drive-thru window
This evening I went to the drive-thru got the $2 chicken box I told them to leave the fries out I got to the window they said they were not going to leave the fries out I had to forgetting to take them out one girl tried to bring me the bag to the window I told her no take the fries out then the other girl come back with the bag kept shoving it in my face I told him to give me my money back they told me to take the bag and pick the [censor] fries out I'm sure it can clearly be seen on camera
wrong food and extremely slow service
While standing OUTSIDE in the cold for 20 mins waiting on my order, I watched this one woman making the sandwiches in first gear. Not only was she extremely slow, she cannot read what is on the screen. I ordered the bacon American cheese burger and after I got home, was only a cheese burger but I paid for the missing bacon. The fries were barely warm. I tried calling the store but no one answers. They need a new team/crew there because there were at 4 guys there and someone should have jumped in to help her. incorrect meal and food turned wrong way in bag
I came to checkers the manager was rude from the beginning gave me my food. And got in the car to take my wings out and had the sauces and chicken fall all over my dress went home to look in the bag and the order was completely wrong return to the store one of the employees recognize me and seen me upset explain what happen call the manager and was called a liar. How can I have lied and came back 10 minutes later in different clothes the manager handle the situation terribly

My friend and l went to the Rally's at 4154 Lee Rd, Cleveland, OH 44128 around 7 pm on Thursday, November 15th. I got the chicken bites and fries and my friend got a chicken sandwich and fries. At the drive thru here was a sign reading "both lanes open" but when we pulled into one of the lanes we were told that lane was closed which was misleading. But anyway we got our food and then left. At first we were enjoying our meal and then at around the same time we both started to feel sick. Neither of us could even finish our food because it made us feel so bad. Fast forward a couple hours both me and my friend are throwing up from our food. l never had any of her sandwich and she didn't have any of my chicken bites so it's really strange that we both had this happen to us. I'm assuming lt is just food poisioning but that should not be normal! I've read that many people often get undercooked or raw meat from varying Rally's locations and l know for sure we will not be going back there ever again.
baconzilla and two 5pcs wings bone & boneless
Today 11-10-2017 I stopped in at store #3598 for lunch around 1 p.m. and ordered the #2 combo and I added extras to the Baconzilla. The issue with order was i got everything I asked for but the burger was cold from the drive thru and I live less than 5 minutes away from the store. I was disappointed and didn't finish my burger. So I returned back to the same store #3598 to order two 5 piece wing only boneless honey bbq and 5piece traditional garlic parmisan and it was warm but extremely hard and crunchy. My wife and 10 year old son did not care to eat anymore of the wings after the first bite. It was a total waist of the franchise time and money for 1 and 2nd it was a total waist of my money and time. This store #3598 has a really good reputation and thats why I'm sending this email. Rally's in Kenner, LA on Layola St. food and service is so exceptional, always hot and fresh and the customer service is great at both stores.

I was working at checker recently in pascagoula. Everyone thats there gets free food but i choose to take mine home with permission but folks who didnt want me there complained because they gave me no warnjng that we cant do that. I watch folks eat all day so i know if she watched camera more then just be should be fired.. I feel like a warning should have been issued beacuse no one got fired but me i only been there a month. Plus she did fire me face to face an took me off the schedule before she even told me. I have to be fired of be in completion for my job with how much butt you kiss. With felicia she shows favoritism an that not right.

Hello, last night we went to rally's with my kids, we take first time signing coupon one burger free with any other purchase we purchase three more combo, employee name catalina who helping us she trying to changing price one burger because our coupon but she can't fixed than she call manager name daylym sorto she charge my card $21.26 after I check my recipe she did not change any price so I told her about wrong charge she's going to fixed now than she give me new recipes $16.14 charge on my card, now this morning i'm checking my account rally's charge $21.26. raw meat
On Nov 6 at 6pm I went thru drive thru on parsons ave columbus ohio. I asked for fresh food because I cannot do salt asked for no seasoning. I got my food drove home which was 15 mins away sat down to eat my dinner and after takibg a bite of raw meat opened the burger it was a big buford and both burgers were raw on the inside not pink or medium well it was raw

I had to repeat my order twice and it was still wrong when my food came out. I understand people make mistakes but when you have to wait another 20 minute for your order to be corrected its pretty inconvenient. On top of that they took back the order they messed up instead of letting me have it for the inconvenience. Next time ill spit in it for the satisfaction
Of course they took the incorrect food back. You are not entitled to free food just because they made a mistake. Also your final sentence is disgusting and childish.

