I have submitted my Original mark sheet, Degree and Police Clearance Certificate on 27.09.2019 at Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. I was told that same will be done within 8 working days. However, I am yet to receive the Original documents. I am following up with your company since 10.10.2019 but no one is responding. In fact, they are behaving like unprofessional. Sorry to say but the worst company I have ever seen in my life. I have already deposited RS 19000/- which I think you people have spended on your personal things.

As per your stupulated time which is max 20 days Now its almost 1 month and 15 days past. kindly update. I had request your office several times for updates and reason for delay everytime the answer is next week ..end of week.
long waiting queue
I have visited BLS international office in Wam Chai, Hong Kong twice due to my domestic helper application attestation. Both times I have to wait more than 2 hours for my number.
No value of others time. Pathetic service. It really need to be improved.
First time they asked for the documents which was not even listed on the website. All the required documents should be clearly updated in website.
Second time, I visited with all the required documents but long waiting queue. I took 2 hours off from my office, but its already 2 hours gone and I am waiting for my number

Fraud and cheating service delay beyond 70 days
I submitted my documents for attestation to BLS. It was given to Himani. She promised that all documents are sufficient and will do the attestation in 30 days for INR 16000.
All agreement is in Email. also they collected most of money in advance. Since they have orginal document and your money they take you for granted. They finally took 73 days to process the document. HImani her chamcha Ghazali and her friend Neha are pack of wolves. I lost 2 months salary and head ache requesting for extension from new employer. The should be arrested and jailed.
BLS international is an upseller. They simply steal your wallet in the name of form filling, photo copy etc. they accept only cash payments. Digital India is just for advertisement. Indian PM says cash transaction is a root for corruption. But Indian passport and visa document collection agent BLS is accepting only cash. If so BLS is in corruption as per Indian government. Consul generals and ambassadors are like deaf and dumb to stop this scam….

Good day Sir / Madam,
There are several items of misleading information on your website, and in spite of complaints by applicants, these items of not being resolved to date.
Hereunder is the personal experience of two applicants on the day of the submission of their applications.
Family / Friend Visit Visa is N6, 500
BLS's website states that the cost for a Family / Friend Visit Visa is N6, 500 only plus the service charge of N6, 500. See attached from website.
However, at the office on the day of submission of application, you were told that the price is the same as the 'Tourist' visa, N25, 200, regardless and without any explanation. Your reference to the website information receives no acknowledgement.
One of the requirements for a Family / Friend Visit Visa is an invitation letter issued by the Spanish Police or a 'Notary Public, ' the latter is quite expensive (as I had later learned from my friend inclusive of DHL's cost from Spain to Nigeria, about 500 Euros) and several times the Tourist visa cost of N25, 200.
The much cheaper option had I known, would have been to apply for a 'Tourist' visa and save my friend that significant cost.
Colour photocopies of your documents
You have to download from the website a 'Checklist' that lists the document required with your application, see attached from website. However, at the office on the day of submission of application you are told that you require colour photocopies of your documents, this is not mentioned anywhere on their website or checklist.
Now to the ridiculous, and it's not a joke. The website stated you are to submit a colour copy of your passport's data page. And, you need a colour photocopy of all documents. The attendant stated you needed a 'colour photocopy' of the photocopy of your passport's data page, a second extra identical photocopy of the data page, that I had, was not acceptable. This actually happened.
Off course, colour photocopying service is available at a premium cost.
Passport pictures
The checklist and a web page provides the specification for the passport picture along with an illustration. However, at the office on the day of submission of application you are told that your passport picture is incorrect, more face less shoulders, contrary to the specification provided.

Embassy/Consulate appointment
The website has an option for booking appointment to the Embassy/Consulate. This is not valid option but its still available on the website.
Only one attendant
Finally, got in there at 10:00am, left after 1:50pm. Had to rejoin the queue to get colour photocopies and more money. There was only one person accepting applications.
On the day of submission of the application, other applicants protested, most silently, (some consoling themselves by saying this is how its done in Nigeria) about the additional photocopying but had no choice but pay at a premium cost. Providing additional copies is an easy process and further, in making the appointment your email address is submitted. This additional photocopying requirement was just an email.
Hoping that this complaint is used to improve your website by removing the number of inaccurate items of information in order to improve customer experience.

