I have been unable to login to my account in order to manage my prescriptions for 2 days now. If this is due to volume from scheduling vaccines for the Coronavirus, they should have anticipated this and mad accommodations so as NOT to impact their normal customers.

Desired outcome: Fix issue

CVS cvs extra care card

My name is Valerie Mitchell, my phone number is [protected], my current email address is [protected]@icloud.com. Some one continues to change my email address associated with my cvs extra care card, when I call the person fraudulently pretended to be with CVS, when I hung up, he called me back from [protected] in El Paso, TX. My extra care number is [protected] and I was just calling to update my card info that was illegally changed. The fraudently email address is [protected]@outlook.com or [protected]@outlook.com.. I usually have my receipts emailed to me and I found out it was going to this outlook email account that was stolen from me a few years ago.

Desired outcome: Account monitored

on 2/13/2021 I went into store #2790 approximately 1p.m. I took 4 items up to the register where Erica was standing, there were no other customers in line. My daughter walked up behind me just as I asked Erica to price check 3 of the 4 items which were in cosmetics. she scanned 2 of them and when I told her to check the 3 item she said she could not price...

CVS Employee

I was at the CVS on Southern Artery in Quincy yesterday to pick up a prescription and needless to say the young person at the counter was so incredibly rude. She first told me that when a phone number came on the key pad to verify it. When I told her there wasn't a number she said "then just say yes" which did not make sense to me. At the end of our transaction she put the receipt and instructions in front of me and walked away. I thought the instruction's was an envelope to put the medication in. As she got her belongings and was obviously leaving I called out to her and asked what it (the envelope?) was, and she ignored me. Just then a pharmacist called me over and I told her how rude the woman and she said "I know, and I'm sorry". I get the feeling she has to do that a lot. Anyway that got her attention and she came back and asked me what the problem was and when I started to tell her she told me she was just handing me the receipt and she was sorry if I was having a "bad"day. I told her I wasn't and how rude she was and how she had the same attitude when my daughter in law was in the morning to place the order. She then asked me who my daughter in law was. We are white and I think she has a problem with the color of our skin. She needs to be addressed. Cathy McKunes [protected]

CVS Jublia

My podiatrist called a prescription in to the Levittown NY for Jublia on Hempstead Tpke and when I went to pick it up I was told the price was $585.00, I was shocked and the young man behind the counter said that was the best Price. I paid it my doctor phoned in another prescription to a Pharmacy in Woodbury a private not associated with a chain. I was called yesterday telling me that my prescription for Jublia was to be delivered today it arrived and the price was $65.00. I went back to MY CVS and the Pharmacist had no answer why they charge $520.00 more, first she said it could be my insurance but I have Medicare and it was used in both places, I have Care Mark with CVS and I cannot believe I was ripped off by my own pharmacy. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau

Desired outcome: Return of $520.00

Before I leave cvs and take my business to kroger and walgreen's I think you should know how crappy the service is at the store 04505 is. I have a lot of rx filled there, and i've lost count of how many times the pharmacists screw up my prescriptions. Ex: I provided a rx for a nebulizer medicine. The rx was clear, but the ordered the unit and not the...

CVS Covid vaccine

I am trying to schedule an appointment for the COVID 19 vaccine in Virginia. Per the VDH and the CDC, people with chronic health conditions should be included in the 1b vaccinations. Yet, when I try to schedule it only states 65+ can get the vaccine in this group. When I called the CVS helpline I was advised to lie about my age in order to get into the 1B group. Additionally, the site wants you to check that your submission is accurate to your age which can put you in jeopardy of stating, as directed by CVS helpline, of lying.

I have a doctors note stating that I really need to get this vaccine. Again, I ask, why is the group with underlying health conditions not included in the 1b vaccinations?

Can you please update your website for scheduling to include underlying health conditions as directed by the CDC and state guidelines.

Desired outcome: Critical updates to the CVS website.

