Camel account

I phoned customer service after not being able to retrieve my password for my on-line account. I ended up being told my account had been locked an cannot be reversed. Nobody was able give me answers as to why. Only that it could not be changed. That makes no sense to me. I'm 43 years old, of ample age and yet I'm being told I cannot get anymore coupons with no explanations. Camel is so HUGE that they don't care about loosing customers. I'm more mad that no one would give me answers or try an help. PLEASE SOMEBODY READ AND RESPOND TO THIS. THANK YOU [protected]@icloud.com

Wow, much prefer Marlboro Southern Cut or Camel Turkish Gold. No flavor, no pre-light aroma.

Camel camel crush blues and bolds

I've smoked crush blues for several years now and my boyfriend has smoked crush bolds for a while as well, either way neither one of us have ever came across this in our time with this brand. I'm not sure if it is a specific carton or case going around in San Antonio but we have both repeatedly gotten packs that have several (up to 5 or 6 per pack) already popped menthol beads. The resulting taste is horrific, so far out of the last 3 packs I've had, maybe 25-30 were smokeable, don't want to cause a fuss, just thought it should be brought to the company's attention. Unfortunately, I think if I get another defect pack I'm going to be at least switching to a different camel product, if I don't switch back to Marlboro.

Camel favorite discontinued

Camel should really study the ban on flavored cigarettes a little more closely when it comes to Camel Frost all they really have to do is get rid of the signature collection part and not produce any of the other flavors they had and just produce camel frost. When it boils down to it camel frost is a strong menthol cigarette and should not be a part of the flavored category. Honestly marbolo still has the smooths and it tastes like mint cookies so why shouldn't camel be able to make camel frosts again makes no sense I have been smoking them ever since I was 19 now i am 25 and the frost was the only cigarette i really liked true menthol. Tried to send camel a e-mail but you have to register first and it wont let me register

The last 6 packets of camel double I bought was disgusting. The bubbles where already popped and the taste!

Just bought my new fave cigs, Camel Crush and damned if half the pack was missing the menthol bead in them...COME ON GUYS! One or two, yeah sure that makes sense... BUT HALF THE PACK?!?! grrr...where's my phuckitall?

I was kidding MM...Thank you for the concern and after thinking about these past couple days Im going to go ahead and try those e cigs so I can cut back SLOWLY...don't think I can handle the cold turkey thing yet...wish me luck!

Oh no, I didn't mean to preach to you and Dawn is really right. You will know when you're ready.
My dad was an alcoholic too. So, he really didn't have a desire to quit. I think drinking and smoking are two vices when married are inseparable.
I know you are not him, but gosh I hate anyone to have a painful death.

Camel defective cigarettes

the glue is not holding the filter onto the cigarette. 5 out of every pack seem to be defective. after 4 packs i have lost 18 cigarettes.

I bought a box of Camel Activate and half the pack did not have the "click" menthol ball inside, this is not acceptable, does this get compensated in any way?

Camel defective

i bought a pack of camel lights and opened the pack, lit my cigarette and obviously wasnt paying attention. i noticed it was wet on the filter when i put it on my lips to smoke it and i looked at it and it had a smiley face drawn on it. now if i had'nt had the pack for more that a minute i would think it was a practical joke played on me but i had just purchased them and was alone. i assume it was spit from the facory it was made in, i cant think of what else could have cause this nasty cituation! absolutely discusting! who knows whos nasty little diseased mouth the saliva had come from!

It wasnt spit or anything like that. Humans very rarely touch a cigarette during the manufacturing of cigarettes. It is all done by machines and robots. They go from one machine that makes the cigarette right to the machine that packs them into packs then cartons. Then robots transport the cases to the trucks to be sent out. Humans are only there to ensure everything is going ok.
