I dont know whether its a right place to quote the complaint or not coz i have been trying to get a solution of my complaint with dominos from last 20 days . no body bothers to revert on my mails this issue is related to the dominos area manager and staff working there i will forward you all my mails sent to them. i tried logging my complaint on dominosindia and customer.care but didnt got any respond from there why such a big brand is so careless and unprofessional towards their customers and complaints.

I am one of the regular customer of Dominos Pizza, i stay in Palarivattom Kochn. On 02/09/2011 i had ordered for one veg pizza and garlic bread with cheese dip at 09.50pm. As per the condition the order has to be delivered within 30minutes, definetly order was delivered to us by 10.20pm. when i got the pizza i was not given the compliment pizza as per the sms which had received, hence i called up the person who took my order Mr Suresh and he confirmed as i dint ask for the extra pizza the same was not delivered to me.Now i would like to know how do acustomer woudl know whether he or she is suppose to confirm teh coupon number when i place an order and ask for my compliment which i am eligibile for.
The conversation went on for a long where i could realise that Mr Suresh was very rude the customer and then i asked him to hand over the phone to his manager a person named Jseph answered later to my complaint saying the same thing what Mr Suresh said . rather he wa much rude tahn Mr Suresh.. then we realise the cheese dip which we ordered for was not delivered to us..hence again i had to call them twice asking for the cheese dip to have with garlic bread by teh time i got teh cheese dip teh garlic bread was cold enogh that we could nnot have.
Tehn i had a talk with mr Pradeep branch incharge who confimed lot of sorrys to us and said that he will deliver the compliment pizza as well as garlic bread adn cheese dip teh next day. But till date it has not been delivered so end of the day i understand dominos has not taught their serving agent to respect their customer and also keep their word they only know to give wrong promises. Also i would like to inform dominos managmenet that your agenst are not aware that there is some sort of SMS send to their customers refgarding offer and it seems they have 45 offers running at time and it is not possible for them to inform their customers what offers are running.
Rather customer is suppose to ask them whst all are the offers. I am really disappointed with the service provided and i willmaje sure none my known people would go to dominos.

I am seriously disappointed with Domino’s the past two weeks, and will not be ordering from them again. Last week I ordered 2 pizza’s online, only when I paid by paypal even though I got an email saying I had been charged, the order status came back as not placed. I called the shop in Erith and was told that the order wasn’t on their screen so I should place again, and mentioned that had been charged and the young lady said it wouldn’t go through. However on checking my statement this week I can see that I was charged twice as thought, so need to know how to claim this second charge back.
My problem tonight is that the order I placed again on line was incorrect when it arrived. When the order arrived I received a cheese and tomato rather the ham and mushroom, so called the shop to advice. A young lady explained that on their screen it says cheese and tomato, and the manager says that they can’t do anything about it… I wasn’t happy with that reply as I had it in black and white what I ordered online, and spoke to the manager. Approx 40 minutes later a ham and mushroom arrived, and to be honest it looked as though it had been thrown around the floor before being brought to us. In actual fact I was going to bring it back to the shop, but my son was hungry.
I think to be honest it looked like it had been thrown on the floor. I have written to the branch to complain so will see if I get any response. My son said it tasted like it looked and threw most of it in the bin, no wonder they ar eoffering buy on eget one for a fiver! it’s rubbish…
I placed an order with Domino’s in Holt, MI. for a large thin crust pizza with 3 toppings for pick-up to take advantage of the $7.99 early week special. As usual with this store, I had to remind them of said special, as they always, without fail, try to charge the full $14. After that was straightened out, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes.
I arrived to pick up my order almost 20 minutes later, only to discover my order had never even been taken.
Poor Customer Service.
After some half-hearted apologies, my order was taken, again, and yet again, the full $14 price was attempted. (If it were my store, any customer that had been let down like this would’ve gotten their pizza at no charge or at least gotten a free side order)
After *that* was straightened out for a second time, I was told my order would be at the back of the line and would be another 20-25 minutes, instead of up next as one would expect, after all, my pizza was already supposed to be done!
So 25 minutes later I went back into the store to retrieve my order and still had to wait another 10 minutes for it to come out.
Then after all that, all I had to show for the time it took to get done was a 3 topping pizza and a “Sorry for the wait.” Needless to say, Domino’s has officially lost a customer.
I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas, 2 steak hoagies requesting extra mushroom sauce, a 2 liter of Coke and also an order of cinnastix. My total was $ 35.07. They quoted me a delivery time of 1 hour to 1 hr. and 15 mins. So I stated that I would pick up the pizza. They quoted 35 minutes for pick up. I sent an employee to pick up the pizza after 45 minutes. Upon arrival, the food still wasnt ready. He waited an additional 15 minutes. When he brought the food back to our office, the pizzas were burnt and the hoagies were dry. No sauce! We didn't get the 2 liter of Coke either.
I called the store and spoke to the Manager who was very rude as she stated that she made the hoagies herself. I than took the hoagie back to the store for her to verify that what she said was true. She was rude, inconsiderate and stated that she was working alone today and that she had gotten a huge order from a middle school. I’m a paying customer and I’m NOT HAPPY AT ALL. This will be my last time EVER eating Domino’s Pizza.
Listen up everyone, tonight I ordered 2 large pizza’s from Dominos and once I had them delivered and served my 9 year old son a couple of slices he turned to me and said “Daddy what is this black thing sticking out of my pizza” I said I don’t knw, he then said ” it looks like a bug” I didn’t think it was but when I looked at it, sure enough it was. You see his legs and half of the body stick out it wasn’t pretty. I called Dominos back and they offered to remake the pizza but I told no to just give back my $$ I’m not taking any chances. I will never ever order from there or any other Dominos pizza again!
We ordered 2 pizza’s online, the tracker said our order was ready. We get there to pick up our order and they said one of the pizza’s was ready, the other one should be right out. I was there long enough for a driver to take a delivery and get back before my pizza was ready, then 3 employees argued over who was going to hand me my food. I did not receive an apology instead the employee rolled her eyes and sighed and went back to what she was doing. By the time we got our food both pies were cold. I am very disappointed in this experience, domino’s was my favorite pizza chain. If they don’t make things right, I will not go back!
That is just nasty. After that why would you want to eat there again.