Horrible Lady at Counter #01. She is there to fight not for work. What a horrible lady and never had a chance to find her name. Please make sure you TYPE all from PC and no single handwriting.

for VISA fees. It shows, there are tourist visa from 6month to 1yr and 1yr to 5yr with fee 800 and 1580. But is it not correct as per that lady's. In fact, she does not even care. She told me to TURN OFF YOUR PHONE while I was showing to her the website.
People working in BLS (HONG KONG) are so rude and mannerless. No wonder who is the manager. One lady is so slow in working and another one is very rude. One major defective piece in BLS is the receptionist who provides wrong and misleading information to everybody. Not only that, she is so rude.
Same for Nigeria BLS website. This is obviously a pattern of misleading information.

Bls hong kong staff is not accepting my documents after so many compalaintsbto te local consukate here as well. All my docs are complete but they are not givig me a receipt of my attestation documents just beacuse i shouted at them for not passing me all deails ag once and i had to make 3 trips to their office. My docs were today submitted by someone else i authorised but they just kept the docs and said eill send for approval even though all docs were complete.
Misbehave and harassing by hong kong bls staff
Bls company in hk sitting arrangement is very bad most of chairs are broken. It's seems like good but when u r going to sit u will go down if someone injured who will tke responsibilty. Staff is very bad. Never give proper information talking very rude specially counter no 3 lady. Will never accept ur form in one attempt u have to go there more than a week if you wants to attest a form. Every time asking u a unneccesory document. My sister went there for helper form attestation after 3rd attempt she asked a marriage certificate from her nd letter from her husband u both are living together she is applying for a helper visa not her visa she shows marriage certificate if my sister ask she threaten her if we will not attest ur form immigration will not give u visa for maid. The way of talking nd dealing with people is very bad. Most of people from village here don't know what to do where to complaint. I need to know one thing they are here for help or for giving trouble to indians. Thanks.
I am extremely upset with Hong Kong staff especially one fat lady. I shouldn't say this but i don't know her name. First, receptionist doesn't know anything and she is a big lier. I don't understand what type of staff do you hire at BLS. Please train them or otherwise kick them out of the office. I need full explanation.

I work for Michelin. I had visited your office at Barakhambha Road today at 12pm to submit documents for attestation. Normally it's done by our associate EnY, but due to urgency I did the same myself. The representative at your desk was so impolite and rude at responding to my general queries. Her name is Ms. Nidhi Sharma. I was extremely disappointed with such behavior at such a reputable company's office. I took an action immediately to talk to the manager in that office. But Mr.Ahmed has not taken my phone call since this afternoon. I don't hope to be served in this manner at any professional interface. I would like to raise this complaint and remind your employees to value customers appropriately.

I was talking to rajni ( BLS branch from Mumbai ) for 1.5 months regarding my refund my money but she was talking I will happens n wait.
Then after 1.5 months, she said your case is handling hema. Then hema played with me for more 1.5 months . now she is saying accountant is on leave. Wait for some months.

courier address wrongly entered for passport delivery

I would like to bring it in your notice that courier address for passport delivery was incorrectly entered in the system.
Moreover, request you rectify the same by referring the courier address form and register a complain.

Now let me give you the background.
Today I went to BLS Edmonton for Passport renewal Applications . I would like to put in words the overall experience(worst I have ever had). According to BLS the passport can be submitted till 2 pm.
I reached the office around 11 30 ish. There were many people waiting in the room. The notice board mentioned waiting time to be 20 - 30 minutes. It appears that staff has changed for BLS Edmonton in the last few years, Few years back there use to be someone at the front door who would ask you the purpose of the visit and help you with the next step.
This time there was nobody at the front door and no helpdesk counter. Altogether 3 staff members were working. There was no ticketing system. After 5 minutes i realized that I have to add my name, phone number etc on a sheet in the middle of the room.However there was no signboard to indicate what you are supposed to do after entering the room. Guess BLS wants to test the IQ of people coming in.
Several people came and looked at that sheet/piece of paper multiple times. I was wondering if that sheet with all the personal information should be sitting out just like that in open.
Around 12:45 one of the staff took that sheet away. There were already too many people now in the room waiting and probably no more could be attended even though they came before the 2pm deadline.
I waited for roughly 2 hours(4 times longer than expected wait time) and finally I was called. The person quickly looked at my document and mentioned to me that I've used an older version of the form and showed me the new version on website.
I asked him if he can print new versions for me. He replied that the printer is not connected and all the printed copies are gone for the day.(Seriously? The purpose of the office is to provide the service but they ran out of forms)
Suddenly I realized that there are a lot of forms right behind him and I could see the form which I needed. After pointing this, the person reluctantly handed me the new versions of the form(Why did he lie in the first place?).
He warned me that the at 2 pm the courier services will come and pick the parcels and he needs to finish many other applications too.
I filled the new form and went back after 5 minutes. Now the person said he no longer would be able to accept it. When I asked him why, he blamed the system is down/very slow. (His reason suddenly changed).
I was ready to still wait but the guy just didnt care and wanted me to come another day even 45 minutes before the 2 pm deadline.
I had it enough by then, so took my mobile out and started recording and asked him to give an answer on camera.
I waited for 2 hours and still was not able to get service from BLS Edmonton.
Towards the end of the video you will notice I told the person that I will share this video with higher authorities and he carelessly replied back 'SEND'

