Orderd product and when received it was defective. Contacted customer service and they stated that they would get a new product sent out quickly and would send a defective sticker to return the defective product. Original product was ordered on 8/12/23. Order # [protected]. We received and email on 8/29/23 stating that the new item had been shipped but the tracking number they sent was for the original product and it of course said it had been delivered. I contacted them again today. They told me that the customer service person I talked to about the defective product did not put in the resend order. They just automatically refunded me. Meanwhile no notification as to that and when asked again about shipment today, they said oh so sorry.. now you have to reorder only to be told about 5 minutes later that the item is no longer in stock. Your customer service is horrible. I am very disappointed as this was to be a gift and the product was so inferior that it would have been embarrassing to give to anyone. What a run around that lasted weeks and I could have been looking elsewhere had I known. Terrible customer relations. They should all be fired.
Desired outcome: I think that a replacement when available at no cost to me would be the only successful resolution to this problem.
