Be aware of cvs store #6238. It has been atleast two they have gave me the wrong medicine. The first time the name matched my father inlaw but when I took a second look at home the address was different. I was given someone else medicine. I took it back the reps didnt think it wsas no big deal no apology given. Wow?
My husband the second time picked up my sons medicine and was given someone else. Most of the time they do not know what is going on. They are very disorganized.
After about two years I decide to go back nothing has changed cs is rude, disorganized. I waist to much time being told my medicine will be ready and when I go I get tols atlesat two more times to come back. I waited in drive thru for 30 minuted so they could tell me no they dont have the prescription, and will not be able to fill any time soon.

Went there this morning - only one person on staff, 2 phone calls waiting, one customer in front of me with about 20 items in addition to what she wanted to pay for. I decided I would go back in the afternoon. Went back, 5 minutes til 5pm. Two persons in front of me, so I decided to get a couple of items in the pharmacy area. Went back at 3 minutes after 5pm. The staff at the register (there were now three staff member in the pharmacy at 5pm) said, "we close at 5". I replied, "you have got to be kidding me - I came back this afternoon b/c you were understaffed this morning, and I was here this afternoon not more than 5 minutes ago, went to get another item, and I come back just have you tell me that I am too late - unbelievable!" Response - "well, sorry - ". So, I went to the front cashier to pay for my son's breathing strips and told the cashier that this is the last time I would be coming here. She asked me if I had my extra-care card, to which I responded, "it really doesn't matter if I'm not coming back, does it?" To which she asked me what the matter was. I told her the aforementioned, and she says - "sorry". My question is this, why bother even asking me what the problem is, if you have absolutely no intention of dealing with it? I am a health care professional with many patients in this area. I may have really needed that medication, but no one asked me who I was and what I was trying to pick up. Bottom line - I will discourge all of my patients from coming to this CVS, as I am also a patient, and do not want other patients to walk away from a pharmacy feeling like it is just another retail outlet. It was obviously more important that they close out their tils, so they could leave, than to care for a patient - good bye CVS.
If you needed your ### that bad, you could have just been patient when you went and they were understaffed. Instead, you chose to waste more time and gas and went back later. FYI, front store cashiers are at the bottom of the food chain. They have no say in what time pharmacy closes. That was very mature of the cashier to be polite and apologize for something that wasn't their fault.
If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all. ###.
I took my disposable camera to the Johnson Street CVS to have it developed. When I took it in I asked the cost for doubles and the employee said $12.00 and I said OK. She asked me if I wanted a cd for $3.00 more and I said no. When I went to pick them up this past Wednesday 7-11-12 I was told my pictures were $15.00. This was without the disk. I explained to the woman that when I brought them in the woman told me $12.00 but she insisted it was $15.00. So I paid the amount but asked to speak to the manager. I was told that she was helping another customer and would I wait. I said sure. All of a sudden the manager, a woman with blond hair, ripped right past me, never said anything to me and went to the back of the store. NO ONE said anything about waiting, what this woman was doing….nothing. I waited but she never came back so I was so furious by that time I left.
I feel I was ripped off because CVS employees are not consistent with the photo prices. I as a customer should have gotten my pictures for $12.00 because that was the original quated price to me.
Why is CVS the worst place to get your prescriptions. One month it is ok get refill a few days early other months it depends if the tech didnt take his/hers daily MEDS.Online dont waste your time not worth it because it is 90 per cent wrong all the time.I hate going I hate asking and feel like a loser because it is pure B.S.People who get prescriptions are usually sick in need and not all pple are seeking drugs and if they are it is because they need it.It is easier to methadone from a clinic than to get your prescription and that is sad and maybe if they were nice to pple it would be better for them. You cant be in the pple business if you hate pple.Get a job grooming animals so they cant complain.I am seriously going to be looking around for another pharmacy.I am tired worked my entire life and dont need your judgment upon is little pple.
The women in the register names "Marisela" with dark hair, Mexican, and brownish skin was one of the most racist person I have ever came across there. I been going to cvs since I was a kid since I live a few blocks away. This "assisant manager" lady was rude, racist, unpoliet, and the most horrible service I have ever came around. I told her where was the manager and she stated" I am the assstant manager and I been manager for 8 year " I don't know when she started working on the cvs in front of beaches but the lad needs to get her attitude straight !
today when I went to pick-up my wife's scripts the pharmacist recorded My drivers ID. number on the script, I do not like having this info. left in an unprotected area in this day of ID thief ID. I don't mind showing My ID but don't think they need to be written down where anybody could use it for their own good.
I have had My ID stolen, and don't look forward to it happening again, if it does I will take legal action.
