11-in-1 toaster oven ordered. But got sent a pair of cheap sunglasses.
I ordered a 11-in-1 Toaster oven, order number: UEB 78630 on the 06/07/2021. I paid US $35.99. Through Paypal. But today 06/08/2021 received a pair of cheap sunglasses instead.
This was ordered from Seunglee Seunglee, Sichuan shuangliu huaanghe road 189 ChengDushi Sichuan 610200 China.
This company should be electronically removed from posting online sales of items never intended to be sent. They are just defrauding people out of their money and causing a lot of hurt in people. This should not be allowed to continue. Please if anyone can do something about this matter, will be a God send.
Desired outcome: Close down this fraudulent company and fine them heavily for it's fraudulent ways

Customer Service suggested the wrong product, I paid $75 for overnight and it took days. I then called a few days after receiving it to tell them I needed to return it and they never sent a label. When I followed up, they refused to take it back because it was a few days over the 30 days. They deserve a negative 5

I paid $158.98 us dollars using paypal for two chicken coops. And the person that operate the account never got back to me and unsted block me from the facebook page. They send me a cheap neckles. I hope they stop scaming more people. Learn my lesson to never buy on facebook.FRAUD

I ordered a pool for $50 and I received a cheap pair of earrings my ears are not even piercers
It was supposed to be a 32 ft by 16 ft by 52" instead I received a pair of earrings that are not worth $2 I placed the order on 6/9/21 I have tracked everyday and said today it was delivered to my surprise when I opened mailbox I had a small package from them that would in no way contain a pool I am very upset I knew it was to good to be true it was only $50 but said it was cheap because it was a last year model

Garmin GT41-TM Transducer
May 5, 2021 I ordered several items, and later received two shipments. First shipment was a brown envelope with two items, second shipment was a box only large enough for the Garmin 38 antenna I ordered. The packing slip in the second shipment said it should contain the Garmin 38 antenna and the Garmin GT41-TM transducer. I have emailed, called and had several online chat conversations and still no transducer. I will be placing a chargeback with my credit card company for the $300 and hope no one ever orders from FactoryOutletStore.com.

Return Policies
When purchasing items, they provide a notification that items may be returned within 30 days but do not make it clear that there will be a rediculous handlers fee on return even if the item remains unopened. I purchased a $2200 autopilot from them. After receiving the item I determined through the manufacturers website that it simply would not work appropriately with my boat. I then simply returned the item to the store, by Fed Ex, there requested provider. I was then charged a $400 handling fee. That is to me at least absolutely dishonest and inappropriate. I will never purchase another item from them because upon contacting several other stores they each stated that total refunds with no additional fees would be charged. The Stores I contacted were Amazon, Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops.
Desired outcome: I would like all or at least part of the restocking fee returned.
Garmin charging cable
Do not do business with these people. I ordered a simple cable and they were very responsive to take my order and money. Two weeks later I cant get an answer on where it is.
Ordered 3/14 - still waiting on 3/24.
Fortunately it was only an $11 cable.
Told them to cancel the order and I will call my credit card company.

Hated the shave it gave. Returned it. No refund. They said it wasn't sent to them. Sent to address given. They claim that isn't the address I should have sent it to. Have no idea where it is now. Have tracking number with USPO and they say it was received. I used paypal and have logged a complaint there but as of now, no refund. I have no idea how to get my 311.31 cents back.

Panasonic 5 Handset cordless phone set. Original order 12/7/20, then I was notified that items was out of stock, but could replace with a similar unit.
I agreed. This was done 12/22/20
When I received my order there were only 3 phones! I notified FOS and was told that I would have to take a photo of what I had received, then submit it to then so they can see just what it was I received.
I told them that was nonsense, and I returned the item ( cost me $29) for a full refund.
They are now telling me they have not received my return.
Product total $92.50, I imagine the $29 I spent to return this item to them, will most likely not be refunded, but one has to admit it's quite unfair.
What I have done so far...
* returned item as it was sent to me...incomplete short 2 phones! included all papers and a receipt from the Post Office for the $29 it cost me to return this item
* wrote a letter to FOS

I was researching and looking at trolling motors for my boat and came across this website advertising 75% off and same day shipping. The price was ridiculously cheaper than other online retailers, which were also sold out/back ordered. I decided to try it out and ordered the advertised trolling motor with iPilot (see attached photos). However when the product arrived, it was a much cheaper (actual price of what I paid for the 75% off item) model. It works, and everything is ok there, just hate being lied to and misled like that on the advertising. Guess I learned my lesson. Will never buy from this website/outlet again and highly recommend no one else do it in the future.
Aqua fresh water filter wf537
The Aqua Fresh Water Filter WF537 did not fit in my Whirlpool refrigerator slot.
I had bought 3 in May 2020 and have replaced one and it fit just fine. Today I tried the 2nd one and it did not fit.
My complaint is that I wasted my money buying 3 and I do not want to try the 3rd one because I think that may not work either and by opening all the packaging then I am really stuck. I thought the filter should have lasted longer since I bought the 3 pack May 20. I tried calling the Factory Outlet store where I bought it and I was told the return policy is only good for 40? days. How would I know 1 or 2 was defective. I can't use them all at once.

I ordered an air conditioner and instead of the air conditioner receive disposable masks. So I am very irritated because I spent quite a bit of money to just get what I did instead of what I ordered. My Norelco series 7000 shaver broke where the shaver blades are locked into so i called customer service and told the representitive that i needed the ENTIRE shaving head, the blade retainer that locks onto the shaver body and not just the blades. I was told by the representitive that that was what i was getting so i ordered and all i recieved were the blades (shaving head), not the blade retainer which is broken. In my second call i was told you cannot buy the blade retainer, only the blades, therefore my blade purchase was worthless to me. I must now buy a new shaver and i will not need the blades that cost $53.12 which includes shipping. My understanding is that shipping is not refunded and 15% of cost is not refunded also, which is not fair as the error was on the company representitive and not a mistake on my part.

I called customer service and asked to speak with a manager as the represntative could not provide any further information. When speaking with the manager he stated we should keep an eye on their website for when they would be accepting returnes again. On May 24, 2020 we noticed that Factory Outlet Store was again accepting returns. When i called customer service i was again told that thy were not accepting reyturns and. The reprsentatiove told me that I was already made aware of this according to her notes refering to the previous conversation as I was told by the manager in the notes. We have also tried to power the unit up and it doesn't even seem to work. Never buy from this company.

Just received a small parcel from Hong Kong Jewelers via Chengdu containing 'Cartier' ring and an invoice for 15200HK$. Never ordered, not wanted. Needless to say, the ring is worthless. Returning it would cost more than its value.
Not sure how this is going to pan out as I haven't ordered anything from that company, though I did order something entirely different (cutlery) a couple of months back for which I was charged and which I have not yet received.
riccar vacuum bags
I ordered bags for my vacuum and they sent me the wrong model bag and now will not return or exchange them if you're not my from this company it is a waste of money. Go to your local store and my bags it's not worth the risk to save a couple dollars.
Riccar as several models of the Featherlite vacuum that take several types of bag.
