I purchased an electrolux er40dfonps ozone dual health guard refrigerator in november 2006. the piece was damaged, so I then received a replacement on 4th december 2006.
On 10th january 2007, the freezer stopped working at its maximum capacity. I waited for a day thinking it would rectify on its own on 11th. there was no change. on calling the mumbai service centre nos., I was given 3 new nos., none of which worked. on calling the first no. again and being extremely rude, I finally got the right no. on contacting them, I was very indifferently informed that a technician would visit my place in a couple of days!
Electrolux is supposed to be a global mnc and if this is their idea of customer service, it is pathetic!
Completely agree to the above comments. I am totally disappointed with the service provided by Electrolux. It has been 4 days since i raised a complaint and nobody has responded to it. When I called the service center they kept giving me false promises and when I tried to escalate they tried to put me down. The service number given in the website (of Bangalore) does not respond either.
Nobody should bother going for such fancy products with pathetic customer service
First the dishwasher, it had never cleaned the dishes thoroughly, even though they practically get washed before they go in!
I'm done with dishwashers in general unless someone knows of a brand that actually works!
Please stay away from Frigidaire products they customer service are bad my freezer has been broken down for 1 month and half and 5 techs have came out to fix it and they can't fix it and Frigidaire knows its not fixable but they still want to send another tech to fix it, they are a joke just like there products stay far from there products.
