Failure to follow delivery directions...over and over!!!!!!!
Ordered items from Amazon where I listed delivery instructions for all items to be left at my front door. Delivery driver has left them in the yard...rained on...on the walk way...rained on...in the drive way...rained on... I am so upset at all my packages being left out in the rain. Delivery Service
Order from Costco was to arrive on Friday. Tracked package and FedX said address wrong. Called and verified with them that address was in fact correct. They said that package would be delivered on Saturday. Saw FedX truck and went outside and actually spoke to driver. He claimed he did not have a package for me. Went on to track package and notation stated that recipient not home or business closed! Called FedX again and was told that office now closed and they would try to get an answer. In the past 2 months I have EVENTUALLY received 4 packages delivered by FedX. Two required me to verify that my address does exist and was correct on package. The other two were delivered to a neighbor in the area.
FedEx delivery exception lie
My package shows an attempted delivery occurred at 2:00 pm. I was not only home, but had walked out of my home to get the mail at this time, by pure coincidence. I have a Ring doorbell, so I have video of my front door and of the front gate, since I'm on the HOA board and have access to security cameras.
These "attempted deliveries" happen quite often. I'd say 50% of the packages coming my way, including perishable goods, are repeatedly "attempted" deliveries that end up at the sorting center.
My gate code is on the delivery instructions. There is NO excuse for not punching it in and driving into a condominium complex, which is very common in this city and all across the country. It seems that this may just be a tactic for drivers to catch up when they're behind on delivery schedules. This doesn't happen with UPS, USPS, or DHL. Ever. And this is the 6th time in 2 years for me.
Desired outcome: I'd like the shipping refunded. If I'm having to drive to the sorting center, 16 miles away, I should be paid to do the job the driver refused to do. Gas is $5.50/gallon right now. I'm not paying to pick up a package I paid to have shipped.

That last 5 pkg they said were delivered but was not and when I talk to fedex they say call the provider. The providers are being nice to reorder at their cost again and losing money because fedex isn’t taken responsibility for their drivers delivery to wrong place When I talk to fedex they don’t care. Guess not they get there shipping money twice.

I have called your costomer service line twice in the last 10 days. Speak to someone from another country. They report both times a file has been created for supervisors. I have not received a call or text from a supervisor as promissed to discuss the failure of delivering packages securely to mu house.
Lived in same house for more than 20 years, never had this problem before with Fedex drivers. Nothing has changed on my propery, house with 11 acres, to warrent any driving restrictions to get to and from the house.
Packages are being left near the public road, next to an allways open gate, 100 yards from the house. Several packages have been exposed to bad weather, and some packages were left with box torn open and items spilled on the ground causeing a chemical hazard to the area. Items have been returned to Amazon, who has contracted with Fedex and UPS during the last 2 weeks to deliver to our home area.

Desired outcome: Deliver packages to the front door. Walking the length of a football field to search for packages layed everywhere near the road has caused me to look before I buy to see if it's delivered by Fedex.

I am a 68 year old cripple who can't walk very steadily. I have gone through FedEx's "Manage Your Delivery" hoops several times and wind up with the same problem regardless. There is one lazy driver who tosses/drops very heavy packages right on the side of a VERY busy highway consistently. I have to undo the package right there with big transport trucks roaring by to break them up into smaller, lighter packages so I can handle them. I have begged them NOT to do this but they ignore their own directives to put packages through the big gate (porch would be MUCH better, but that's too much to hope)
Desired outcome: Put the packages further away from the street (in a chair put there for the purpose) I have a pull through drive that is easy to manage so there is NO excuse but laziness.

Yesterday, August 4, 2022 my two packages were delivered from "Chewy" ; I think the total weight was 100lbs.
I'm 69 years old with a painful back and dragging these two boxes up the driveway was hard.
I think your drivers have dollies, probably, so it would be easier for them.
I wanted to be sure to stress the point that dumping my packages at the end of the driveway creates a huge hardship for me.
I know the driver wrote that the packages were left by the garage, but this is not true, see photos.
This has never happened before, so I wanted to be sure and mention it now.

They do the SAME thing to me! I can't tell you the number of times I have called them about this and asked them to ask their drivers to put the packages further away from the street at least, so I don't run the danger of getting hit by a truck or car. The regular delivery guy is as nice as he can be, but this one person is a a lazy you-know-what. Happens EVERY time the regular guy is off. I'd like to be around when this person gets a little age on them and someone does the same to them!