When I submitted the application to BLS, they informed me that It will take 60 Days, I am calling since then & now I got to know that it will take another 30 days to get the passport. I have scheduled my travel based on the confirmation from the ref of BLS. I called customer care again & spoke to Sonia who was quite Stubborn, so I asked her if I can speak to the supervisor. she refused to transfer the call to the supervisor & stated that he is not available. I was ready to wait, so she put me on hold & it's ok you can wait without even informing me how much time will it take. The call was disconnected from their end after 1 hour without even talking to me.
This is the kind of service that has been provided to me & I am sure similar is the case with other UAE residents as well.
It's disheartening that Indian consulate has to be dependent on such unprofessional company to take care of their nationals in UAE.
I do not expect much out of this email as well looking at my encounter with BLS. But surely the same will be communicated to Indian Consulate.

Giving up Indian citizenship is a hard task. Thank you to Indian Goverment for choosing BLS service to handle the end process of passport surrenders.
After dealing with them, we are not even 1 percent sad that we chose to move to Canada. They represent the exact reason for why so many people move out of India. Their Incompetence: babu/clerical mentality is at the peak.
You can walk into Home depot or Canadian Tire and would get better service. I am not even comparing them to the Canadian government offices.
I am thinking, how are they managing to exist when it is not just me who has this experience. Just a simple search on Google should suffice. They treat people like they are doing favors and wont provide any answers. The whole process is broken from the time you step in the office. My wife almost cried in first 15 minutes. They were so rude and just representing India is a very bad way
poor services, staffed with no knowledge people
I applied for PIO card in January. They returned the application for incorrect passport number. There was no mention of which passport number to enter (Indian or American).
I had to go to their office to explain it to them that it was their mistake of not giving clear instructions.
The staff lacks knowledge. One Marcela was the stupidest. She charged me for delivering the documents via FedEx.
Now they got the passport from the consulate sitting over it. They do not accept FedEx prepayments any more. How can this Marcela not know about it?
Then they sat on my documents for months. UI tried to escalate the issue via their website. Nothing happens.
A friend of mine suggested to threaten them with Civil and criminal lawsuits.
I just gave them an ultimatum, threatening to sue them if thy do not send the documents asap.
Voila, it worked. They budged and resolved the issue in a matter of 2 hrs. Me doing nothing but sending them e-mails from Florida.
Moral: In the US nothing works like a lawsuit threat.
I believe it is criminal act for someone to hold on to your passport for no reason,
BLS looks like the abbreviation of B**LS**T organization.
I heard that the govt. of India is aware of the poor services and are trying to replace them.

not able to deliver service

I submitted a passport application for my son who is minor under 18 years of age. Me and my wife both are Indian citizen.
They returned all the paper work sighting deficiency. Then I called their call center to clarify what was required. There was one deficiency that was clear that they wanted 3 copies of nationality verification form. They also wanted a letter of no objection from parents to issue the passport that sounds ridiculous but never the less we got that one also. I spoke with the call center on one requirement "only sign has to be in the form for parents too. make sure signature should be match." no one could figure out what it means any way the call center person Janet Smith (looks like a fake name) apologized and said I can not help what this requirement is. I clarified that the visa document as per the website and instructions, the acceptable document is Employment Authorization Document that has already been submitted duly notarized. She agreed that it should be fine.
After all this we re-submitted the application. BLS returned everything back without letting us know now what is missing. We have already wasted two weeks of time. Two times of postage cost. It can potentially delay travel plans.
In my 15 years at USA I have renewed passports for my four family members many many times and I have never ever got such issues before.
This outsourcing company does not know what it is doing. and has no appreciation of documents. Talking to their call center person it was evident that they are not experienced and they have no clue on what they are doing.
When we resubmitted the paper work their status on the website didn't change. That indicates that nobody reviewed the revised submission and send it back in the self addressed envelope without reading and providing a justification on why it was send back.

