My son, who has ADHD, has been taking this medication for years. Recently, it's become more and more difficult to obtain this medication at CVS. The dosage and quantity hasn't changed in some time, but for some reason, CVS can't seem to order it in time and fill the prescription before he runs out.in the past few months, I've been misinformed by the...

This is to make a statement of dissatisfaction of service and helpfulness of your pharmacy staff. I have been trying to fill a prescription for Alprazolam, this medication has been used for myself for years, and is very helpful. Originally the prescription was denied by OptumRX, I appealed it and was approved receiving a call from OptumRX that is was ready...

Every month I get my prescription filled it is a different generics ! There is one or two different generics I can't take. Every time I ask Pharmacist is they can order one that doesn't make me sick they say No we only get what we get and that's it. I am older and have multiple diseases so my meds are important to me. I try to be very nice yet this 1 Pharmacist and only this one is never ever helpful or nice. It's like she doesn't want to be helpful just short and curt. Every other Pharmacist in this store is great. Bottom line why can't CVS just help getting the patients their generic that doesn't make them ill? Every month a different one which everyone knows different fillets which make us with autoimmune problems sick ? Thank you
poor service

I have started using a newer medication called vyvanse and the first time my doctor gave me a 3 month prescription. When I went to fill the 3rd month, I was told it had expired. The script only runs for 60 days and if you aren't aware of this, that 3rd month becomes unavailable. I was not told of this, yet have been a loyal and regular customer of cvs for...

I just got out of the hospital and had an antibiotic called in yesterday morning. My husband came at 6:45 that night and they said that it wasn't ready and that it would be ready by 6:00 at the latest tomorrow. So I called them at 6:00 PM today to see if it was ready and they said it would be 30 minutes until it was ready. I then got there at 7:30 and they...

I dropped my daughter's script off and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes so I ran some other errands. When I came back 45 minutes later it wasn't ready because the medication required a prior authorization (which no one bothered to call me and let me know). I looked up the med. on goodrx and asked them to use this coupon and I would pay for it...

CVS in Kingman Arizona takes over 20 minutes to answer the telephone and then places the prescriber on indefinite hold. Using the voice mail means that the patient never receives the prescription because no employee acknowledges the voice mail prescription. The pharmacy staff are rude with lame excuses. I generally recommend that patients use a pharmacy that cares and CVS is not a pharmacy that cares.
ana
Ana was the most rude employee I've dealt with in a long time. To ask a question and have an employee roll their eyes and huff, puff & sigh... I won't be going back to that store. Apparently "customer service" at CVS just isn't the same as other stores. I was given attitude from this woman twice, twice to often. I brought this to the attention of another...

Have been a customer for over 20 years and having a chronic disease (hemophilia) I have ordered product frequently. For approx. 7 of those years I dealt with a Rep that through her personalized and thorough customer service improved my life and made me believe CVS was a great company. After some kind of reorganization she was gone and things changed drastically, and unfortunately we have found it extremely difficult to get the product and your staff is unwilling to do their jobs and follow through on what they say they will do. Unfortunately the stereotype of the big uncaring Drug Co. unwilling to go out of their way to help anyone but themselves has been closer to my experience in recent years .As one using a medically essential product, physical discomfort, mental anguish, even perhaps some permanent damage has occurred as a result of your lazy, self serving policies. This is the voice of the free enterprise consumer talking . GET back to legitimate Customer Service! My name is Rick Friesen BD 09/17/53
Someone should throw a tent over this circus. If there is one person in that pharmacy that knows what they are doing I could not find one. !. It takes an average of about 45 mins to pick up a prescription. 2. Yesterday I went there about 4:00 I person with no ID tried to charge me full price for an RX and I told her she did not apply my ins. discount. She left me and went and looked on her pc but did not come back to me. About 10 mins later, I tried to get her attention but couldn't I had to yell out "What are you doing" ( she was filling prescription orders) She replied by (shaking her head from side to side) sarcastically. I am checking your insurance! I was shocked. 3. Every time I go to pick up an Rx they do not apply the insurance payment that leads me to believe they are always trying to get me to pay full price. 4. They are not attentive to customers. Instead of waiting on them, they just roam around. They spend time just doing busywork. 5. I have noticed they do not answer the phone calls timely. Someone with authority should pay a visit to this store.

