submitted a new case and then exaclty after 1 month of receiving my application, they start processing it. and they changed the application recieved date to 12th March, 2022 which is wrong.
now after three weeks the tracker says the surrender certificate is printed and ready to dispatch and its being like that from 10 days now. I call them and submit cases online and they keep saying someone will get back to you in 24 hours. no one reaches out and I have a actual in person appointment for BLS Ottawa to file for OCI and if I miss this, I have to pay again $80 for courier and they also stop excepting new appointments. I am aware they have a deal with courier companies where they can earn but atlest do the work if you make us pay for it. I feel like I am calling to beg everyday for my application to completed.
Also they dont have knowledgeable contact center staff and they dont know how to answer back to customer. anytime I ask a question, the lady (Puja) at call center in India says "you want to talk to supervisor"?. why would I talk to your supervisor who is again in India and going to tell me the same things.
Then I also mentioned I want to file a complaint on hoe my application was handled and then she is like you can only complaint to BLS. So I told her that Indian Ambassy has hired them to do services for Indians and she is like yes. then I told her I will file a complaint with Indian Ambassy and she is like you want to speak to my supervisor.
if you are so scared of complaint to your client, then start doing the work they hired you to do in the first place.
Still I have not received anything from BLS and no information on tracking or any other follow up.
Desired outcome: Application to be completed so I can move to the next part.
OCI application Indian consulate
My family's OCI application submitted at the Brampton location shows status of ready for pickup for the past 10 days though I have already paid for courier service . I cannot get them on the phone. No response from email escalation submitted on March 17th. The IVR message is the most annoying repetition that I have come across in my life time.
Desired outcome: Dispatch the documents by courier without further delayAND/ORContact me by email [protected]@gmail.com (this is different from the email on file which I don't want to put out in public) . I can provide reference numbers when you contact.
Regarding pcc
I applied for Indian PCC through BLS. My PCC is clear already in india before one or more than one month. but I didnt get it anything here in canada. My passport no is P0165209. Application ref. no is: 22-[protected]. File no is: CAT084377815122. I would like to get as soon as possible as it has 6 month expiration. So I hope I get on time before get expired.

My husband and i went to apply for pcc. The security guard at the front ask us to book an appointment, and all sudden he tells us if you have an emergency i can let u in without appointment if you come in tomorrow at 9:50am. So we went in at 9:50 next day and he tells us i told u to book an appointment 🙄 after we reminded him what he told us yesterday he told us to go home and come back at 12 so we did exactly what he said still we were waiting until 1pm. And finally when it’s our turn we were told only one of you can go in. And he kept repeating im doing you a favor…even tho we didn’t get anything done for free so I don’t see any favor in that. We payed the fee. And he’s fighting with one of other guy who walked in. And verbally abusing him infrom of everyone. This is so wrong than he tells everyone waiting in living area that he’s gonna bann this guy from BLS i mean who is a security guard to bann someone from getting there legal stuff done when they r paying for it. Unless he is one of the BLS person and pretending to be security wearing a security jacket without holding a security license. And than somehow we got in the office and lady in there was so rude to everyone. She told me to go wait outside after we have already waited for half of the day. They make people feel that they helping them or doing them a favor even tho they r doing their job and people are paying for the service. They talk to people just like they are in india. This is Canada and Canada believe in human rights and respecting each other. This is very unprofessional what they are doing. They r telling everyone that they r only taking appointments when it doesn’t mention anything on their website. I am very disappointed with what some of my punjabi community people are bringing to Canada and ruining their reputation 😣 they really need to change their staff and hire more professional people or they should be closed for good. I wouldn reather go to another province BLS than coming here.

With all due respect. I am writing this complain regarding my experience at BLS office in Calgary Address 5075 falconridge blvd ne unit 930 T3J 3K9. I don’t know what world they are living in. They think they have some kind of spacial power to treat people bad and to make them feel like they are doing them a favor, even they are doing their job which they get paid for and people are paying for service they get done. I have resent my application with all documents and it was delivered to BLS Brampton on March 02, 2022. When I track my application it does show status of previous application which was sent back to my by BLS due to documents error. However, I have been calling to BLS Brampton on [protected]. I did call on Friday the March 04 and I talked to person names Sagar. And he verified that documents were received and I was told that check after 2 hours and status will be updated as he is going to update new status. Then I did speak with same person (Sagar) 2 times on Monday the March 07 regrading this and I was told same. And still status has not been updated. I am really worried about my application and the original passport I have sent with it. Every time I call them back, they just hang up on me. I have the proofs of call recording.

