I ain't got time for this kind of mess. The customer service was no help at all. They kept telling me to wait for a response from the shipping company. Ain't nobody got time for that. I just want my money back or a new tree. Don't waste your time with this company.

I got 150 Multicolor Chasing Light string, Model: SY-150R/3F, which was supposed to work both inside and outside. I put it outside for a week, but it stopped working. I checked the fuses in the plug, but they were okay. I even tried using the spare fuses that came with it, but it still didn't work. There's no website to contact them, so I'm stuck with a broken product.

I bought a 60in light up spider web modelESXXXXXBL from Everstar Merchandise a year ago and it was awesome. I put it away in the box and planned to use it again this Halloween. But when I turned it on, only some parts lit up. I saw that some of the LED lights inside the orange tubing were burnt out. It's a bummer because I paid 70 bucks for it at Big Lots.

Got myself a 4.5ft sleigh decoration from Everstar Merchandise for Christmas. It was a bit of a hassle since I didn't know I was just a guest member and their customer service ain't helpful at all. But hey, half of the sleigh doesn't light up and it's not their fault. I spent like 2 hours changing bulbs and still no luck. It's a bummer to go through all this trouble for a new product. I'll be more careful next time and avoid anything from this company. And I'm definitely not using *** again.

I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with Everstar Merchandise's customer service. I got 3 sets of their "Sparkling Christmas" lights, but they didn't sparkle like they were supposed to. I tried to get in touch with them, but it took forever for them to get back to me. Finally, I filed a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com and they got back to me in a day. I had to send them a pic of my boxes or a receipt, but they couldn't replace the lights. So they just sent me a check for all 3 sets. Shoutout to Jimmy at Everstar for making things right.

I got 5 strands of the 100 round, LED G30 Christmas lights in 2018. I put up 2 strands that year. Last year I got them out and only half the lights worked on each strand, so I opened up 2 more. This year I got them out and they don't work. I still have one new set, but I don't expect it to work for long. After 2 years, one strand doesn't work at all, the others, only half of the strand works. These are LED lights! They should work for many years! They are Holiday Time, energy star lights. Don't buy! Read the other reviews about this company, I'm not the only one!

Hey, I'm Alex and I got the LED deer trio from a nearby store on Nov 13, 2022. I called customer service to report the buck's antlers were damaged and didn't light up. They promised a replacement. On Dec 07, they informed me replacements were unavailable and offered a refund instead. I emailed my receipt on Dec 13, 2022, but still await their response and my refund.

I bought the LED lights from Everstar Merchandise and they were super bright and multi-colored. I got eight boxes of them and stored them in a container. But when I took them out this year, none of them worked. I also got the blue icicle lights and have a whole container of them that don't work. I hung up two strands on my house and only some of the lights work. I want a replacement for the blue icicle lights and all the mini multicolored lights. I'll send back the ones I have. I thought they would last but they didn't. Please help me out as soon as possible.

I bought some Snowflake Pathway LED lights from Sam's Club in November 2022. Unfortunately, a few of the ground stakes broke and the lights became useless. I called the number on the box for replacement parts on November 30th, and they took all my info and said it would take 5-7 days for the replacements to arrive. But it's now December 14th and I still haven't received anything. I tried calling again, but the hours were different than what was on the box. The automated message told me to send an email, so I did. I really like the lights and just want replacement stakes, but I'm starting to wonder if this company is even real. Hopefully they'll respond soon so I can figure out what to do.

I bought a Deer Family from Costco on 11/17/2022 and it was delivered on 12/23/2022. When I got it, the splitter cable was messed up. I thought about returning it, but it was too much trouble to unpack it all. So I called the number they gave me on 11/28/2022 to get replacement parts. They said it would take 7-10 business days to ship. I called on December 7th to see if it had shipped yet, but they said nothing ships for 7-10 business days. I was cool with that. But on day 11, 12/13/2022, I still hadn't received anything. I called and they said they were behind. I would have been okay with that if they hadn't been so strict about the 7-10 days to ship. They said it would ship on Friday 12/16/2022, but it's now 12/19/2022 and I still haven't received it. They keep giving me excuses instead of telling me why it hasn't shipped. I think they're a small shipping organization, so if you have a problem with your item, just return it and move on. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I bought a light tester from Home Depot and found a broken bulb on one strand, which I replaced and it worked. I checked the other strand and all bulbs were fine. I called Everstar on November 28, 2022, and they asked me to email my information, but I never got a response. I called them many times (around 15 calls) and was told they were behind and to check my junk mail. I never got an email or call. On January 3, 2023, I called again and was told they didn't have the tree and I would get a full refund. I submitted for a full refund and sent the receipt and mailing information. My experience with this company has been ridiculous, and I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com follows up to ensure I get a FULL refund.

