quite often i am a creature of habit. Always ordering the the meal, 10 pc bone in chicken wing garlic parmesan with a large sweet tea no ice. I would always have my wings dropped fresh and added extra sauce. And my order would always be cooked great! That is Up until a manager by the name of Jessie, or jessy last name GLUNT came into the picture. Since he has been at this restaurant I've had several mix ups on my order. Remind you I always order the same thing. The very first time I order while he was on duty I asked for fresh and when I got home you could tell the had already been cooked then they dropped them again when I got there just to make them hot. The wings were dryer out & the meat was hard... when i called to say something he was rude over the phone. Said he was the one that took my order and drop the wings when I said I knew they were already cooked that I know what they tasted like because I had ordered them several times before in the past he said no I was wrong and I was lying but if I wanted to bring them back I could so I did he's a very rude manager. Since then he has been rude to me tonight I came through the drive-thru or did the same thing this time I got a 10 piece chicken Wing meal garlic parmesan large tea no ice when I got home I only had a 5 piece wing with ice in the tea I called him told him about the situation and he said that he would refund me my money or I could come back up there and he would make it right but he knew who I was it's just trouble and an inconvenience I will not be going back up there unless you get rid of this manager..

The Rally's on Lindbergh Blvd in Florissant Missouri always out of vital food items and condiments! If u try to go after 9pm forget about it, tonight they were out of meat for the Big Buford's, out of medium size boxes for the fries, every time we go they are out of mayo or the monsterella cheese sticks. Lines are super slow, so you end up with lukewarm food. Not sure who management is but they really need to step their game up! Could be better service with drive thru staff as well

Ordered 4 fish and number 11 large..was ask to pull up weight no big deal, while bat the window all you could hear was horse play and cussing pulled to the side weighted 15-20 mins finally got food wrong size fire a very small order that had been over cooked looked very old and cold, 2 of the fish was still mostly forzen and the only thing hot on the burger was the bacon not to mention the condoments was thrown on and ran every where with the first bite, when I called to speak to manager the phone only rang,
This isn't the first time we have been there and it sounds looks like a circus inside but the food was great right hot... I wouldn't be half as mad if I just got the wrong order but old cold hard fires you couldn't bite without breaking a tooth, fish sandwichs only warm to say the least on the outside still froze well as the cold moyo sandwich with a little cold beef I think is a little much

I have a complaint from thanksgiving day about 8:30pm. My family and I was denied service at the driv thru for no reason. I am wondering why it takes so long do fix a problem. I spoke to a person who said his name was David Terry on 12/28 he asked me to text him my address so I did he said that he was going to send me out some coupons and to this date haven't seen them. He had calmed that he had sent them to the wrong address but since the address he sent them too didn't exist he would have received them back. So I tacit that he was lying about it. I will try to contact the main office about this sometime next week. Hope to get this taken care of soon because it has been 3 months

I am a frequent customer of checkers on 2505 n wickham rd in melbourne florida. I was at the restaurant a week ago as I go often for lunch and dinner, but brought a co-worker with for lunch this time. I have coupons but they have expired non the less I have used them before at this establishment, I handed my co-worker a coupon for a meal and the cashier said she would not take it because it was expired. I had explained to the cashier that they took them before and I asked why all of sudden they wont? She explained that the store has a new general manager and will not take them. Is this how the checkers franchise works? Myself being a former business owner encouraged promotions and even it there was an expiration date I honored the discount for 1 it keeps customers happy 2 it brings more people to my establishment, 3 word of mouth goes a long way. I hope this issue could be resolved I enjoyed going there to eat buti refuse to now knowing that the nw general manager will not accept the coupons put out by the francise.
It's not their fault. If they dont take the coupons, they don't take them. They cant magically make a button appear on the register for an EXPIRED coupon. Also, if you are a former business owner, you know that you can make up whatever rules you want. That was OK for your business, but not for them. CALM DOWN and pay for you meal bro. There' are MANY more worse things happening out in the world right now. There are people starving to death, and you are complaining about $1 coupon. Geesh.

