There is an on going problem. CVS will notify me that prescriptions are ready. When I go to pick them up only two out of three are ready. I am asked if I want to wait while it is filled. In addition to the time ( 15 min )spent standing in line to find out a script is indeed not ready, it takes another 10 minutes plus to go through the process of looking where the finished script may have been placed incorrectly. This requires 4 people. Then when it is not found it takes another 15 minutes to fill. I have learned to plan a minimum of a one hour visit to Store 04014 if I have an appointment or any other activity planned. I frequent the store because I have between 12 to16 prescriptions a month that need filling. When I tried to discuss this with the employees all I get are excuses that they have no control over the text messages nor info in the app and I should talk to the “ higher ups”. In addition the app is often incorrect regarding what meds need refills and info regarding attempts to contact doctors about refills. I have a life and do not want to spend it dealing with CVS pharmacists or pharmacy executives managing my medications nor listening to excuses why things cannot be done in a timely and informative fashion. Effective and efficient CVS store no. O4014 is not. Just follow Walgreens Boots Alliance stock.
