Canada Post envelope sent to nova scotia

I was kind enough to send a roll of washi to a girl in Nova Scotia and it arrived in damaged condition.
The envelope looks like it was driven over.
I can not believe the amount of times I have complained about service and the condition of my mail and packages.
I have yet to receive a response once from this company. Shame on you for treating your paying customers in this fashion.

Canada Post delivery/customer support

Your service is extremely poor... My tracking number says my package (aka medication) had arrived and they left a slip. I took work off today and nobody showed up. This is the second time in one week this has happened.. I am extremely not pleased and when I called customer service way more then once I am left on hold for over an hour while being told I have a wait time of 10 minuets. Yoilur service is extremely poor and disappointing. You treat your customers with zero respect, and seem to give absolutely no cares about them, their concerns or their packages. I ensure you I will never use this company by choice due to these issues. I as well want to file a formal complaint to the delivery driver who failed to drop off my slip and lie about it through the site. Therefore my medication is now currently missing and your "customer service" is just as inconvenience as I have been on hold after going into the store for currently over an hour now! Something needs to be done or I can ensure you that more complaint s will be made within every department!

Please I insist call me, sincerely and extremely aggravated,

Taylor eisan

Canada Post hi

I supposed to receive two parcels with tracking number of
[protected] and
[protected], when I see tracking in site, it says both have been delivered!

but I have not received anything in my postal box!

the company said it has been delivered, and only send it again if Canada post confirm it.

I just want to know if they have been delivered, why I have not received them yet!

Canada Post retrieval of package

I called canadapost about a package I needed to be held for as I was scammed. They said they would put it on hold and not deliver it. They said I needed a reference number to the canada anti-fraud centre. I called and they could not accept calls. So I called canadapost again and got a lady who told me about that she could get it put on hold and I told her about the phone number and she informed me she would let her supervisor know about it and that I had been given 48 hours to get back to canada post. I went online and figured how to do the complaint and got a reference number. I called canadapost again and waited for a good 40 mins and got someone who was putting me on hold quite a lot and my phone died. I called canadapost and got ahold of someone and he told me that my package was in ny this morning and they couldn't do anything more about it. Call usps and they told me they couldn't do anything with it. I called the pot office and they said sorry can't help you here. The fact that I was told that it had been held twice and wasn't is not cool and I want my money back and my insured amount. My reference number is em067343356ca.

Canada Post express package service

I have to order my prescription online and I pay a lot for express shipping so I get my package within 48 hours of your company receiving the package . This morning I was expecting a pack like normal and I go to pick up my pack and it didn't get delivered. I looked and the last update was still in Richmond. I am curious, I have always gotten my packages on time and this is unacceptable. I plan my medication orders on the fact that I know how long it will take to get the package .

Canada Post apparent attempt at delivery

July 18 2018

Today at 5:08 pm there were 3 people sitting in our living room watching tv when my dog perked its ears. I figured she was just watching a fly or something of great importance but didnt think anything of it. Suddenly my son, who turned 9 yesterday, jumped up and said I wonder if the mail is here! He is waiting for bday gifts.

He runs to the front door and pulls out of the mailbox 2 delivery notices. Both are dated July 18. One is dated at 5:10pm and the other at 5:16 pm. Now our living room window was wide open, cartoons playing on the tv. There are also 2 vehicles in the driveway. Clearly someone is home. I can assure you that no one knocked.

My son has been waiting patiently for these packages. They have birthday presents in them. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service on the part of the delivery person.

Canada Post improper drop off

I have ordered items online numerous times in the last 3 months and frequently Canada Post is the delivery service used. I live in an apartment which requires the mail carrier to hit the apartment number to buzz our residence to be let in the building. 3 separate times, I have had mail delivered and organized so I would be home to receive it and each time, the mail carrier goes out of their way to NOT buzz our apartment and instead leave a piece of paper saying that they were there. This is frustrating because now I have to pick up my own package, wait longer and meanwhile I was at home able to accept the package had i been notified properly. In addition, the carrier did not leave a time on the sheet they left preventing me from challenging them about what time they were actually here. If this is they way that Canada Post delivers, i'll be glad to see UPS or Fedex, take over the system as the delivery drivers are extremely impatient and lazy.

Canada Post mail

sorry, just a test. im in an MP office and i am testing the CP customer service portal before suggesting it to a client. i have nothing else to say in this box but it is asking for more and more characters so i will fill this area with a story.

Once upon a time there was a gnome named Lofar. Lofar, being small for his race, made a good burgler and honed his skills working small villages all throughout the north.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Canada Post package delivery/ post-office pick-up

I work on weekdays and am usually not home to accept my packages. Recently, I've been having issues with picking up my packages once they're sent to my local post office. There have been several times now where I went to the post office on the following business day after the time it says it will be available on my package slip, only to be told that it is not there yet. It's quite frustrating for this to have happened multiple times already and nobody at the post office seems to be able to give me additional information. If the package slip says it will be available at a certain date and time, the package should be there when I go to the post office after that date and time. It's such a waste of my time to keep going there, only to be told to come back and try again another day and not being provided with a real reason/excuse why the package is not ready when it should have been.

