Not all of your smokers have mobile devices, so I was very disappointed that I could no longer get my coupons in the mail via your website. Please change back to let us order them online to be mailed out to us. I looked forward to ordering them online at the beginning of each month to take advantage of the savings for a carton, but because of your new coupon service am no longer able to participate in those savings any longer.

I would like to voice the fact that only having a mobil coupon option is very frustrating. I live very rural and find that the choices for stores near me are over 45 miles away. What happened to the option of having coupons mailed to a consumer? I understand the cost difference in a buisiness sence, however I also know of many consumers around our area (rural Arizona) who feel they have been left out due to moving into the digital coupon age. Anyone else living in an area that experiences this delema, please voice it! Maybe if we can help them map out how many consumers are effected by this their advertising department will relize how much of their target audience they are missing.

All location services are turned on my phone. No matter what I do I can't use the mobile coupons anymore because ehen I click on my offers for the week all I get is an error message reading "location services must be turned on" well they are therefore is this just a way so rjreynolds doesn't have to dish out coupons anymore? I'm sick and tired this crap not working (hasn't in over a month) and you claim you still sell kamel reds but where the [censored] are they?

I haven't been able to get/use mobile coupons in a week. Usually, I'd get 2 coupons per week, but this week my account shows "0 offers available." Seriously, Camel, what's the deal? Surely you must appreciate your faithful customers who help keep Big Tobacco rolling in the billions... (yes, billions with a "B.") I honestly don't expect a rapid response, but, hey, what do I have to lose? Definitely not mobile coupons...

Dear Camel, what's going on? I used to love to be able to log in each week and grab a sweet coupon to save few dollars on a pack. But for past two months all I get is its "encountered an issue" and closes out. I wrote an email twice to Camel but was just greeted back with a general response email that said you'd mail a coupon. I did receive a coupon 3 weeks later (must buy 2 packs at once to use). Husbands account says same thing, no response email back to him though. Camel used to have the best games & rocking website...now its lame. Marlboro has been getting my money now because they seem to care about their customers. I really miss my Camel Menthols...but when I can save $$ on the lower priced Marbs, its a no brainer.
I actually would stick with Camel if it was just a coupon error but the lack of customer service is nail in coffin.

Shows I have a coupon in email and when I go to "Offers" there are 0. This is why I switched to another brand. What's the point in sensing coupons by email if I can't claim them? It was my much better when they came in the regular mail. Your system is a good idea, but it doesn't work. I took the time to sign up for email in person with one of your representatives, and again through the email I was sent. Please fix the issue.

I have been a huge fan of your snus pouches ever since their first release. Of the last 3 tins I've purchased, I have had to throw away at least half of each tin. Half of the pouches are over filled to the point that the pouches are not sealed, and the powdered tobacco inside is immediately expelled into your mouth, defeating the whole purpose of the pouch! The other half of each tin seems to have an opposing problem. They seem to be so underfilled that they last less than half as long as they typically do before losing all flavour and effect. I buy the purple because I enjoy the grape flavour, but for some reason the few cigarettes I've smoked from the box all tasted like lemon. This leaves me to believe the whole box is lemon flavour. The cigarrets themselves also have the purple dot indicator for the ball pop. Some how the lemon balls got mixed up with the purple packaging. The box trace number is JBH28C24.
The exact same happened to me this is so disappointing from camel this is the second time iv wasted money on a box of purple to find that its tasting like lemon

I am a loyal client of camel, its my brand that i have been smoking for 7years already.
And i have a few issues but now i had enough and i want to let you know the quality of the cigarettes are getting poor.
Firstly last week when i bought a packet there was 2 cigarettes out(sealed packet) and today i bought a packet on opening of the packet the one cigarette was broken/burned infront.
We own a bar and alot of my customers saw this today and this is very bad for busnisse.
This is not the first time something like this happend to me and camel is my brand but its starting to go backwards

Hello, over the past year about 1/3 of the tins I buy have a problem. The patches are either open (not completely encased) or open after being under my lip for less than a minute. I have tolerated it because I can be careful with most of the pouches to still use them but the pack I got today was really bad. Please see pictures. Three were very open and the tabacoo was spilt over all the other pouches. I hope you can correct this.

I like your brand because I like to buy a pack or 2 a week of the blue camel crush. But, I bought a pack this week that had two cigarettes in the pack that were half filter of the cigarette! I've never seen this before.
I had to look for awhile and thought hmmmm...okay!

I'm not one to complain but I thought this was very odd and I'm not going to smoke these 2 cigarettes because I don't know how they'll smoke like that!

Need to update what's stores will take your coupons on the mobile site not for the customer to drive around and find out who take them. Or op out after they get scanned. Need to bring back monthly mail coupons. Sometime there website works a lot of the time it dosent. You end up fales hopes of saving money. So far Marlboro is passing camle in the tech world. Might have to go back to smoking the reds.

The product has been de-graded, the Camel Activate purple barely has a taste its harsh and rough! The quality is up to no good & when I buy a carton of Camel Activate purple; there seems to be sigarettes in almost every packet that has been torn lightly so then its a waste. I support this brand for my own personal use of smoking the sigarettes and I spend a lot of like alot of money as Im used to the quality it provided but Im very dissapointed its happening everytime with such little flavour not like it used to be.

I saved up and bought a carton because I could save a couple bucks. when I got the carton home six of the packs that you on the end and for down the side I've been sliced through with a box knife I'm guessing. Ruining six of the pack. Actually 14 to 15 cigarettes per pack were ruin. and when I went back to the store and mentioned it to the manager he said that he could reimburse me because he had to buy the cigarettes that I needed to contact Camel.

Dear Camel,
Why did you have to change a good thing? The new camel blue lights are not the same. A friend that works for camel confirmed. I'm so upset by this change that I'm about to rip my hair out. I have gone through and already use up every gas station, mini mart, smoke shop and grocery store that sells tobacco products.

Monica is there a way to see which ones are different? So far what I've noticed is the silver piece you need to tear off doesn't come off on the dotted line as easily.. I want my Camel Blue, the one that had that butterscotch caramel taste.

Me and my girlfriend both have accounts with camel and we have used the $2.00 off coupons at many different seven elevens and gas stations all over Orange County and now for some reason everytime we go to redeem the coupon on our phones it says that there are currently no participating stores in the area right after we click the store locator but it used to work every single time. Now we have these coupons and we can't even use them. It's making me so mad I can't save money on my cigs anymore.
Both myself & my husband has tried accessing the mobile coupons via website but they've not been working for last 2+ months. Camel used to best for coupons, lately they've fallen way behind. Other companies offer coupons that actually work.

I have smoked your cigarettes for almost 7 years. I used to like them. I don't know why you would take it and make a "new" blend. Since the new blend they burn faster, don't taste the same, pack way low with little packing, and they break all the time. Why change something that people buy and like. They are either going to buy them or they or not that is why there are so many different brands. You just took happy customers and change what they liked. I don't even know if I will continue to smoke these. I am VERY not happy with the "new blend". It is ridiculous enough to pay what I do for cigarettes. Now I need to find a new brand.