Have you had success on the update status? I'm in the same situation as you except, I had no errors in my documents. I sent in on the 2nd of March and spoke to Saagar (today) after waiting 1h17m. He stated the same - to refresh within couple of hours. Nothing have changed.

I have had my application courier for visa 15 days ago ,no word or update received .I booked my ticket and now im cancelling it . My friend told me that bls international surrey is giving sooner appointments if you ask them to do their applications like from downstair guy gurjit gill and pay him extra 150 dollar to get sooner appointment to hand in your application in.Others are suffering and this is gone too far .Bribe is the form of getting service which is not acceptable in canada .Pretty soon government will see protest by people who are fed up. Please open e visa so we dont have to see these greedy [censored] .Make it easier so people can enjoy their journey.

Forced to choose their optional service
I booked 2 walk-in appointment for 2 application, and submitted all relevant documents for processing. Everything worked well.
But I prefer to pick up my requested documents, once it will be available to pick up. They forced me to choose return via courier service.
They should not force someone to choose return pickup services. Its totally money grab and they charged me $66.20 for 2 application.
First they charged my debit card with $66.20 amount without my consent. They just got sign on blank form.
Please cancel my return courier service and refund my return courier charges.
All over the Canada, everything is open as for walk-in. I want the resolution.

They hold application for 10 days even if there is minor correction
I applied BLS on 7th through postal and it reached BLS center Vancouver on 8th, the next day but BLS took 12 days to just look at the application and they said I have added Parents last name since in passport parents last was not printed. I sent the corrected form it delivered next day. Since there was no update for a week, I emailed them for update. No response. On 15th day again they said 'Place of issue' is not matching again and asked to send the form again. I sent the form again and awaiting for there response from last 4 days. The service of BLS is pathetic. They take minimum 12 days just to look at the application .They don't bother whether it is a new application or updated one. This way they wasted 45 days and I have only 15 days to submit my PCC to IRCC.
Unauthorized credit card charges on, october 25/26, 2021 or there about bls*motivate charged $119+ on my credit card
I did not order any product from BLS*MOTIVATE. I have never heard that name prior to showing on my Capital ONE Credit Card. It is completely fraud and I want a full refund. This is my first step to get this matter resolved, . I hope you can help me. What else must I do?

I have applied for my pcc in may and the bls brampton receive within 20 days from back to India.. i was daily checking my mailbox for pcc bt nothing was there. Because i took purolator service so i thought they must deliver my pcc at home. Bt after waiting so long i didn't get anything and i start calling to bls offfice brampton..the employee named aman told me he will disptach it on monday but he didn't do anything again i called them they assure me they will deliver it on the next day also will provide me tracking num .. everytime after wasting my 20 mints to them those [censored]ing people told me that they will ship it today... i reallly don't know what these [censored]ing guys are doing there.. they are not doing their jobs and just earn money in a easy way.. still they didn't provide me my pcc..even ttheri senior are doing the same [censored]..

Dear Concerned.
My application no. is [protected]. This is an earnest request to kindly check the courier services used for delivery of passport.
I received a msg from BLS on my passport delivery on 11th October 2020 and until today I didn't receive my passport. I have called the courier company 3 times from my end and have contacted with the delivery driver as well, both keeps informing that you will received the package today, everyday.
Hopefully I will received it by today as per the courier company.
This is an important document, consider a better courier company who are reliable for such packages is my suggestion.

bls process and customer service
On June 29th 2020, their cUstomer Care service told that It is mandatory to book Postal pick up and drop of Purolator through them and it has to be Express service (in total 90$ CAD)... This so called express service of theirs took 45 days for them to just return back our document to inform us that 1 page of passport copy was missing in one of the application and the other could not be processed because of combined draft. Combined draft was suggested by their customer care itself.
Why cant BLS send the email and notify the customers? They rather used our return shipping labels of 60$ for returning both my and mu husbands document. Their customer
Additionally, when we contacted BLS for Resubmission process, ofcourse we dont want to pay this amount again. on their website the appointment slots can only be booked for next week and that too is a false information. when you actually spend your time and go further teh slot is not available.
Different customer executive provised different information.
1) for ploice clearance certificate in person appointments are not allowed other says we can.
2) One person say Combined demand draft are ok other says its no more allowed as rules have chaneg. how come on the same day 2 people from same company can give different information.
3) NO courtesy or mechanism to address Customer complaints through refunds or other options.
4) One Custome executive says buying express services for purolator pick and drop (30$/envelope) via BLS is MUST, other one when I said why cant I book myself? "OK madam, we can also book 20$ service of purolator for you.
Now they are asking me to make seperate demand drafts for me and my husband.
They have made it so frustrating and the whole process is so Rigid that its impossible to believe they are operating in this digital era.