you fed a pizza that looked like it had been thrown on the floor to your son because he was hungry? Perhaps a sandwich or a bowl of ceral would have been better.
slow delivery of pizza by dominos
I ordered a pizza at Dwarka Delhi 110075 on 01/12/2011 vide order No. 336. Though the delivery of the pizza was on time but the contents were disgusting and meant to be thrown into the garbage or else could have been health hazardous. Certainly there was a huge time lag between the preparation and the delivery of the pizza. I am astonished, how this so called a leading food products company could deliver smeared eatables. Perhaps this might be the policy of the company to amalgamate abject items with the freshly prepared to fetch money.
I called dominos and ordered my pizza i got ione of my pizzas made correctly but the other pizza was missing a topping so i called back and they were rude answering the phones both times i told them it was wrong and they need to be more enthusiastic answering the phone and they were npt polite i told them i didnt want a credit i wanted a new pizza sent and made right . They sent the new pizza and i be darned it was made wrong again i gave up i didnt call back to have it remade a second time i just am making a complaint.
last night i ordered 3 medium pizzas. one bacon and 2 pepperoni.when i opened the 3 boxes the pizzas looked beat up. the cheese didnt look fresh, the pizzas looked like off brand frozen pizzas. the box under the pizzas were soaked in grease. then i tasted them. both types. they tasted like the old kind of cheap frozen pizzas u get in the stores. all of our stomaches felt bad.my breath tasted like well, bad. u figure that one out. i called them and they said that all theeir pizzas were like that.
the manager said that she didnt know what to say. ive been eating dominos for many years. it was good, then very bad. i went to another pizza place. then the owner got on t.v. and said that their pizza was improved and the boxes had their phone number and to let them know. the pizza became their best. it was great ! now the number is gone from the boxes. no more comericals about it and their pizza is the worst ive ever eaten from anywhere. the employees at that store seems to have changed and doesnt care. very rude employees and the manager has no clue what to do.
i hope they get back to great.they need someone who goes to these stores without any warning and taste the pizza as a regular customer. wait in line and all. thats the only way to know. good luck. i guess im going back to pizza hut.
cold pizzas
We had arranged a party(picnic) and ordered 150 pizzas to Dominos Bathinda Store on dated [protected] amounting to Rs 6743/-. To our surprise all the pizzas were cold and the gathering was not able to eat these pizzas. Most of the pizzas were wasted. We took the matter with the store manager. I ordered 2 veg pizza and was delivered 1 veg and 1 non veg pizza. Eating a non veg pizza is against by values. I called them back and ask them to send a a veg one as delivered and refund 300 rupees as the pizza will be delivered after atleast after 1 hour of the order time. They did the same but the pizza they sent was not baked properly and i had to throw the same. They did so as i asked for refund of 300 rupees.
THis whole experience was really very bad as it was against my ethics. What if i had not seen the tag and eaten a non veg pizza
untimely delivery of pizza & inappropriate response
I recently made a call to a popular pizza service - Dominos to place an order. After spending about 5 minutes in trying to make the salesperson understand my address, which wouldn't take more than one minutes since the directions are very clear, I had to struggle with a discount coupon that I wanted to redeem. The person said that the coupon was only valid for online orders, which the website didn't accept. Also, the discount offered on the paper coupons wasn't the same as mentioned.
Apart from that, I was shocked to learn that the service's promise - 'delivery in 30 minutes' wasn't kept anymore. i was told that my order would take 55-60 minutes to be delivered as apparently my address was difficult to locate for them. It is not difficult to note that the time being told to me for my delivery was twice as much as the service promises to its customers. I was refused the delivery within 30minutes on one of the main streets of the city, from where I volunteered to collect my order.