I bought 2 sets of Holiday Time Light Sets, 100 Led Lights, Red from Everstar Merchandise on November 18, for $12.98 +tax/set. I used them from December 15, to January 15, 2022, and unplugged them but didn't remove them. When I tried to put them up again last week, one set didn't light at all, and the other set only lit about 2/3 of the string. I thought it might be a bulb issue, but when I checked, I found that both sets had one of the three green cords broken at the joint. I have the receipt and boxes, and I thought Walmart would exchange them for new sets, but they said I had to take it up with their Distributor's warranty. It will cost me close to, if not more, than the amount I paid for the broken lights to mail them back to the company, prepaid, in order to receive replacements for them. If the company promotes 3-year normal wear warranty, and the product doesn't deliver on that promise, it should either direct its customer, Walmart, to replace the product on their behalf or allow their customer to send the particulars via a website form the or email the details in order to get warranty coverage. This is what Noma lights do. I would never have purchased these lights if I knew this would be required should they fail to deliver after just a month's use. This is false reassurance (warranty), poor product quality, and poor customer service to have issues resolved (costing the customer more money)?!

I would like a refund of $28.49 for the lights that I purchase or exchange. The one section of the 500 LED Blue lights are very dim. I replaced bulbs. I purchased the 2 set of lights on 12/9 from *** for $26.88 plus tax. I plugged the lights in and the one section that are between the large connectors were very dim compared to the rest. I looked at them and seen that 3 lights were not lit at all. I replaced the 3 lights with the replacements that were in the bag and that section is still dim. I have attached pictures of the package and also the lights lit so you can see how that section is dimmer then the rest. The second set of lights work so far.

Checked bulbs and fuses...couldn't find the problem. Warranty says to "...send the light set, prepaid..." That isn't going to happen. It will cost more than the lights. Also, my wife bought the lights, but did not keep the receipt. So I'm hoping these pictures will work. I checked with Walmart, and they will not take them back there. Can you please help me find resolution? Voucher for replacement lights would work. Refund is okay. We had twenty sets... but only 18 in the pictures...so understand if the replacement is just of the 18.

Problem date: Dec 2020 Purchase date: Dec 2019 Product: 50 color-changing LED multicolor to warm white C7 lights Problem #1: On three stands half of the lights are going dim. I tried replacing lights and fuses. Nothing worked to correct the problem. Problem #2: Called the company and they said there is nothing they could do at this time. They told me to call back in September. Apparently they have none in the warehouse and cannot issue a refund unless I have a receipt. I did not keep the receipt from last year. I really just want them to either tell me how to fix them or send me a replacement because I would like to use them again next year. I asked if they could send me 3 new strands when they get them in stock and she said I would have to call back. I do appreciate they are willing to replace them, but I am worried that September I will get the same answer.

Purchased Lighted Dog Christmas decoration through ***'s in 2019 but, didn't use it for the holidays due to me working out of town.The box was sealed as if it came from the factory. The box was packed without the dog collar. I called Everstar 12/2 at 4:52 PM to order a collar. The person I spoke with told me they had one and it would take some time to get to me, maybe 2 weeks. The was sent on 12/14, but it was the wrong piece. I called to see if they could send the correct piece. I was told they didn't have anymore. I was told by Everstar that I could get a refund if I had the receipt. Unfortunately, I do not have the receipt because I thought all the parts would be there. I threw it away. ***'s would not take it back because of their seasonal policy. It was priced $39.99, but I got 20% off. I'm now stuck with an item that I cannot use and would like my money back. I saw a prior complaint from Everstar where they called the merchant for a customer without a receipt to get some kind of price. Why can't this be offered to me. I'm stuck with a dog that I can't use.

I have six sets of Christmas lights 150 multi-color 16 function that don't work correctly. the numbers on the controller are *** GT-P2 43210AC, 120V 60HZ 0.6A, Indoor and Outdoor, Grandlite Co, LTD. Distributed by Everstar Merchandise Co., Ltd. in *** XXXXX. Three of the sets: none of the blue lights come on. Two Sets: Only the Green comes on One set: doesn't work at all even after replacing the fuses. I bought the sets two years ago right after Christmas because they were on sale but didn't use until last year. They were only used for about six hours per day from December 5 through January 2. I used bulbs from one of the malfunctioning sets to replace burnout bulbs in three other sets because they don't include enough replacement bulbs to fix any issues. I had to replace about twenty bulbs in each of the other sets I have (mostly blue and red bulbs), even though they weren't used very much during the last Christmas season. I have another 16 sets of these light that I haven't even taken out of the boxes yet and I wonder how many of them might not work at all. I don't have any receipts because I never expected to have this kind of issue. I would like to get replacements for the six sets that don't work.
