I gave the pharmacy my insurance card 6 months ago. Then about a month ago when I asked for the total amount I owed they stated $56.00. I tried to stay cool and I asked are you aware that I have insurance with regence blue shield... They said that yes and that was the amount your insurance company quoted us. I stated will you please review on your record...

I need syringes to self-administer meds. I visited my doctor for instruction in how to do it and was instructed to use a certain type of needle. CVS has that prescription but is out of the proper needle. I have been there three times. Last night they finally told me that the needles were on backorder with no known time of delivery to the pharmacy. The tech suggested that I go to another pharmacy to find the needles. I have never seen the prescription, so I don't even know what to ask for. It would seem reasonable for CVS to find the proper needle . Telling me to look for the needles at another pharmacy is outrageous treatment of a client. I have been using this store for fifteen years. Does anyone in that organization care about their client?

Employee wearing provocative mask
My visit to this pharmacy was to pick up a prescription on 11/02/20. While at the pharmacy counter I noticed one of the pharmacy employees' wearing a protective mask with the phrase: "black not blind" printed on it. I am not interested in being subjected to a racial narrative while shopping at cvs. The workplace is not a good place to advertise a personal or political Opinion, especially a very controversial one. Thank you...

I have heard several people complain about not being able to get thru to CVS in Somerset, KY. I work in a dr's office, and understand how busy they are, but seriously? I waited on hold for an hour today to check to see if my medication was ready for pickup. Guess I waited so long that the phone automatically disconnected after an hour. I was very...

DR sent script in on fri oct 30. I called to make sure they had my BIN#. They said they need it. I had to call riteaid to get all the info. Then called back cvs and was told they didn't need it they were all set. I was told to P/U sat 10-31. OK. Got a call sat that script was ready. I go there on 10-31 and was told I had to pay. That they didn't get ins co approval. 11-1 received call that script was ready. I called and they said all fixed and ready! OK went on 11-2 to P/U script. was told I had to pay that they didn't get ins co approval.
Now this is pain meds for a back injury that I am out of meds!. I called WC this PM 11-2 and was told CVS didn't even send for approval till 10-31 in the PM. So all my phone calls and trips to pharmacy were for nothing. I am 66 on a ton of meds. I was a riteaid client for YEARS! Now I think this is WRONG!
Testing for covid 19
Hello
Was suppose to be leaving for Hawaii today. Went by the rules sent to me from the state of Hawaii. Get a test from these locations 72 hours ahead of your flight, CVS was listed.
Filled out all information selecting going to Hawaii. Touch test Friday 30th 10 am. Never received tested back and had to called our family vacation. After 2 hours and two transfers I got to billing. I was told by the young man I would receive it in 72 hours. I stated we were told we could not board the plane without this. I told him it would be 72 hours in ten minutes and everything was cancelled. He stated I should have read the small print. So if you are tied to Hawaii to process these tests why haven't I still received my results at this time. I will be listing this on all my media sites until I get a refund or response.

I have been a CVS customer for 20 years or more. I was visiting your store on average 2 times per week. I have recently started to purchase my prescriptions from CVS as well. Through 11/1/2020 I received e-mails from CVS on a daily basis. On 11/1/2020 I visited your store. I went to the register with an approximate $55.00 purchase. I had in hand $11.00 of...

Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to speak with a pharmacist.
Website does not help either. It is not descriptive enough to know if I am receiving my script or not. I receive medicines I am not out of. It is all over the place as far as bad customer service. Jeopardizing my health by incompetence, and not hiring enough people to handle customers. This has been going on far before Covid-19, so this is not an excuse you can you.
Pharmacy
I called in the morning to check if they had my prescription ready. A lady told me it will be ready in an hour. It was 9:30 AM. I came around 12:00 PM at lunch to pick it up and they are telling me their system is down you have to pay cash. I finally was able to get 80 dollars and got 10 dollars change back. I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me...

While shopping there today wednesday 10/28/2020. I had asked the girl tiffany about free batteries, that were a free item for me. Then jennifer said I might be able to look for you. As jennifer came back with a different brand, tiffany was very, very rude saying in a nasty way, I told her already that we didn't have the brand that we are giving away free. I know she had told me, but jennifer was double checking and had went out of her way to help me. You would think that tiffany being a manager would have done that and be a little more polite. We spend quite a bit of money at this location and do a lot I mean a lot of prescriptions at this store. The pharmacy people are absolutely the best. So are all of your other employees. But tiffany needs some more training.
Horrible customer service
I am extremely unhappy with the pharmacy department. I just switched Pharmacy's last month because CVS offers delivery options and is closer to my house. However, one of my prescriptions was on back order from the manufacture, yet the Pharmacy staff was advising me to try other CVS's. I asked since it's with the same company could they call and find out...

I was picking up a prescription for my elderly father at your Cvs in Olympia Fields, Illinois and your employee Mika is the most rudest inconsiderate person who refused to help me after another employee asked for her assistance Mika said "she was not dealing with assisting with the prescription that it was too much for her". I'am a 62 year old male that's had lung cancer twice and for the last 6 months I can not get my prescriptions from CVS because they are out of them. We have seven stores and still I run to rack store and none of them have it in stock. Unbelievable. The people in the stores also tell me a certain store has it and when I get there they don't. Is this bad management or what is going on.

I got 1 bottle of butorphanol and it's a 2 bottle prescription. They said they would put a rush order in. This was 9/5/20. I just called today 10/23/20 and they said the pharmacy they get it from was out. I got a new script from my doctor and had it sent to Walgreens. Received the prescription and a refill from the same company cvs deals with! I need help.
Rapid covid testing
Run and run fast
Run and run fast. If you are considering doing a rapid covid test here. Don't. It is unsafe, they are popping people in every 15 minutes to test, the test alone takes 13 minutes. So if you think they are properly sanitizing between clients, there is no way. Only one person in the room doing the entire process, of calling you, you testing yourself, then she runs results, then calls you back, results aren't in before next person comes in. Ppe are not changed between clients unless they tested positive, which they won't know until you already walked in the door and sat down. They are going to increase the spread not prevent it. Greedy greedy greedy to bill your insurance company hundreds of dollars. If you walk in and get a 2 day test done, you get 30 minutes of their time. This is enough time to properly test you and decontaminate the area before next person comes in. How crazy is that? I guess there is no one to enforce standards when there are none.
Yup, at my CVS, women get tested, have to beg and fight for the right to a vaccine/booster if by some miracle a woman gets a vaccine/booster she is charged ALOT of money and men automatically get vaccines/boosters for FREE.
I was registered for a covid test at your rochelle Ave location in Rochelle Park NJ. My appointment was for 11 30 AM I got in line at 11:20 AM. It did not move. I call the pharmacy and it took 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. The person on the phone said they are having problems with there system. I said i had an 11 30 AM it is now 11:45 and the line is not moving. She took my name and said yes you are registered and in the system you have to wait. There were 5 cars ahead of me. My son took me because I do not have a working vehicle. He can not spend the whole day because other people are not registered. I went to your site on Monday 12/22/20 and was treated very bad by your tech and the nurse np who should have told me when i was positive i was to go 2 days later to get a PCR test done. I was on the phone with the state on 12/28/20 the day of the Rochelle park incident and told me to lodge a complaint because I am a nurse. You give very bad service. Donna Habick RN

Based on CVS outrageous prices for prescription drugs, I tried to use GoodRX coupon instead of my insurance.
