I scheduled an appointment on 8/8 to be tested on 8/9. I received confirmation emails saying "looking forward to seeing you" etc. I listened to the video of steps to follow and even received a text within one hour of testing time. I arrived at the test window on time and after waiting a few minutes, a technician with an attitude said "we are out of test and have been since Wednesday, see the sign?" I told her you should not schedule people to come be tested and know you do not have the tests. She said I should have received an email. I told her I did, and they said see you at 3:10. I thanked her for wasting my time. I think this is very poor service on the part of CVS. I will not be referring anyone to come to your stores.
Desired outcome: I should get something for the waste of my time and gas. This was not my normal CVS. But this is the only one who could give an appointment.
Only 'certain' women get tested, no vaccine allowed. Men get vaccine immediately.
