Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers review: Fuel filter replacement

I came in on 10-31-2024 for an oil change and diesel fuel filter change. They changed my oil and then attempted to change my diesel fuel filter. My truck is a 2014 F250 diesel. The young man name Payton attempted to take my top filter off first and had to get someone else to do it because he didn't know how to. Once they got my filter off and the new one on, they had me to prime my truck by turning the ignition on and off several times. I was then told to crank it up. The filter came loose shooting diesel fuel all under my hood and all over the side and front of my truck. They then told me to pull forward so they could put the bottom filter on. This bottom filter should have been changed first. They then had me prime my truck a second time after putting the bottom filter on, my truck would not stay running. They then told me to have a seat in the lobby while the get my truck to run. Once they told me it was fixed, I left. Once I got down the road my low fuel pressure light came on. I returned my truck, and they pulled it back in to work on it. Several other workers stated the guy Payton did not change my filter right. They test drove my truck and still was not running properly. Payton then came into the lobby and stated he should have changed the bottom filter first and he did it wrong. Finally, after three and a half hours they finally got my truck to run. The smell of diesel fuel was all in my truck when I turned the air on from the filter shooting diesel fuel all over my truck. The store I visited is store#1606. The address was 2570 Taylor rd. Montgomery, Al 36117. The manager's name is Craig Ozier. Mr. Ozier and Express Oil change should know who they have working for them and if they are capable of working on diesel trucks. I called corporate at [protected] the next day and left a message because no one answered, and no one has called me back. This is the only place that me and my family get our oil changed.
