I purchased the above item mid July of this year at a Family Dollar in Cleveland, Tennesse.
All of them are unusable. They are rusted. The coating inside each pot has curled and crumbled after one use. I use plastic utensils when cooking those types of cookware to avoid damage.
I was trying to connect with the manufacturer but there are no phone numbers or emails listed on the box.
Desired outcome: I am hoping for reimbursement for this purchase.

On November 22, 2023 I ran to my local Family Follar store for holiday items. see attachment. Note: This site will not allow photos even though the option is available.
1. One the product supply was insufficient for advertised specials. I was over charged due to the lack of supply.
2. The cashier, that claimed to be the manager refused to honor my $5.00 off coupon even when I total was over the required $25.00, my total was over $30.00.
3. I showed the clipped coupon in your app, from my phone.
4. I did not appreciate the employee's condesending attitude and her lack of willingness to help correct the errors. I also have the receipt if required.
5. I was not rude, nor did I lose my temper. I understand that it is difficult to hire competent employees.
6. Please resolve this issue, or FD has lost a loyal customer.

I walked to the family dollar store at 1130 N Main St Dayton Ohio this morning. I got there at 10 am. And they didn't open until 11 am. I understand there was only 1 person working and she had a truck delivery. But around 1015 another worker got there and she still didn't open. She came outside about 1030 and went and talked to someone she knew parked out there and stood and smoked. When she was done she was going back into the store and told us it would still be about 30 minutes before she opened. I'm a senior citizen and had to walk about 25 minutes to get there and had to stand around for an hour. This is unacceptable. I should get some kind of compensation for the trouble I went through. Plus you guys need to have enough employees to be able to open on time.

A clothes rack fell on me
Last night I was at the family dollar store in providence RI, I was looking at the tee shirts and there was a clothing rack with clothes on it in which needed to be stocked and as I tried to move the rack which was unsteady it fell on my left leg which caused pain and discomfort I reported it to the "Manager" on duty and she shrugged her shoulders and went to go pick up the rack, never asked if I am ok, never had me fill out a report. In which I took pictures, and I am 100% sure there are cameras there. It was very unprofessional an woke up this morning with a bruise to my leg. I called the 866 number and wanted to speak with someone, and she said I need to report it on the website. As being a HR manager, I feel like this was handled inappropriately on all levels I would appreciate a call back [protected].

Disability discrimination
Quartzsite, AZ. Location I was refused service by employee named Wilt. I was made to disclose my disability verbally in public with others around. I then offered evidence on my phone which he refused to look at because it "is on your phone". (His words)Fully embarrassed and humiliated. Then still refused service. Disability comes in all forms and he didn't want to try to understand why my feet were bare. At the same time as Non-service animals were being allowed in the store.
Desired outcome: I would like to see this man removed from this location. Disability discrimination isn't something that is taken lightly. I've been embarrassed enough by this and would like it resolved without council.

On 9-30-23 at the Store #11379,I had clipped the $5.00 so if a person spends over $25.00, The coupon would take $5.00 off the cost.
