On September 28 I booked a ticket from Johannesburg to Shenyang China for two people on singapore airlines. I have the names and all the information spelled correctly on my side, both on the confirmation email and the edreams application.
I have called edreams several times with regard to changing the name but they just keep delaying, they also have never provided me with way of better communication, they have no support system in place, the only way to contact them is by making an international call that is very expensive just to find out, they have still not been able to fix the name, I have ended up calling the airline directly but unfortunately the airline can not fix the name and edreams should refund my ticket. They have also done nothing in this regard. They pretend to help you but never actually do anything. Such a huge company making spelling mistakes is unacceptable. And then they refuse to fix their mistake. I have been left with no options.
Thay have basically stolen my money at this point and doesn't care about the people who support them. I would really discourage anyone from using this company as they would probably spend weeks to months trying to fix a small error, even if edreams themselves are responsible for the mistake.
I have attached a screenshot of the confirmation page on edreams with the correct spelling (the information I provided), and the airline ticket with the incorrect spelling (the informations edreams provided to the airline).
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of my money or for them to fix the mistake and issue a new plane ticket within 48 hours.
