CVS has the worst pharmacies I have ever used. I go to my local pharmacy in Lees Summit MO on 3rd and Longview every quarter (I fill for 90 days at a time, the same medicines) one week before I will pick up my prescriptions (9 of them) to alert them to get ready for my pick up the next week. This should give them time if the scripts have expired to get them renewed through the doctors office. Every time I return the next week there is a problem with at least one of them and it takes another 3-4 days to get it fixed requiring me to return to their window everyday until it’s fixed and ready. This is the norm for them. However, this time, in spite of giving them their curtesy 1 week request to have all scripts ready, I had to go to the CVS pharmacy everyday, when they promised it would be ready by the end of the day before, for 7 days straight. Finally, they told me that the medicine needed to be ordered (after 7 days of trying to pick it up!), so they passed me into another CVS pharmacy who had the medicine in stock! When I arrived at the second CVS pharmacy the script had not been transferred! I had to wait another hour for the transfer and fill! I have never seen such poor performance in the pharmacy industry in my life!
