I feel like i have been recently cheated by CVS Caremark .
I had ordered a 90 day refill for a allergy medication - XYZAL - as a mail order for my wife. As she had side effects from Allegra and OTC medications we had to order prescription medicine.
I received the medication on 04/06/2010 and then got a invoice on 05/25/2010 for 200$. On calling CVS Caremark I was informed that XYZal is no longer a preferred medicine by Insurance so I have to pay 200$. I asked CVS why did someone not call me to inform me that the medicine is not a preferred medicine and secondly why didnt the invoice was sent after 2 months and not along with the medicine. I was told that CVS will notify the customer if the order exceeds 250$. I was told by CVS to return the medicine, but as they send me the invoice after 50 days i have already consumed more than half of the medicine. CVS says they cannot do anything about it and i have to pay the 200$.

I just finish talking to Health Net and CVS Caremark about billing problems (Many, many, many times over and over) This call took 59 minutes and 47 seconds and still no result. They promise to call me back later. When I complaint about overcharges they tell me to call Health Net, when I call Health Net, they tell me to call CVS Caremark, nut Caremark will not call Health Net to tell them what the problem is. They are BOTH awful to work with and will not use them again after the year is up. I had unresolved issue about the same medicine in 2009 that I had to go all the way to Maximus Federal Services to finally get a refund (which I have not yet received)

CVS automatically refilled a prescription which was not filled regularly in place of another regularly filled medication.Once discovered one of the pharmacy staff is putting the blame on my head saying that it was me who would (pls. highlight would have) have ordered it and by no means it could be their mistake.

This particular lady is being very unfreindly and she reveresed the situation even after a confirmation from another staff member over the phone that they will exchange the medicine and refund the amount.

I am very disappointed the way it was handled. I am sorry to say but I already initiated the transfer process to another pharmacy.

I totally understand that CVS is a big chain and my not filling the prescriptions may not affect them in the least bit.

One last point, I would not waste mine or any one else's time and energy for an amount of 25+ dollars. The complete process contributed a great sense of dissatisfaction and humiliation and as a consumer I would like to raise a red flag plus definitely expect a judicious resolve.

CVS in Santa Ana California towed my daughters car costing me $300. I have been a loyal customer of CVS and will NEVER shop there again.

Sent in mail order script with form late August 2013. They sent me back WRONG med! I called customer service and they sent me back a return bag. I mailed wrong med back to them immediately. I was assured the correct med would be sent immediately. From b.s. story to more b.s stories, I was finally told yesterday, Oct 7th, 2013, that since "the pharmacy hasn't received it yet", I can't be sent the correct med! Incompetent Jerks!