CVS Employee complaint - Paige Lehman Store #9213 - extremely concerned customer

Good Evening,

I am a regular customer at your store #9213 on Ellsworth & Brown as well as my daughters. This evening my girls came in to your store to buy nail products for their "girls night" and noticed they were being closely followed everywhere they went. They were both very uncomfortable by this and asked the young lady "why are you following us". The young lady responded that she was just doing what she was told by her manager, then said that she was the manager - Paige Lehnman. One of my girls responded that she is a paying customer and comes here often and their was no reason to follow them. Paige then lunged towards my daughter who was knelt down looking at polish and tried to grab her items from her hands and told them they have to leave. My daughters didn't respond in the best way however Paige was way out of line. I will not return unless I know she is no longer at that location. You are more than welcome to contact me on my person cell if you need any further information. 480.229.7073 Sheila Brown.

CVS COVID Vaccination -- CVS Site Does Not Permit Users to Schedule Available Apppointments

Issue: I am unable to schedule an available appointment in Virginia.

Actions taken for timeframe beginning at 12 am, 2/13/21

1. I accessed cvs.com > Covid-19 Vaccines portal > Virginia
2. I used (am using) two computers and operating systems since that is how I got to view appointments for the first time on 2/12/21.
3. All Viginia appointments were unavailable until approximately 4:30 am., when the system updated and all Virginia sites showed an "Available" status. (See attached screenshot: "Appointments have been available ...")
4. Since then, only Harrisonburg has had a status change to Fully Booked. ("See attached screenshot: "Harrisonburg is the ..."
This suggests that others have been able to book appointments either on the site or via the phone.
5. Upon clicking "Schedule an appointment now" for available appointments, I receive a message that all appointments are booked. (See attachment: "This is the window ..."
6. I have been on the customer service line for 50 minutes as of this sentence attempting to book an appointment via phone. The elapsed time of this call is displayed in the previous screenshots according to the time I took the shots.

Desired outcome: Book an appointment with CVS for a Covid-19 vaccination

On February 4, 2021, around 11:30am I went to get several prescriptions filled up at CVS, 1443 Richmond Rd, Lyndhurst, OH. As I was waiting in front of the window, I saw an employee manipulating pills with bare hands - no gloves. She was transferring pills from a large container into a funnel. When pills got stuck, she put her hand into the funnel, moved...

CVS Policy

February 9, 2021

Dear Sir or Madam:

This afternoon I had the unfortunate experience of attempting to pay by phone to your pharmacy on 10901 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, for a breathing apparatus, together with a prescription, for my son who has Covid-19, is unable to make the trip himself and sent a friend, and was having difficulty breathing. Your staff member in the pharmacy, siting company policy, refused to allow me to make the payment and therefore risked the life of my son if we had no other way to pay for it. I live 250 miles away. I use my card to pay any and all of my bills by calling and giving the numbers over the phone every month and have done so for years. Your point of sale is grossly faulty in that it cannot receive a payment over the phone. It defies reason. Can it be that your staff member is misunderstanding your policy?

I realize that there is a risk of accepting a fraudulent payment, but I believe there should be a legal disclaimer of some kind so that a third party can pay for a prescription by phone in the case of a life or death issue. Having a policy that restricts commerce in this wise is unconscionable; it is self-defeating and thwarts the reason you are in business in the first place. We are in an emergency situation in this country and your business is showing itself not tooled to handle it. Your uncomprehensive policy which limits the free access of a critical medication is at best unacceptable. I urge you to contact your legal team and determine a way to accept payments by phone that is safe for both you and the patient, or your most recent sales ad encouraging people to "Treat Yourself Well" is misleading and crumbling at its foundation.

Sincerely,

Mary Keith

Desired outcome: A sincere letter of apology and a promise to make an attempt to remedy the problem.

Ii was at one of your stores on January 1 2021. I was buying reduced Christmas decorations. The decorations was half price. The cashier charged me full price. Instead of returning the money he gives me a 5.00 extrabucks, he said no expired date so I said okay. I go to use it on 02/03/2021 the cashier said I can't use it because it has expired. I explained the matter, still no good. I want my money.