misleading information on its site
we thought of ordering lunch from Domino's. checked its website where there was an offer that with 2 medium pizzas, one side dish we get choco lava cake for Rs. 25. when we called its outlet near our office, they said the offer is not valid and then one person said we would get 50% off on other pizza then other person denied that also. The information available on its website was misleading and they were not aware of what offers were going on in their own outlet!
its so disgusting getting such a response from a world class brand like Domino's... they need to improve lot on customer servicing front.

delivery man trickster
today i ordered my food online (a pasta bowl, coke, wings) the total amount was $18.67 so as i waited the delivery man finally came. when he did he gave my all my things and then i paid him with a $20.00 and $0.67 so he can return me my $2.00 back. but when i gave him the money he started walking away and i told him, "hey wasn't it $18.67?" and he checked his reciept and said, "no, it was $19.67" and was about to give me my dollar back so i was confused and asked to see the reciept which read TOTAL: $18.67 and he asked me with a [censored] little smile "is it ok like this?" (meaning if he could keep my change) i understand thay they work for tips as well but i mean to me this was considered stealing. $2.00 is nothing and i actually felt like giving it to the delivery man but i decided not too. Not after what he did.
well idk phillypower but i know this guy who delivers for dominoes and he gets all that back in his taxes idk how he does it then.
you get all that back in your taxes though.

food not made right
We've had many problems with our orders not being correct and the food being made poorly. Usually the manager will correct the problems. Tonight we paid $28.50 for 8 pieces of bread with some cheese on it when we ordered sandwiches. When we called to make the order we specifically asked the lady if she could make sure our order was correct and right. She said she would oversee it. The sandwiches were not made right they were all 4 lacking meat. There was none! When we called back to speak with the manager we were handed off to the gen manager and she was rude and told us she wasn't the head manager. My husband talked to the head manager and she said she watched the worker make our food and they had the right amount of ingredients on them that there was nothing she was going to do about it. My husband and i were both offended and appalled at what she said and that she even let those sandwiches leave her store looking like that, not to mention both of their attitudes towards both my husband and myself.

I wouldn't call it beating my head against a wall...It's the only decent pizza joint in town, who usually will correct their problems. We didn't drive there to pick our food up because we worked all day and were tired and hungry. That's the only reason we order "take-out"...because it's delivered. Not the point though, we wouldn't care so much if the managers weren't so completely rude.
tomato ketchup

This is Jothi Kumar from chennai. I used to go salem regularly officially. At salem dominos pizza outlet they are not giving tomoto ketchup packets to eat pizza outside. They are telling they will serve tomoto ketchup only inside outlet. When we are ordering the time is 10:40 PM so they are not permitting to eat inside so we have to take outside at the time they are not providing ketchup. what a shame?. Really very very very bad quality of service. This happened thrice. At least company can provide ketchup small packet only for who takes food outside or after business hours. Why company is not taking any action. Please provide some alternatives who order at the end of the business hours.

unexplained extra charges to the consumer
I have been having problems with this particular dominos pizza for a long time. I finally have some kinda proof that this pizza place isnt right. they charged me for a item that is normally offered as a complimentary item to customers. what i was charged at the drive through window was a different price that manager stated when i called to make a complaint. the corporations doesnt seem to care about the comsumers complaints! i have a reciept that shows i was charged for a item that is offered as free!
I called in to order a pizza, and the clerk was extremely rude. After I ordered one, she asked if that was all. I told her no, and I ordered 2 more. She asked again if that was all, and I said yes. She gave me the total price, then she hung up without thanking me or getting my name.
When I went to pick up the pizzas, a young man waited on me. He asked for the name, and I told him the woman did not take my name. He was very polite and thanked me for my business.
I was very disappointed with the poor customer service received!
I'd purchased a Groupon on Groupon.com for a "Large Specialty or Five-Topping Pizza at Domino's (Up to $19.44 Value)." When I placed my order over the phone, the lady on the line assumed I was trying to dupe her and expressed her ill feelings towards me very explicitly. Just before we got off the phone, she bellowed "I sure hope you got that coupon you say you have. You'd better bring it!" right into the receiver. Not only had she insulted my integrity, she went even further to mock me. Soon after, I had arrived at the Dominos store to pick up my order and none of the floor staff knew what my Groupon was for. She'd plainly refused to hand over my pizza and got her other colleagues to treat me like a thief.
Not only were Domino's staff rude and abusive, they weren't kept up-to-date on offers. I'm very disappointed. Further more, after lodging a complaint on the Domino's website, no one, not even any of their customer service personnel has contacted me regarding this matter.
I acted like an idiot here defending my ex friend. Once I found out what kind of person he is I ditched him. Since then he has been making up lies and harassing this lady. Now that I know what he is really like and what he is turning into we are no longer friends.
Ha that is where you are wrong, my friend is only 16. Too young to be sued.