I ordered a mattress from a company based in Texas. I live in Utah. Was told the Mattress would be delivered on 8/5/22. I took the day off to be home for delivery.
I received a notification from FedEx that my order had arrived at the hub and would be delivered that same day. 4 hours later I receive an email from FexEx stating my delivery will now be delayed 3 days.
I don’t understand how UPS, USPS and Amazon can all deliver to within their timeframes and FedEx can note.

First, No signature is required. Someone was home all day, both days and security cameras verified, no attempts were made at delivery.
Truth must not be part of the Fedex motto.

Reckless FedEx driver
A 5:25 pm today (8/2/2022) the driver of FedEx trailer truck FEDZ554429 recklessly changed lanes into the left lane forcing my vehicle into the shoulder to avoid being hit by the truck. This occurred on the NJ Turnpike N Western Spur at mile maker 115. The only part of the truck ahead of me was the cab when the driver initiated their lane change into me. I had no where to go but the shoulder. I am sure the driver will remember. My vehicle is a blue Lexus SUV.
Desired outcome: FYI - driver should be spoken to.

I sent back a package to apple on july 23. I have been tracking it.

FedEx Lying about attempted delivery
I stayed home today to sign for a very important package that required a signature. At around 1:30 today I receive a notice that the driver attempted to leave it but I wasn’t home. Our building is secure and FedEx, UPS, Amazon, UPSS, etc all have codes to get into the building. I have seen this twice now in the last two months. I will report them to the shipper and from now on will refuse FedEx as any vendors preferred shipper.
Delivery driver lied
I was expecting a package on Monday. I work from home in an area with no crime. I have a direct view (2nd story apartment) of cars/trucks stopping by. I received a notification that my package was delivered. I thought that was weird because the fedex truck hadn’t stopped by yet. I check the door, no package. I assumed he marked it delivered early to make quota so I waited a bit. He never showed.
I filed the package as missing and hadn’t heard back. The next day I see a fedex driver pull up and I thought, oh good they have my package. He exited the truck with no package and I look through my peephole and I can see him look up at my door. He then got back in his truck and drove off.
I called the next day to speak to someone about my package. She said, he delivered it Monday and said I have a wreath on the door. It clicked, that’s why he stopped by and looked at my door. What a liar!
It’s now Thursday and still no package. How can I get this resolved? This has never happened to me before. Can they track his gps?

Lying about an attempted delivery.
I was expecting a delivery of wine on a Wednesday. Of course, I had to sign for it. As I waited, they sent a message, saying they attempted delivery at about 2 p.m. I discovered this after 3 p.m. The Fed-ex Driver was a total LIAR. Our gate was wide open. I spoke to a customer service person at a call center, and he was useless. UPS and the USPS are the way to go. Fed-Ex sucks and needs improvement.

I am highly dissatisfied with how this package was just delivered to my house. I have it on video that the delivery driver threw my package on top of my car instead of delivering it to my door. Had it been raining my packaged would have been ruined and I am highly upset and dissatisfied with how the driver handled my package.
It was sent out via Florence, S.C. hub to Conway, S.C, and the vehicle was a white box van.
I know you can find out just who the driver was, and I want him to be made aware that he was on video handling my package very unprofessionally, and if this is the kind of people y'all hire...it sure is a poor excuse of Fed Ex Representation. I paid for overnight shipping (almost $40) and as I was sitting NEXT to my door, I get a notification that there is a delay because the 'customer not available or business closed'- Ran down to my leasing office (inside same building) and they said they SAW FedEx come in/deliver packages to mail room but did not even attempt to deliver my package OR come to my apartment door (elevator access and key access to our mail room). So assuming they left the package in their truck and decided they didn't want to turn around and walk only a few feet. Now it's set for tomorrow delivery but since this requires a signature, will they do this again? What a waste of money and taking off work to ensure I'm home! Stop lying about attempting to deliver when someone just doesn't want to or doesn't want to turn around and walk back inside.

Fed ex is suppose to deliver my package now for 4 days in a roll. and they say the same thing I am not home. When I have been all day. I have video on my place and you can see No Fed Ex. when I call to complain they say that they will make sure it comes and again same thing.
When I asked the agent to give me there ID # they refused to do so and was very rude about this. I am disabled and this is why I did just pick my item up. Bu they got every rude and told me to come pick it up if I do not like or basically deal with this. I have yet to get my package after not being able to do anything or go anywhere for the last 4 days waiting on the driver to come. Same time everyday the driver says I am not home just about quitting time. this is the most horrible serve I have ever gotten and the conduct of the customer service was totally uncalled for. They refuse to bring my package and refuse to help me.
I have never had this kind of experience with a company before in my life. and upon reading the review after fixing to complain this seems to be a common thing with them lying and Bad business. This business should shut there door before harming more people!
