Dear Facebook,

The relationship status thing isn't working at all, my girlfriend sent me a relationship request for me to be engaged to her and although I accepted it, it doesn't show on my profile as "ENGAGED TO RIRI SMITH", it shows nothing instead. Please fix this problem for me as soon as possible or you will loose my girlfriend and I as your customers, which I really hope will not happen. Thank you in advance for your kind co-operation.

I just received a new credit card and for some reason I have charges on it that I haven't made they were made on the 10th, 11and 12th of august I haven't registered my new card so I would like to know what is going on as soon as possible my email is krn_locke@yahoo.com...my facebook name is Karen locke thank u

Chase will refund your money. Go to your bank or call the 800 number and tell your story.

I have had 16 t even know what it is for.3.00 charges taken from my debit card that I did not do and don't even know what it is for. I did not authorize this and I would like my charges reimbursed back to my account.

I brought up my checking acct and seen that I was charged 100.00 dollars from facebook and have no clue why they are charging my acct this money. I have not given facebook reason to charge me and not given the right to take this money out of my acct.. for no reason should this have been done and I would like my 100.00 dollars back into my acct as soon as possible. thinking it is some kind of scam I did not sign up for anything on facebook thank you david trimpe

last month I had disputed 3 charges on my credit card as a result when I wanted to buy chips I went and bought a vanilla prepaid visa card (#[protected]) expiration 06/21 security code 517 on sept 29 they removed the 40 dollars off the card for chips but I never got the chips. I waited to see if the credits would be there the next day but they r still not there..any help you could give would be greatly appreciated .on the website under there section (help) it says click here if u r missing chips but all it does is bring u back to the casino opening page

I looked on my statement and says you have taken 53.04 out of my account.. I have never use my debit card on facebook nor would i make a purchase on facebook for anything, I want my money back. This does not make any sense!

I was charged a fee in the month of May, and when reported prior the reply is still pending. It is of great importance for me to gather the winnings that I have won on the FACEBOOK games for the years prior, and now. Your prompt response is appreciated A. S. A.P. I'd also like the Charge to my debit card checked for further review. The games won in expedite reply back, and as to why was the money help back from receipt.

i have spoke to direct express card company and tech support at facebook they told me who to call but no answer so i want to talk to someone about this now thats to much money to get gone i dont even play but one game and that is farmville 2 i want my money back i have talk to police and social security and facebook so give me a call i want my $230.00 back on card

I was contacted by my banks risk managment dept on Sunday evening- nov 17. they informed me that 19 charges were put on my buisness credit card for $173.50, a twenthieth attempt was made but got declined. 3 year old was on Angry Birds and pushed the wrong button and spent $79.90 on my credit card i called bank they gave me a phone number for Facebook who doesn't take calls but gave this site. i need it removed. i also need my cards removed i will attempt to do this myself but may need help. please remove the charge no one will go on the computer until it is.

I received a notice that $19.99 was charged to my credit card and it was not authorized by any means. I am not very ecstatic about it at all and considering how long that I have dealt with your business. I am a very hard working citizen along with a billion other individuals and when I am charged for something that is not true, this does not make for a happy day. I would appreciate that your business would kindly refund the amount back to my credit card as soon as possible.

Money was taken out of my checking account for $9.90 on December 04, 2013 that I didn't authorize and when call the phone number [protected]) a voice message of a women comes on and refer you to this websit (c.facebook.com/credit) which my computer antivirus recommend me not too open this site up because it may be a trick and someone is trying to fool me. I played one game on the website www.facebook-fb.me/cc. I didn’t check my account every day, but recently I found out that they charged my card for $1, 700 during two months. I don’t know what measures to take in order to return money, because I hadn’t played it a long time ago and bought anything in this game. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

On 1/22/14 I authorized four thirty cent payments on my bank checking acct. for credits to the SUGAR CRUSH game. I did not receive the credits and my computer was frozen so that I could not make moves to continue the game. I would likd a credit back to my ck account for the amt placed on my acct. Between March 28 th and March 30 th there was several charges that were not performed by me or done by me. I want to have all of those charges returned back to my debit card and have all the charges deleted from my account. I would like my money returned to me on my debit card. I had no knowledge of this until today. Please let me know what can be done to have my money returned and all pending facebook charges deleted. Thank you

i am a woman on disability who lives on a fixed income and i had an automatic debit declined on my card after contacting my bank they informed me that somehow facebook has a series of debit card transactions totaling $60.00 of which i dont know how or why they occured. and im in shock . i have all my transaction receipts and i have never purchased anything on line ever.This has left me without my phone due to this and mediacom r my only automatic withdrawls.when calling the # my bank provided me i have no customer support to solve this manner immediatly.How can this happen?:I need immediate resolution to this issue before the hold you have placed on my account goes through!~!~My only option to enforce a hold is through this system i find this appauling. since my phone doesnt work [protected] i have no data to check my email. i need this issue resolved immediatly please contact me at phone # [protected]. im afraid even to post my mastercard # on this site. i will provide it when u call happily. i dont know from who the charges r the bank just said facebook...

Face book went in my banking account and took money without me knowing about it. I thought that it was just using my points but actual they went to my acct. And took every time. I would like for someone to contact me of the problem because I live off my check every month and play to relax myself of stress. I'm handicap and on *PHP Spellcheck Trial* of my arthritis. Right now I'm so stress out and depress about the problem. Also, I NEVER gave my banking account to Face Book, so I don't know how they got it but it's fraud getting information without authority.

Facebook was offering a game called Coasterville and in normal Facebook fashion, offered the opportunity to pay for extras, perks, etc. My partner has paid over £600 in purchases and now the game is no longer available. I feel that Facebook should reimburse a certain portion of the payments on the game, as my partner was purchasing items for his park in hopes of completing it in Grand style, but now has no access to the game and nothing to show for the whole affair. At no point was there any hints from Facebook or Zynga that the game would be wrapping up. Now, it is over 45 days since the majority of our purchases and we have no comeback against Facebook via Paypal.

The update is HORRIBLE! Each time I try to play a video, it closes the app. The other was much more simpler and neat. Now it seems like they are trying to place every button in plain sight which makes it look sloppy and outdated unsteady of shiny and simple like it use to use. Plus its harder to use to be. But this is the best Facebook app they have for Kindle Fire that I've found, only reason I'm sticking with it.