To whom it may concern
My family and I were on vacation in Boston and Cambridge from 3 July to 16 July 2019, and we bought and consume Ice Canyon Spring Water (15 bottle pack) on 3 separate occasions (ie 45 bottles in total). We subsequently read in the press that the Massachusetts Department of Public Health had issued warning to the public that Ice Canyon Spring Water contains a chemical known as PFAS that poses health risks to human.
My family and I were upset and disappointed that CVS was selling a contaminated product on its shelf.
Could you please comment (i) when did CVS become aware of the warning from the Massachusetts health authorities on Ice Canyon Spring Water? (ii) when did CVS pull Ice Canyon Spring Water off its shelf? and (iii) any further update on the contamination of Ice Canyon Spring Water since the publication of the product warning?
We look forward to hearing back from you. If you need further details, please do not hesitate to contact me on [protected]@yahoo.com or +852 [protected].

a broken fax machine so physicians office’s prescription fax can’t go through
My doctor ordered 2 prescriptions for me. The nurse faxed to CVS in Valdosta GA . After not getting a text, I started trying to call CVS at 4:00pm. I was on hold for 25, the first time, and 35 the second time. A tech finally answered and said there were no prescription for me. After I told her the nurse assured me that she faxed and it went through, the tech advised me their fax machine was "still" broken. It was after 6:00pm by this time, so I have to wait another 24 hours before I can begin medication I need now! This is pure negligence!

Customer service - deception (I would like to be contacted about this complaint)
Hello CVS
This grievance process began on the morning of 12 August 2019. In an attempt to correct this problem I resorted to the lowest possible CVS member in this chain of command which was the store manager. I've heard nothing back so far. I'm turning this over to my lawyer for action.
Remember me? I'm the guy who complained not long ago about the fact that CVS pharmacist at the CVS in Des Moines, IA, on the corner of 2nd Ave and Euclid, refused to sell me insulin syringes because I didn't have a prescription on file with CVS. I'm the 33 year Navy man. You see, I repair and restore antique radios. The Zenith and several other brands radio electronics are real hard to get into. Most of the radio's I work on are at least 40 -60 years old. When they get that old, you never ever remove the wood paneling or any other wood parts because, after that many years of expanding and contracting, it's almost impossible to get those parts put back in where they belong. The radio housing simply doesn't look right once you take them off and attempt to put them back. New parts don't look right either. So instead of taking it apart, I choose to use the insulin syringes to apply grease, two-part epoxy, and or wood filler. It's tricky, but it's the only way that I know how to do those repairs and be left with a radio that still looks antique. The ones that work best are the 29 gauge, 100 unit syringe. The epoxy doesn't freeze up immediately, and neither does the wood filler. By the way, I asked to be notified once my original complaint had been reviewed. No one contacted me.
Yesterday evening (between 20:45 - 21:00 on 11 August 2019) I went back into the same exact store, did some shopping, Paid for my items and left the store. There was a young blond/goldish curly hair fella that checked me out...boy he loves to talk...even if you don't...even if you indicate that you don't, he just keeps on going. I left the store and drove up further into town to run some errands and discovered that I had left my debit card in the store. At least I thought I had. So I turned around and went back to the CVS. As I'm pulling up I notice a DSM police vehicle parked upfront of the store. So I walked on in and began to ask the talking dude for my card when a police officer asked me outside for a word. I went outside with him (I didn't have too) and he proceeded to treat me like a suspect in a crime. I put a stop to that [censored] real quick. A cop in any town, city, or municipality is no match for a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer. The officer said that someone in CVS called the police because of something that I was buying? You don't sell illegal stuff in your stores, do you? I mean a paying customer can buy anything they want short of Pharmaceuticals (obviously) without fear of being targeted, questioned, or in my case, assaulted by way of nosey, self-important, immature, CVS employees right? I know Walgreens doesn't seem to care what you buy in their stores as long as it doesn't require a prescription. So, After replying "no" or "no you're not", or "you're not getting that", to almost all of the police officers requests for information (his questioning methods were/are illegal), he then indicated it was the blond-haired punk who likes to talk who called the DSM police. Now that I think about it, that's precisely who called the cops. Something I didn't mention before, when I was first checking out, the cashier (talking punk) cash register display malfunctioned. He called back to a second guy to bring him a spare display. The second guy returned with the spare display. They plugged it in and got it working but just before the second fella left, our blondie gold haired talking dude just had to lay a secret on him. It looked an awful lot like two second-graders sharing a secret about sister's boyfriend…I really hope that CVS isn't teaching their Pharmacist and hired help on the floor how to be rude as hell to the customers? That isn't part of their training is it? It sure seems like it. Either that or they're just mean spirited and CVS doesn't care. If you're wondering (and I hope you are), take a look at the security camera footage. You will see and hear the blond kid and you will also see their little exchange of "privileged" "secret" information.
So the cops show up, I tell them to take a hike, and here we are. One of my main concerns is that apparently, CVS isn't just a pharmacy anymore. Nope, they will speculate about what your intentions are with the stuff you buy there, they will deliberate in private, then they will be the judge and the jury, they will then pass down a guilty verdict and call the cops on you. All because they think that they are some sort of law enforcement, a knight in shining armor, has a firm grasp on the moral high ground or some other equally stupid [censored].
Do you sell things in your store that any customer is not allowed to buy? (Pharmaceuticals are an exception): I need a list from CVS telling me what is and isn't okay to buy for males and females? Help me out here because I'm speaking with my lawyer later this morning. He's pretty good too.
I think your corporate-minded [censored] needs to stop. CVS desperately needs to get rid of the curly orange hair talking dude and his partner in crime (the second dude)...or is this how CVS treats Decorated Navy Veterans who spent the best years of their lives defending the constitution, American people, the American way of life, and CVS Pharmacies?
I would like an answer to this if you don't mind.
I'm sure my lawyer would like one too.
Lukewarm regards,
Danny Mixon SCPO, USN, Ret

