Customer service is the worst! EDD has to fire all the incompetent agents and start new! Hire professional people with experience or train new hires, and companies really need to go back to putting employees on probation! if they don't work out, FIRE them! Super frustrated that I can't get a live person on the phone, after trying ALL day, and I can't get help in person either, because they reached maximum people in office! So, what now? This is absolute BS!
