The general manager, Dawn Denny, of the Rally's located at 3605 Kentucky avenue 46221, is very rude to her employees and asks too many personal questions as to why an employee has to call into work. She will cuss at them and tell them they will get nowhere in life and that Rally's is their only option. She's very unprofessional and rude. She needs to be fired.

Me and my dad went to rally on Woodrow Wilson. The female manager named Dominique was really rude and very unprofessional. We ordered at least $30 worth of food. One of the workers was dropping wings with her bare hands so we ask can they drop some more. I understand maybe your policy is not required to wear gloves on raw food but also at the same time I am also a manager at a restaurant and if a guest ask something to be redone that's my job as a leader and a manager with great customer service to provide . So when we asked for our money back she drop changed on the ground I don't care if it was a penny so we ask her can she get it out the drawer she told my dad not out this drawer. I just wish you all to find better people to work an your company because Dominique is not the one for it

I was at the Checkers at 133 S. Woodland Blvd/Deland Fl. at about 7:15 on DEC. 20 in the evening I placed a order and waited and waited over 20 minutes before I reached the window the car in front of me left with 2 drinks only as they were very frustrated also and there was a young blk girl with green in her hair and a Checkers uniform on crawling in and out of the front service window as I waited in line I also watch a walk-up customer have to walk back over 3 times to get the right stuff for his order, when I finally reached the window I sat there and sat there and finally motioned to a young lady standing there on her phone she opened the window and I said where is my order I have been waiting 20 min. and she quoted a order and I said know that is not my order and he proceeded to tell me she didn't have my order ( ? why would I sit in that line if I did not place a order) she did not even try to take my order even then, and I ask for a Phone # for a manger and she said she was the asst manger and I ask for a phone #s for a manger to talk to tomorrow she didn't take my order or even try to serve me she locked the window and walked away, I sat there another few minutes and she never came back and I pulled off in frustration and a waste of my time, my treatment at this business was terrible . I realize it is hard to find help but this business was out of control last night people shouting and crawling in and out of service windows and not taking care of there customers. I deal with this Checkers during the day at least once a week for lunch, but on occasion stop there in the evening and always seem to incur a problem in the evening. I am taking the time out of my busy day because this was way out of control last night. Someone should address this matter, and resolve the problem. Not sure that i will waste my time with this business nay more after being treated this way.

I spend money at checkers almost 4 times a week 1 time the manager was being rude on the 5726 Baltimore ave store in Philadelphia now I'm in this super long drive thru line nobody took my order and hopefully when I get to the window they don't tell me to drive back around I won't be surprised if they do their super rude here and if something don't change I will stop coming here.

poor customer service, wrong food delivered
This particular Rally's; 1940 East Livingston Avenue Columbus, OH is the worst Rally's I have ever been to. The workers are always rude, and they always get your order wrong, then they get upset when you tell them that it is wrong. I went to Rally's today for lunch before work, I ordered the fry lovers baconzilla combo. I substituted the drink for a smoothie that wasn't completely mixed, then I ordered the loaded funnel cake fries, and got loaded fries instead. I called them and told them they got my order wrong, he told me to make sure I still have the loaded fries with my receipt and the will give me my funnel cake. He didn't say if it were a price difference or even apologize for my inconvenience since I am at work and go get them till tonight when I get off at 10pm. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RALLYS
2 bacon rally burgers w/ cheese
This is the second time we came to Rally's... STORE #4209 the PHOENIX LOCATION. The food was cold and the bread on the burgers were stale.The buns were so hard and crumbled as i ate my first burger! Yuck! I need this fixed right away or I won't be coming back to any Rally's ever again!

I went to Checkers on Rally's on 12/03/17 me and my husband Was not happy that we were told to pull to some letter box area to wait nearly 30mins to receive our food. When we recieve our food the food order was incorrect and missing iteams on burger. The second time round my burger had bearly an Moya and the lettuce looks rotten and it look like the tomato someone took a bit out of it and the tomato going rotten. So we had to take it back. It was disgusting after that i was so put off from even eating the burger. Also the fries was cold and full of grease. Overall the staff was so slow and customer service was poor. I use to visit checkers up to 5 -6 times a month but this experience put me off from going back. unwarranted bank charges on sassa payouts
Despite information on Social services website that there is no charge on balance enquiries and withdrawals from Pick n Pay and Shoprite/Checkers stores I am debited with bank charges with every withdrawal from checkers in Hermanus.
This is utterly ridiculous when we cannot survive on the measly amount we receive from the South African Government.
Shame on you Checkers for robbing the poor!

I went to checkers in vero beach fl, ordered $20 worth of food was told to pull foward to parking space for 5 minutes to wait on apple pie to finish cooking walked up to the window after 15 minutes was told they was cooking frys it'd b 5 more minutes continued to wait 32 minutes later still no food and the employees are inside playing around I beat on the window to get attention and request my money back the employee laughed at me like it was a game...while waiting on my money 2 other customers came up 1 demanding refund the other cussed and told them to keep the $5 they also waited more then 20 minutes on food after 12 minutes I finally got a refund and went to McDonalds