Canada Post undelivered package/ poor customer service

I paid for a 2 day express delivery service from Bonnyville to Toronto on July 10, 2018. After tracking the package on the expected deliver date of the 12th I saw where it said delayed due to transportation. On the 13th there were still no updates. I made eight calls to Canada Post customer service line and spoke with Nicole, Susan, Danielle and Precious and they all promised that the package would be delivered on the 13th. It is now almost midnight in Toronto and the package still hasn't been delivered. Susan had the gall to tell me that there were eight hours remaining in the work day and so I should just wait. The supervisor Danielle told me that she would work on getting it delivered and she was monitoring it and when I called back she had gone home for the day. The lack of integrity and pure disregard for delivering the service they are supposed to is disgusting. If I didn't need things urgently deleivered I wouldn't pay for an express service. The next thing is that no one at Canada post could explain the transportation delay to me; and there was nothing on the news... excuses?

Canada Post parcels

I am contacting you on behalf of my mother her is 92 yrs of age, she lives at 350 Elliott st. E. Windsor Ont everytime she receives a parcel from Canada Post they don't bother calling her from downstairs to tell her to come down to get her parcel they just give her a notice in her mailbox that they did't get no answer at her Apt, which is not true because she does not leave her Apt to go anywhere at this age, I do all her errands for her, and I am getting tired of walking down to Rexall's to pick up her parcels just because they are to lazy to give her a call from downstairs to get her parcel, why can't people do their jobs, why do the mail delivery person have to make it so difficut.

Canada Post canada post

I own a little bungalow on the corner of King and Victoria Street in Truro, NS. I was dismayed when arriving home one day this ugly grey metal box in front of my picture window.

There are many spots on my street this could of been place which wouldn't be so intrusive.

I would appreciate Canada Post relocating this metal grey box that is directly in front of my house at 45 Victoria St. Truro, Nova Scotia. B2N 1Y5 as this devalues my property.

Canada Post mail hold reference numbers [protected]/[protected]

On Jan 9/18, I paid online to have our mail held between Jan 15 - May14/18 in the amount of $203.40. Before Jan 15th, I changed the start date to Jan 22nd. Before Jan22nd, the date was changed a second time to Jan29 and before Jan 29th, a final time to Feb 5th. During this period, and up to Feb 5th, we continued to receive mail. I am therefore asking for a refund for 21 days (Jan 15-Feb5).
I called [protected])on Jan 30th @ 9.10am and spoke with Sylvia, who said the refund would be automatic. No refund was forthcoming.
I called on May 28th @ 11.06am and spoke with Shelley who gave me service ticket [protected], said it would be investigated but no one called.
I called on Jun 19th @ 11.01 am and spoke with Joel who gave me a new service ticket [protected] and told me that the previous ticket had been closed! He didn't know why. Said a supervisor would call me.
Jun 21st @ 12.50pm, supervisor Brian called and he said he would look into it. He would call or email me once he had investigated.
Jun 22nd @ 9.45am, supervisor Rhonda called to ask if I was calling about a change of address as Brian hadn't written down any information. I gave her the information again and she said it had to be sent to the Ottawa office for investigation. Here we are on July 11th, and I have yet to receive a call regarding this issue.
I would appreciate getting my refund as soon as possible as this has been dragging out far too long!
Thank You

Canada Post delivery

Yesterday the mail delivery person drove off without closing or locking the doors to the community mail box leaving the doors wide open and every ones mail totally exposed. I called the Shopper Drug Mart that handles the mail for our area and was told that the depot that services them was closed for the day and there was nothing they could do as the only number they had was for the depot. I then called the Canada Post contact number using the option for mail box inquires, was on hold for 35 min, and then had some difficulty explaining to the person on the phone what the issue was. I was pretty clear the the community mail box was wide open and that the mail exposed, she didn't seem to know what to do about it. After some time she said she would inform some other department about it to have it taken care of. This morning the box is still not locked, only the duct tape I used to keep the doors from flying around in the wind is making it appear locked to the casual passerby. It seems to me there should be some kind of emergency number on the mail box to call for a situation like this. Leaving every ones mail and parcels exposed like this is unacceptable.

