Our funeral booked a flight for Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 @ 0625

Upon arrival at Delta Cargo 0345 hours on September 05, 2023, we found the cargo department locked up and lights out. They open at 0400 hours.
My problem is lack of concern and compassion for the deceased. Upon opening we presented the staff with documentation for the flight that morning. But were told that because the flight was at 0625, that we did not make the proper drop off time of 2.5 hours. Which means 5 minutes!
Why would your company book an impossible flight in the first place knowing that we couldn't make it on time.
The staff person would not accept the shipment or offer any alternatives. It was my decision to ask if we can reschedule the flight for the next available. They took the deceased and shipped the next day on the same flight.
There is a lack of availability with this cargo unit in the first place in my opinion.
But most of all, It was not Delta that had to contact the family and tell them their loved one was not gonna make it on time to her on burial.
But hey, what's the point. Nothing will be done on your part, but at least I vented
Desired outcome: Better hours and train staff better to handle such situations