There was a woman on the microphone at Rally's on Manhattan her and the gay guy with the red shirt had an attitude and told me to pull up at the window. I pulled up at the window and she jumped out the window trying to fight me. Shes a brown skin woman with dreads and the guy is tall and dark skinned with a red shirt on. she also came back to the car and started throwing rocks and the car

When completd our order the women taking order didnt repeat order then coming to the window to pay an she slams the window. We asked 3 times for sauce an had to repeat again. Then my husband asked her something she was very rude. She proceeded to have an attitude. She slammed the window about 4 times after almost throwing our food to us. This happened on Feb 2nd 2018. At a little before 8pm. She dont deserve to work the drive thru with such an horrible attude an was nasty to us.

I recently went to checkers (milwaukee wis north ave) I ordered a number 3 with a large sprite they gave me my drink & it didn't taste like sprite at all it was very bitter & tangy salty taste I asked for my money back & didn't receive it I knew it wasn't sprite when I smelled it my other friend tasted it she knew I wasn't wrong the manager kept saying the sprite doesn't work so I don't understand why they was still giving out sprites when it doesn't work I want to take this to court & I didn't mention that I am pregnant it could harm my baby my name is miracle austin

I have seen this video all over FB and think this woman should be fired and the person taking the video. That is horrible! I cannot imagine doing this where I used to work. We took pride in our work and in the safety of the people we served. This is the most disgusting video and the person taking the video knew and did nothing. I will never eat at your restaurant again and neither will my family or friends.

I just don't understand why the capitol of Alabama doesn't have one your restaurants. I love your food. Please, consider re opening a location or three or four in Montgomery, AL. We miss you and love. Hope to see one popping up soon. P.S. Eastchase and Atlanta hwy is a great location for your restaurant. Please, please come to Montgomery, AL. I was in the drive through and the manager (I think the the gray shirt with red sides) abruplty, super [censor] rude, handed me my bag of food almost throwing it at me damn near making me drop it and rudely said "have a great day" and just slammed the window smiling. The other workers did their job fine and tge food was okay. I heard them say her name was bree and she had blomde hair blue eyes and was young looking. This is like the 4th time its happened. Rallys off of Troy and Madison.

Last night I went to the Rallys in mesa. Got home at my food. Then took a drink of my kool aid icee and got white plastic pieces in my mouth. there was over 50 little white plastic pieces. I took a few drinks before I noticed it. So I'm sure I drank plastic. I took off the lid and there was a white plastic lid in my drink. I'm so beyond upset I will never ever go to Rallys again.
not having enough people to work at night
Everytime i go to this rallys they are always shorthanded. It seems like its only at night. There general manager or the assistant should help them when needed. I dont feel its safe for only two people to be in a store all night without any extra help. The store is a million dollar store n i think the closing manager should have an extra person even if someone doesnt show up. I dont think the gm is any help

I called the checkers on wrightsboro rd Augusta ga to let them know I did not receive apple pie that was to come with the order the Manager was not only rude but hung up. I was in no way rude to this young lady and I do not feel that a manager should be rude to customers after calling back and speaking with another young lady I believe said her name was Ashley they should switch job titles.
staff behaviour caught on video
I send this video to your company a while ago and I have not had a response, I ask you one last time to confirm action or discipline has been taken. On this video a staff was caught on video rubbing a customers food on the floor and parcel it for sale, I do not want to circulate it on social media so I want someone to take action before it's goes on social media
extremely slow rude service and burger and fry
About a week ago from today I came into Rally's on Vienna Rd in Clio I ordered a large fry, a big Buford, and a chicken bite box that took over 20 minutes to get to me. Not once did they greet any customer's in the lobby and then was rude when I asked how much longer. On top on this I got charged for my sauce that should have been free with the bite box I ordered. Highly dissapointed with my visit and may not return to this location again.

I live in Mishawaka Indiana and our Rally's is usually open until midnight. I just left at 7pm because the employee said they were closed. I don't understand why all the lights would be on and people still being paid if the restaurant is closed. Furthermore I did think maybe it was due to weather but went to Arby's and they are open. I don't know if maybe even someone isn't even aware that this is happening.

Pull through Rally's in Bay City and ordered chicken wings and I asked for them to be cooked longer and they weren't cooked any longer than usual been getting chicken wings here for the last year and never had a complaint besides now... I do not like undercooked chicken wings so I always ask them to cook them double time they were not cook double time this time and I sure do love your guys as chicken wings if a customer ask for the chicken wings to be cooked 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 times then that's how they should be prepared
I honestly think no matter how the wings are cooked, you will find fault.