Canada Post mail delivery

This is not my first complaint about this one particular letter carrier.
For about 2 years now, I have had trouble getting my parcels delivered to my apartment.
There have been times when the carrier has buzzed to tell me he has a parcel for me and I tell him to come up. He never comes up to my apartment. I wait and he doesn't arrive. I go downstairs and there is a card in my mailbox telling me to go pick it up at the store. That's what happens when he actually takes the time to buzz my apartment.
Most of the time, I go get my mail and find a card telling me to go pick up my parcel. He hasn't even buzzed me at all. I know he hasn't buzzed because the intercom is hooked up to my cell phone and even if I didn't answer, it would at least record the history of someone trying to call.
Last week, he buzzed the apartment and I answered and told him to come on up, After about 5 minutes of waiting for a knock on my door, I realized it was Canada Post and that I would have to go downstairs to get my parcel if I wanted to save myself a trip to the store to pick it up.
When I got downstairs, the carrier was sorting the mail into the group boxes. I asked him if he had a parcel for me and he turned around to look for it.
At this point, I asked him why he never comes upstairs to deliver my parcels? He told me that it was because he doesn't have the time and can't leave the mail unattended to go upstairs.
I told him that it was his job to deliver the parcel to me when he could. This was a service that was paid for. He brings both his parcels and mail into the building and buzzes people to come get them while he sorts the mail into the mailbox. The parcels are lined up against the wall and if you don't go downstairs, they are carded.

I was irritated because this is a big inconvenience for me as a shift worker to either have to wake up and make myself presentable enough to go downstairs or suffer the consequences of having to leave for work early so I can stop by the store to pick up a parcel.

I have reported this twice before and was actually told by a supervisor that if I wanted to avoid the issue then I could sign up for flex delivery and I would know to just go to the outlet and I wouldn't have to wait until the next day.

I've worked for Canada Post myself and my husband has been a Letter Carrier for 34 years with you guys. He has apartments and makes sure he delivers to their door because it's his job.
Because I know what it's like, I was hesitant at first to complain about him. I asked him nicely several times to deliver my parcels but he didn't. I tried calling the local post office and got no satisfaction. This is the third complaint to Canada post.
I get an average of 3 parcels per week from Amazon and when possible, I ask them to use Intelcom Exptess because they are an excellent delivery service and should be rewarded with the business.
When I got no results from Canada Post, I called Amazon to tell them about the poor delivery service and they said they had a lot of complaints about Canada Post. I asked if I could have all of my parcels delivered with Intelcom and unfortunately it's up to each individual business who they use. I can however request that they use Intelcom.
Can Canada post afford to lose this kind of business because the letter carrier is lazy and has a poor attitude and work ethic?
I have a connection to Canada Post and therefore was reluctant to complain but most people don't have that connection.
People will vote with their wallets. Amazon use to exclusively use Canada Post; now there are other options.

Canada Post undelivered letter

On June 22 of 2018, at about 5 pm, I sent a letter via regular mail to a person who lives in Scarborough, ON. Inside the white envelope were a condolence card and a money order. Then I bought a bubble mailer to put the white envelope inside, for extra protection. The Canada Post clerk weighed the envelope and told me the postage was $1.80, for which I gladly paid. I double-checked the addresses, mine and the receiver's, affixed the stamp, sealed the envelope, and gave the letter to the clerk. The Post Office is located at 4630 Highway 7 (Hwy. 7 & Kennedy Road).

However, to my utter dismay, disappointment, disbelief, and anger, the letter was NOT DELIVERED to the recipient, although it was already a week after it (the letter) was mailed out at the Hwy. 7 Post Office. In fact, on June 27 and 29, I checked with the recipient of the letter, but he said the item was NOT DELIVERED, and he had not received it.

At this point, I am totally worried, baffled, and frustrated. Local mail would only take two days, but it has been two weeks now, and my letter has STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED!

CANADA POST is a crown corporation, and its basic duty is to ensure that the mail of all the people living within this country be delivered reliably and punctually to their destinations.

I am still very concerned about the missing letter, and am very dissatisfied with CANADA POST's employees doing such a poor and irresponsible job. I would greatly appreciate it if you can look into this matter, and give me a reply.

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely,

J. Jean

P.S. You can reach me at [protected], or leave a voice mail if no one picks up
the phone. Thank you.

Canada Post package deliverer

I have had a recurring problem with some packages where the deliverer drops in a package- missed card without knocking on my apartment door
Today I managed to stop him after I saw as the card was dropped in
I asked him to in future to use the attached knocker on the door so that I can properly hear
I know I was excitable but not disrespectful of the person, just his actions
He became defensive and ended by calling me an "[censored]"
I tried to get his name but he fled
I hope you can provide better service in future
Thanking you
Daniel Dobsinsky

Canada Post mailman putting delivery notices without bothering to ring apartment buzzer.

Today, July 4th, 2018 at 12 noon the Canada Post mailman put a delivery notice in the mail box without bothering to ring the buzzer to inform me of a letter that required a signature. I was in the apartment at that time near the phone which was in working order.

This is the second time this same mailman acted this way. Furthermore, on two previous occasion this same mailman forcibly inserted a package in the mailbox. Both times the package contained a book delivered in a hard envelope, nevertheless the mailman by his inconsiderate action managed to bend and damaged them.

By this questionable behavior of an individual entrusted with other peoples' interest, I am losing both time and money.

My address is 660 Briar Hill Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M6B 4B7.