I submitted entry visa application for my son who is 3 years old with all the required documents in the order mandated on the BLS International USA site. Having sent it I kept a daily vigil on the application status. After 5 days the status for application for entry visa for our son says Application Status ‘Sent Back’ and remark says that ‘Proof of Address Must in the name of parents.’ We sent all required documents in the format mandated on the site along with Utility Bill as proof of address in my husband’s name as my passport already had the updated address. Still our application was rejected. When I called, someone picked up the phone after being on hold for more than half and but didn't give me his name even when I asked for it. Then he told me to call tomorrow for update as he was not able to find my application even though I gave him passport # for my son, airway bill # and their own application #! Then he asked me to hold while he do the search and hung up on me! After that my subsequent call was not picked up even though I was on hold music for more than an hour! Horrible service and highly incompetent people who are so unorganized that they are not able to find application in their own system even when you give them all they details!

1. My wife was born in Karachi, migrated to London, U.K., on her mother's passport as a minor, received her British Citizenship as a minor, never ever possessed a Pakistani Passport, visited India with me several times before.
2. I and She applied in July for a tourist visa, I was asked to submit my Indian passport and American naturalization certificate and on submission of those, I got my Visa.
3. My wife was asked if she ever had a Pakistani Passport, she said no, then she was asked to submit a notarized statement to that effect, she did, we also submitted A) her mother's renunciation certificate, and B) My wife's British naturalization certificate as a minor.
4. After 7 visits to BLS from San Jose, we were told, and given in writing that my wife's visa application is in the process with Indian Government now.
5. The BLS is playing a message on their tracking the status of visa application website, apply for visa on your Pakistani Passport.
6. How on earth a person can assure BLS as well as Indian Consulate General, that she never ever had a Pakistani Passport after submitting official documents issued by British Home Office, to confirm that she came form Pakistan on her mother's passport, and she was given British citizenship as minor.

Please tell me what email address you used to get in touch with the BLS office in San Francisco. None of the emails referenced on their website or on the SF Consulate's website worked.
BLS International USA took time to check my mail. Had to wait for long for their response. But, lucky me! They read my mail and gave an appropriate answer. Perhaps! the delay might be due to being new in the field.
I wish BLS will come up with a good services in near future. And about the helpline numbers, after holding twice for long. I had to drop emails. They delayed, but now i am really happy that my child's passport is back with us with her PIO Card.
passport service not handled properly
I had my application will all necessary papers personally hand over to the agency in new york, took a day off drove from ct to ny, as it was matter of passport along with the return shipping.
For past 1 week bls is not releasing the passport as they say the return shipping envelope is no good, well it was good at the time they accepted it & due to their negligence if its not properly kept they now blame it on applicant for not providing a good one. It was a ups envelope as they have authorised carrier worth 15$. & now they charge 30$ for the service.
Ok I am ready to pay another 30$ for return shipping so I send the pay order through usps post & guess what the post office could not trace the office & so I got the 30$ pay order back, now I have to take a day off to drive to ny to get the passport.
No one will answer your phone calls, what a pathetic service provider.
Do they really know how important is the passport document that they are mis treating it

BLS sending our PCC application back using/wasting my Delivery and Return Purolator Service funds worth more than $60 because we missed adding their fees (demand draft).
It is very clear BLS has purposely created such a process that people miss something and then, their application is somehow purposely sent back. I personally know few people whose application was sent back and the reason is very clear - making money through specific courier service.
As a new company in visa and passport service, i would like to thanks BLS for performing good and providing better services. I had applied for tourist visa for me and for my father and sent everything via post and after 2 days i mailed them asking for the updates and they revert me back on the same day and i got my visa with 5 working days...great work done by BLS ...thanks a lot

I think you must not waste your time and send a return envelope to BLS instead. And, further you must ask them to return your previous envelope too.
How can a service like BLS International do this to any applicant...
I too was quite concerned when they delayed my daughter's passport. After dropping several mails(after long time of two months) they returned her passport. Finally, she is in India with her grandma.
I hope they will improve their services before applicants become too aggressive to go to even a higher level.

I had to mandatorily take BLS international service for applying of renewal of my passport. I applied & have been given the new passport, & BLS internation site states " Ready for pick up", I had given the return shipping envelope for returning passport, but no one is putting their acts together to send the passport. It being the most crucial document for a foriegn national in foreign country BLS has no sense of responsibility. Worse nightmare it has been 48 hrs that I try on to their various helpline numbers but no one is picking up the phone to answer & despite emails & complain being registered at BLS website I get no response. I live in CT & now have to take a day leave to specially go & collect the passport its pathetic.
Needless to say why & who runs the agency in NY.