So we (my husband and I) go to the Rally's on 6735 Indianapolis Blvd in Hammond, IN where there is two lanes open when no one was coming over the intercom we pulled up to the window on the left and the manager Bridgett on the night shift on Friday Nov 4, 2017 came to the window and said this window is closed with an attitude and just walked off so we came around to the other side of the building and she was cursing out the employee that's was handling us a guy I don't know his because she was yelling at him about giving us his name saying you are talking to much to the customers and still cursing all while we are sitting at the window so she said [censor] them so we left after that and left have our order as well I will never in my life go back to Rally's period this is not great customer service and she's a manager nope this business sucks

I purchase food from checkers at west 117th in Cleveland or maybe y'all consider it Lakewood but I went to the drive thru and was sitting there patiently waiting for my food that I ordered for about 10 minutes I pulled up from the window and checked my bags and realized all my food was not in there so I went inside and let them know they forgot to give my Burger and mozzarella sticks and the girl on drive thru kept saying she put them in the bag which she didn't with a attitude while the manager was just sitting there and then she made a smart comment on why would y'all give it to her if you put it in the bag she was not very professional I have no reason to lie about not getting my food that I paid my money for and to be treated with no respect and to be called a liar is very unprofessional of your employees they should be trained on how to be professional in a place of business I am very upset about this and they was giving other customers wrong orders so my point being don't be upset with us because your not getting things right this really bad for business I refuse to return back there...

I went to Rally's around 3:00 am on 28th in Pine Bluff. I ordered 4 for 3 fry lovers burger meal. The service was poor and the drive in lady had an attitude the whole entire time. I opened my burger it had mayonnaise all on it and I don't even think that comes on a fry lovers burger also the burger tasted like they drowned it in salt I couldn't eat it. That was ridiculous!

I was given an old sandwich! The bread was greasy and the fish was hard. I literally bring the sandwich back less than 10mins later since I stay 5mins away. The manager was rude and only gave me $2.24 back from a $7 meal! I am completely livid! The location of this Checkers in in Detroit, Mi off the corner of 8mi and evergreen, right next door to the AutoZone. It is now 9: 27p. I want my full amount back!

It is very reasonable for them to request you get back in line. Other customers should not have to wait longer because you forgot an item.

I thought it was bad enough that McDonald's, who started the fast food chains, started charging for sauces. Lots of others followed suit. They soon came to realize how many customers they have lost due to the extra expense. You can go to any fast food place and just ask for sauces now and they will give it to you. What really got me was, .49! .49 for sauce? Are you kidding me? I don't care what size it is. I only wanted to put sauce on my burger that wasn't offered. Until you change your policy, I will no longer eat at Rally's or Checker's. I will make it my mission to get everyone I know, and everyone they know, to do the same thing. I really hope this makes you see your mistake. Even McDonald's stopped charging quickly. I always have a great experience with the Rally's employees. I LOVE Rally burgers. I choose to pay more money for better food. But, I refuse to pay for what should be offered to customers no matter what they order. By the way, saying the sauce is free with chicken strips, ect...and then charging for it; ya, that's really a kick in the tail. Please correct your mistake before you lose more business. Thank you!

I was a walk in customer ordered the 4 for$3 meal
I carefully ordered the fish, fries, apple pie diet coke no ice.
When I got home, I got some type of messy burger item. I took the picture of the nasty burger item. I received no fish. I called the store an after 50 rings finally talk to a manager. She tried to blksm it on a trainee at register but he got it right. The Lady the prepared and wrapped the food got it wrong. The manager never apologized for the wrong order but tried to blame it on the trainee but when I told her he got it right her tone changed to one if [censor]ness and even put me on hold while she took care of other customers. The answer is not come back and I will make it right since people need to drive or walk back to the store and this does not make it fast food at this point. Ticket number wu194

First off I would like to start with there's two lines in this Rally's the line is all the way out to the street which is way dangerous it's a busy intersection I pulled up to the second lane and the lady told me they are not opening the second lane there's literally 16 cars in line why would the second lane not be open? Secondly after receiving my $20 order five of the items were messed up and when I tried to take it back I was cussed out this location is on Cleveland Avenue and Piedmont Drive I came today around 1 p.m. I'm very frustrated and pissed off and probably will never eat here again $20 down the drain I wish I could receive it back your employees are very rude ghetto and this place is very unorganized needs management bad!

My order was taken by drive thru and the young lady was very short with me and not courteous at all.When I handed her the money she snatched it. While waiting for my food she kept looking out the window at my daughter, son and I while we were discussing her rude behavior.She walked back to the window and said is something wrong.At that point an argument began and my son told her to do her job! She went and got the Manager and he told me and my son to go fix our on food and gave us back the money! I tried to tell him how disrespectful the young black girl was, but he did not listen.

I waved at her thru the window she opened it with straight attitude. I asked for a supervisor she asked what did she do wrong. She returned and told me that a supervisor wasn't available. I told her what I saw her doing and that I didn't want the food she had prepared in the bag for me and that I was going to call the Health Dept. Then a different employee with blonde hair came to the window I informed her of the disgusting things she was doing and Jen yelled, "NO I DIDN'T!". The employee with blonde apologized. She never stated if she was the manager or not. So not only did Jen eat and lick her fingers in my face but now she is calling me a liar. I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE! I will be reporting this issue to corporate.