At around 4 p.m. eastern time today a fried and myself stopped at the Rallies at 3801 College St./ Indianapolis, Indiana. Since we were paying our own bills my friend asked that we have two different orders so we could have separate bills. Avery rude woman came back on the speaker and said well just tell me what you want, again rudely. So then my friend repeated about separate bills and she said just tell me what you want. So my friend tells her on the first order I want and on the second bill I want. Ok pull on up. My friend asked her to please not put ketchup on his sandwich. When the order was close to ready to come out of the window my friend asked if they did not put ketchup on his sandwich to which she replied I don't know I didn't make your sandwich in a rude voice again. When she gave us the one bill for fifteen and whatever she decided it was too much trouble to make two bills. Then when we started to eat the fries they had so much salt that they had to be thrown away. So we wondered if anything had been done to the sandwiches. My friend threw his away and I ate mine. I am a 69 year old disabled veteran and I treat every one I talk to with respect. My friend is also a disabled veteran and we both went to Viet Nam twice each. I don't expect any kind of special treatment because of this nor does my friend. However this once simply being treated badly because we were white men. She made it clear that she hated us. I go to this Rallies at least once a week because it is across the street from the Dollar Tree store. I nor my friend are never going to that store again if they can allow a snot nose to be evil to people because of their race. I had a contracting company that went nation wide. I've been in the worse places in the worse cities in this country and I have never been insulted and treated the way we were today. This woman needs to be dismissed. I will go there one more time with my video recorder with audio to show the world what kind of people you allow to work in your businesses.

I waited in line for 28 min no joke! Then when I get to the window they were play fighting with people outside of the walk up window andusing nasty language... where is the supervisor? It was so crazy! And you can't just leave because the way the line is set up. I don't even trust eating food from this place! This is crazy you let your employees act this way!

Did not get a receipt to provide any type of number but the new large size in fries are a joke and they are never filled. The quality of of the food and service is lacking. My wife got a lone pickle on her big buford no larger then a penny. We have been going to this checkers since it opened as rallys 20 years ago. The building and property appears in disrepair, making you wonder what conditions your food is being made. I am extremely disappointed and will stop patronizing checkers as the value of the meal does not match the cost.

Complaint of a Checkers employee at 844 Poplar Ave on November 29, 2017 approx. between 8pm & 8 :15pm. An employee who states her name as Trina, personally closes the walkup service windows daily when the day is dark. Then she refuses service to those requesting orders at the window. Therefore, I offered a customer, whom was walking home from work, a favor to accept his money and I would drive back through the drive-thru to place his order. The employee got upset that I did this favor and refused me to do the same favor for the customer's friend whom was also hungry. I explained to the employee, that we understand that she closed the window service but I am driving in the drive-thru which did not interfere with her personal issue about opening the window. She then said she wasn't going to serve us and slammed the drivethru window in my face and didn't return to the window for 5minutes until I drove away. The 1st customer's friend walked away without placing an order. I immediately return the the drive-by to request an explanation why she is doing something that is not a company policy to refuse window services daily based on her personal likes and dislikes. She turned her head ignoring me and poking out her mouth for a minute. Then She responded that she tell all the customers this and don't serve them when she closes the window around that time because she doesn't want to serve at the window when she wants. And that she wasn't going to allow me to take a customer's money to go through the drive-thru because that's the she tells them. I asked her name and the managers name. She stated her name as Trina and her managers name as Mike who would be in the following morning.

I received terrible service at store 4125 completely wrong
I placed a 15.45 order and did not get one thing that I ordered. What I did receive was a 30 minute wait and salt soaked food which was thrown together . It was by far the worst service I have received in years along with the worst tasting slop I have ever had. What is happening to the people you hire that they care so little about customer service. The girl who waited on us name is Darneisha. She is worthless she does not have a clue about service and is lost in the crowd. Get rid of her.
drive through
I went through the drive through on stateline and was asked could i take your order. I stated a large season fry and waited aproxiametly five minutes and drove up . when i got to the window i was told i did not tell you to pull up so i did not get your order. So rude and poor customer service. I was so in shock i just said dont worry about it and left.
drive thru lane
Went to the Rally's on S Emerson in Indianapolis. Waited at the speaker on the left side of the building for a couple of minutes with no response. Pulled up to the window and got the attention on a worker. We were told the speaker is broken and when I said they needed a sign, he told us they were not allowed by corporate to put up signs. I asked if we had to drive around to the other lane to order, which had about 4 cars in it and he said yes. Well, we took our business across the street instead.

Hi I'm from Dayton Ohio and I'm complaining on The Rally's on Smithville r. Dayton, Ohio let me tell you the African American that has long finger nails and that is the manager and the staff that works for her are very rude. I would stop once a week the food is usually pretty good no complaints there Just would like to see more respect when I go. But sad to say I will not go back usually when I go I get all that I'm supposed to for example I buy the bite box sometimes and it's full of fries and chicken nuggets the last time I came and got a chicken bite box about a week a go the manager I spoke of above was very rude and nearly snatched the money out of my hand and when we got the food and pulled off I only had 4 nuggets and about 10 fries you need to check your workers or get new ones cause your now losing loyal customers!
Highly recommend an undercover boss come in rally's on smillville rd in Dayton Ohio just for a day to see the rudeness and bad service that they serve to their customers on a daily basis.

I was at Rally in Cleveland Carnegie location I go there very often. Every time I go late nights. They give me cold food. I get different things. 11/18 I got a four for 4 meal. I got home. It was all cold. Especially the pie. I pay money to get a hot meal. I'm not satisfied at all. It's not the first time. I don't have time in my busy day to go back. But have complained. . What can be done for my inconvenience.
