Went to CVS to pick up 3 Prescriptions for Bronchitis for last couple of days get and charge me for 2 and not the other then sent me to another window where I was told they did not have that strength 200mg they only had cough medicine in a 100 mg so I contacted my provider she said she ordered 100mg and sent me the photo of the order so the young girl was reading the order which obviously was there mistake we will work on it you will have to come back later because at the time they were closing the shutters to go to lunch I was mad and said this is stupid because I was sick and should not have been made to come back if it was in stock so I come back standing in the aisle and the young girl is saying something about me having to call my provider so she then says we are not going to fill this prescription because of your behavior and calling her a [censored] I stated I did not I said this was stupid. Thenvery sarcastically saying other people heard that.taking to me as if I was 20 and not 73 I told her she was very rude and unprofessional and totally not customer service friendly. I then called my Provider and my Provider stated that”she also hung up the phone on her” my provider was appalled at this type of rudeness and unprofessional idk Apparently she thinks she is too great for a possible misunderstanding I have been with CVS for a Number of Years There is no excuse for this apparently she doesn’t know how to deal with people who are not feeling week Never apologized even once for the mistake that was made for the customer inconvenience