I recently had gallbladder surgery after being discharged from the hospital I went immediately to CVS to have my prescription for pain medication filled, please keep in mind, I had surgery at 8am and was at CVS at 12:30pm the medication I received at the hospital was wearing off and I was in pain. I was with my daughter and grandson. We arrived at the drive-thur I gave the CVS associate my prescription and drivers license, she told us that I had to wait to see if the medication was in stock, after waiting ten minutes she replied that it was in stock but would not be ready until 4pm. I explained to her that I had just left the hospital after surgery and was in pain, could I please have the medication sooner. I'm 65 years old and she knew that because she had my drivers license. Her response was "Nope" my daughter couldn't believe it and neither could I. We left and went to Walgreens who filled the prescription right away.
xarelto
On 8/7/2019 I contacted store #3668 regarding refill for Xarelto spoke Albert the Pharmacist who informed that James hadn't filled the Rx since June2019, I informed Albert that was not a true statement as James pick up his RX in July 2019 and his free medication RX card expired August 4th 2019. I requested if it was possible for him to give me a couple of days of the prescription and I (his sister) would pay for them. "No, the medication is too expensive". "Just want to understand that you are refusing to give few days of medication because it's too expensive" don't want to break up?" I have never heard of anything like this before. "So, your saying that you refuse to dispense a few days of the medication to me that I will pay for: because it's too expensive? "Your name again? "Albert". I told Albert that I wanted to make sure I knew the name of the person who to sue if something happens to my brother. On August 8, 2019 I went into the store looking for Albert he was not in However another Pharmacist was there I informed him of what took place he apologize and said he would give me seven days informed him that I would let him know if we still needed them from your Pharmacy. My complaint is against Mr. Albert Rodriguez-Colon Dr. of Pharmacology.
